等离子（PAW） ^{+} 氩弧（TIG）焊接工艺是一种复合焊接工艺，是指采用等离子穿透能力强的特性对母材进行打底焊接，然后采用氩弧高熔覆的特性对母材进行填充盖面的焊接工艺。此焊接工艺有稳定性高、焊接质量可靠、高效率、低变形等优势。
PAW ^+ TIG welding process is a composite welding process, which refers to the base welding process using the characteristics of strong plasma penetration ability, and then using the characteristics of argon arc high cladding to fill the cover of the base metal.The welding process has the advantages of high stability,reliable welding quality, highefficiency and lowdeformation.

概述overview
半盘管自动焊接系列主要用于焊接筒体/半盘管的螺旋角焊缝，常用焊接工艺方法为TIG/MIG。该焊接机主要配备工装有边梁式焊接工装、十字操作架式焊接工装。该系统配备了激光视觉跟踪系统，实现焊缝自动识别 ^+ 跟踪功能，大大降低了焊接强度，实现无人化焊接。
