我公司结合户外箱式变配电设备的十多年的研发和制造优势,运用独有的系统集成和一体化设计技术,研发了获得科技鉴定“产品世界首创、技术水平国际领先”的积木模块化箱式变电站产品。所有设备安装调试实现工厂化,舱柜一体化设计,颠覆变电站建设的新模式。整站最小占地面积416平方米以内,3-4个月的建站周期,独创积木模块化结构,立体布置方式,依据地形灵活布局,实现无房、无墙、无架构、无辐射、无噪音、无人值守。
积木模块化变电站主要由高压预制舱、变压器预制舱、中压预制舱、二次预制舱、无功补偿预制舱等模块组成。如果需要有人值守我们也可搭建生活舱。
Based on more than 10 years of development and manufacture experience for outdoor prefabricated substation, by using unique system integration and integrated design technology. our company has developed this building block modular prefabricated substation which has gained the scientific and technological identification as \* world pioneer product, and international lead technology\* Allequipments are installed and debugged in factory. integrated design of cabin and switchgear cubicle, and overturned the new mode of substation construction. CVC一7.2铠装移开式交流金属封闭开关设备(F+C),额定电压7.2kV,内配功能单元熔断器一接触器组合电器,适用于1000MW及以下的核电站、常规电站,容量为1000kW以下电动机及1250kVA以下变压器的保护,该产品满足核电站1E级开关设备的要求。该开关柜结构紧凌,易于维护,柜体宽度325mm,小型、轻便,占地空间小,外壳由2mm厚的覆铝锌板折弯组装而成,防护等级IP4X。电缆室内装有可关合短路电流的小型接地开关,可实现关门操作。该型开关柜柜车配合的偏差控制在0.5mm以内,这种配合精度为设备的安全运行提供了可靠的保征。产品通过了型式试验、老化试验和抗震试验验证。

·外形美观,功能单元标识人性化,柜体采用敷铝锌钢板多重折弯拼装而成,自攻螺丝紧固,结构强度高、表面处理工艺优良、接地连续性好,防护等级可达IP54。主要元配件采用ABB最新产品,质量可靠,体积小,分断能力高;也可选用Schneider公司产品。
·新一代的一次接插件寿命提高了5倍以上,运行温升低,操作省力可靠;二次接插件采用自动配合自动导向接插技术,接插可靠。联锁机构同时实现开关操作及抽屉机械连锁功能,操作方便、可靠。
·功能单元规格多,具有8E/4,8E/2,4E,8E,12E16E,24E共7种抽层式单元规格,可以提供更灵活的单元组合,节省配电室空间。
·多功能板具有绝缘、隔离、自熄、阻燃等功能,不含卤素。功能单元导轨使抽屉进出操作更灵活、简便。
·单元隔板上的四个滑轮的设计使抽展进出操作变得更轻松、顺畅,互换性好。
抽屉单元内一、二次电器元件完全隔离,可最大限度的防止故障的扩大,避免狭及抽屉单元内的相邻元器件及线路。
·同时,一、二次元器件的完全分隔,一、二次线的完全分隔也使得抽屉单元内更整齐、美观。
·产品通过了型式试验x老化试验和抗震试验验证。

The four pulley wheels on unit partition plate makes the drawer in and out more easily and smoothly and the interchangeability is god.
Both primary and secondary components in drawer unit are fully isolated to prevent fault getting serious and consequently damaging adjacent components and circuits in the drawer unit to the maximum limit.

该方案每一个电池簇连接一个单独的标准PCS模块,数个标准PCS模块在交流侧并联,直流侧没有并联,使得对电池柜(簇)之间的一致性要求大大降低,甚至可以实现新旧电池柜的混合使用。直流侧的电流减小,直流侧拉弧、容量损失等问题都得到改善。提高了储能系统的安全性能和效率。
不需要电池柜(簇)之间的均衡,对电池的均衡要求也大大降低。尤其是对于已经使用一段时间的旧电池来讲,传统的电池均衡方式效果较差,本方案彻底解决了电池柜(簇)之间的均衡。
因为该方案PCS交流侧采用三相四线制省去隔离变压器,降低系统成本,消除隔离变压器本身故障对系统安全的威胁。
当其中一个模块或几个模块出现故障时,剩下的模块可以继续运行,系统不至于岩机,甚至可以在系统设计时做到N+1备用。而故障模块因为体积重量小可以方便地返厂维修。因此本方案有利于提高储能系统的可靠性和可维护性。
