针刺机 NEEDLE PUNCHING MACHINE
●用途 Function :
用于各类针刺无纺布生产线的配套设备，通过刺针作用使得纤维互相缠绕固结，从而形成针刺无纺布。广泛应用于土工布防水卷材、汽车内饰、过滤和除尘材料、人造革、地毯、保温材料、防火阻燃材料、吸音板、百洁布擦洗垫、羊毛毡、医用敷料材料家具床垫和沙发酷布等包覆材料的生产。
A supporting equipment used for various needle punched non-woven fabric production lines, which uses the needle action to entangle and solidify fibers, thereby forming needle punched non-woven fabric.
Widely used in the production of geotextiles, waterproof roll fabrics, automotive interiors, filter and dust removal materials, synthetic leather fabrics, carpets, insulation materials, fire-resistant and flameretardant materials, sound-absorbing panels, scouring pads, wool felt, medical dressing materials, furniture mattress and sofa covering materials.

●用途 Function :
用于将含有低熔点纤维的纤维层通过烘房热风穿透作用形成一定厚度和硬度的产品。
