Chronicle of Events
●In the 1990s, Mr. Liu Zaiwang dropped out of the university and started a business with ambition; he won the bidding of the curtain wall
project of Jilin Transport Mansion in 1997, since which, he set off his journey in the curtain wall industry.
●In February 1999, Beijing Jangho Curtain Wall Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded.
●In 2001, the Company made transformation to high-end curtain wall field, and won the bidding of milestone project, Fukai Mansion in
Beijing’s Financial Street, marking its sudden rise in China’s curtain wall industry.
●In 2003, the Company began to focus on high-end curtain wall field, and made layout targeting at metropolises, big customers and big
projects; successively won the bidding of domestic top curtain wall projects, such as T3 Terminal Building of Beijing Capital International
Airport, new address of CCTV, and Phase 3 of China World Trade Center, establishing its leading status in China’s curtain wall industry with
technical strength. In 2003 and 2004, the Company explored its business in such regions as the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta in
succession.
●At the end of 2006, Macau Jangho was founded, which won the bidding of Galaxy Macau, opening a new chapter of international
development.
●In 2007, the Company implemented the 4 development strategies of “industrialization, technicalization, informatization and
internationalization” and stuck to the management guideline of “precedence in technology, quality, service and costs”, which finally
contributes to its upgrade of enterprise modernization management.
●In 2007, the Company made great efforts in exploring Hong Kong and Macau markets, actively promoted its development in overseas
market, such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia and America, and successively won the bidding of a series of world’s most
influential projects, including the City of Dreams, Marina Bay Sands, GATEWAY, and Abu Dhabi Global Market. Since then Jangho Curtain
Wall became the 1st brand in the globe’s high-end curtain wall industry.
●On August 18, 2011, Jangho Curtain Wall was listed on SSE A-share mainboard, entering the capital market successfully.
●In June 2012, the Company purchased HK Sundart Co., Ltd., the globe’s top interior decoration enterprise, and further extended its
business to interior decoration industry on the basis of curtain wall industry.
●In January 2013, the Company purchased Beijing Gangyuan Architectural Ornament Engineering Co., Ltd., the company ranking 1st
comprehensively in Northern China area.
●In May 2013, Beijing Jangho Curtain Wall Co., Ltd. was renamed Jangho Group Co., Ltd..
●In February 2014, the Company purchased HK Steve Leung Designer Co., Ltd., the globe’s top construction and interior design company,
starting to explore the interior design field.
●In September 2014, Beijing Gangyuan Curtain Wall Co., Ltd. was founded after its separation from Gangyuan Decoration.
●In July 2015, the Company purchased Vision Eye Institute Limited, Australia’s largest chain ophthalmology hospital, starting its exploration
in healthcare industry.
●In December 2015, the demerged Sundart was listed on HKEX mainboard, becoming a multinational enterprise with domestic and overseas
capital platforms such as A share and H share.
●In November 2016, the Company purchased Nanjing Zeming Hospital Management Co., Ltd., which symbolizes the official domestic
development of Vision’s ophthalmology business.

Chengdu City, Chengdu Base is currently
the largest single curtain wall production
base in West China region with a floor
space of 16 million m2

advanced equipment and 17 production
lines, including 6 processing lines for
section bar, 8 unit assembly lines, 1 line for
doors and windows, integrated production
line, and glue injecting line respectively,
with annual production capacity of 2.4
million m2

Located at Hannan District, Wuhan
City, Wuhan Base is currently the largest
curtain wall production and processing
base in Central China region with a floor
space of 21 million m2
. It is furnished
with advanced equipment and 15
production lines, including 5 curtain wall
machining lines, 7 assembly lines, 1 line
for doors and windows, glue injecting
line, and integrated production line
respectively, with annual productivity of
2.2 million m2 curtain walls.
