pack,through 485 and charge and discharge cabinet, PC communication;
With 4G communication function, the battery pack data can be
transmitted to themonitoring platform; At the same time, it has GPS
positioning function,which is more convenient to manage and schedule
battery packs in shared bicycle projects.
Main func tions : The produc t has charge and di s charge
management, current detection, state of charge estimation (SOC), single
voltage detection, battery temperature monitoring, passive balancing
and other functions, this model has heating function, can be charged
normally under cold conditions, maximize the protection of winter travel.

PTB Product line - Protection board(PTB402)
This model is a high current protection board, continuous
discharge current up to 120 A, with RS 485 communication
function, used in high-speed electric motorcycle, low speed
fourwheeler and other high current vehicles.
Main functions : The product has charge and discharge

The 18-string slave battery management system for energy
storage uses S32 K144+ ADBMS1818 solution. This product is the
storage battery module management unit, which belongs to the
slave control module of the three-level architecture. The module
mainly realizes the collection of voltage and temperature of the
battery module unit, executes the equalization strategy, and
reports the data information to the BCU through the CAN bus.

Smoke sensor(GCE-YW02)
The smoke sensor is a set of intelligent devices
focusing on the thermal runaway fire prevention and
control inside the battery box of electric vehicles ,
realizing the early fire perception and intelligent
judgment monitoring inside the battery box , and having
the early warning function of the battery thermal
runaway.
The operating mode of the sensor is controlled by
the BMS via a request pin (priority), or switched by the
sensor itself using the monitored smoke concentration as
a trigger condition . Once the sensor monitors the smoke
density and sets the threshold, the sensor will send a
Wake up signal to the BMS , and the sensor will switch
from low power mode to high power mode.

The high-precision shunt product adopts NXP KEA 128
solution to replace Hall sensor to complete the current
acquisition function , and supports the maximum
collection range of ±200A.The product matching shunt
comes with a temperature sensor , considering that the
shunt is greatly affected by temperature , through the
calibration of the full temperature range of -40℃ ~ 100℃
in the production stage, the current collection accuracy
of 0.5% is achieved, and the current information is
reported through the CAN bus.
