Jangho Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jangho Group”, stock code: 601886) is a large multinational corporation listed on SSE A-share mainboard. Headquartered in Beijing, the Company was established in 1999 and formerly known as Beijing Jangho Curtain Wall Co., Ltd.

The Company has two business sectors, i.e., building decoration and medical health, and has established several world's famous brands such as JANGHO, Sundart, Gangyuan, SLD and Vision. Chronicle of Events
●In the 1990s, Mr. Liu Zaiwang dropped out of the university and started a business with ambition; he won the bidding of the curtain wall project of Jilin Transport Mansion in 1997, since which, he set off his journey in the curtain wall industry.
•In February 1999, Beijing Jangho Curtain Wall Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded.
●In 2001, the Company made transformation to high-end curtain wall field, and won the bidding of milestone project, Fukai Mansion in Beijing's Financial Street, marking its sudden rise in China's curtain wall industry.
In 2003, the Company began to focus on high-end curtain wall field, and made layout targeting at metropolises, big customers and big projects; successively won the bidding of domestic top curtain wall projects, such as T3 Terminal Building of Beijing Capital International
Airport, new address of CCTV, and Phase 3 of China World Trade Center, establishing its leading status in China's curtain wall industry with technical strength. In 2003 and 2004, the Company explored its business in such regions as the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta in succession.
●At the end of 2006, Macau Jangho was founded, which won the bidding of Galaxy Macau, opening a new chapter of international development.
•In 2007, the Company implemented the 4 development strategies of “industrialization, technicalization, informatization and internationalization” and stuck to the management guideline of “precedence in technology, quality, service and costs", which finally contributes to its upgrade of enterprise modernization management.
●ln 2007, the Company made great efforts in exploring Hong Kong and Macau markets, actively promoted its development in overseas market, such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Australia and America, and successively won the bidding of a series of world's most influential projects, including the City of Dreams, Marina Bay Sands, GATEWAY, and Abu Dhabi Global Market. Since then Jangho Curtain Wall became the 1st brand in the globe's high-end curtain wall industry.
On August 18, 2011, Jangho Curtain Wall was listed on SSE A-share mainboard, entering the capital market successfully.
●In June 2012, the Company purchased HK Sundart Co., Ltd., the globe's top interior decoration enterprise, and further extended its business to interior decoration industry on the basis of curtain wall industry.
●In January 2013, the Company purchased Beijing Gangyuan Architectural Ornament Engineering Co., Ltd., the company ranking 1st comprehensively in Northern China area.
●In May 2013, Beijing Jangho Curtain Wall Co., Ltd. was renamed Jangho Group Co., Ltd..
●In February 2014, the Company purchased HK Steve Leung Designer Co., Ltd., the globe's top construction and interior design company, starting to explore the interior design field
●In September 2014, Beijing Gangyuan Curtain Wall Co., Ltd. was founded after its separation from Gangyuan Decoration.
●In July 2015, the Company purchased Vision Eye Institute Limited, Australia's largest chain ophthalmology hospital, starting its exploration in healthcare industry.
●In December 2015, the demerged Sundart was listed on HKEX mainboard, becoming a multinational enterprise with domestic and overseas capital platforms such as A share and H share.
●In November 2016, the Company purchased Nanjing Zeming Hospital Management Co., Ltd., which symbolizes the official domestic development of Vision's ophthalmology business.
●In July 2021, Beijing Jangho Intelligent PV Technology Co., Ltd. was founded to explore BIPV business by complying with the goal of “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality".

Corporate Social Responsibility
In December 2012, during the 90th anniversary of the founding of Northeastern University, the couple of Liu Zaiwang, chairman of the Group, donated RMB50 million to his alma mater.
In June 2016, the Jangho Architecture Building in Northeastern University, donated by Jangho Group, was officially inaugurated.
From 2020 to 2022, Jangho donated over RMB 5 million in cash and materials for the fight against the pandemic.
While running business and focusing on management, Jangho also keeps an eye on its corporate soçíal responsibility(CSR)at all times. For instance, it gives active support for public-welfare causes suchas education, healthcare, poverty relief, disaster relief and environmental protection, and fulfills its corporate social responsibilities of "returning the nation with industry, repaying society with its actions and deeds.
As of 2016, Chairman Liu Zaiwang has contributed RMB33 million to his hometown's, Yueyang county in Hunan province, targeted poverty alleviation efforts.

Jangho Curtain Wall has established the world-leading R&D and design centers and production bases in Beijing, Jinan, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Wuhan, etc. respectively, each of which is furnished with modern production lines for curtain wall as well as doors and windows. The Company has passed ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, ISO14001 Environment Management System Certification, and OHSAS18001 Occupation Health Safety (OHS) Management System Certification, and established the CNAS Export Enterprise Testing Center acknowledged internationally as the 1st enterprise in China's curtain wall industry. Located at Shunyi District, Beijing, Beijing Base covers a floor space of over 40 million m². As the largest bases for curtain wall production and processing in North China area, the base has 16 world-leading production lines for curtain wall products with an annual production capacity of 3 million m² curtain walls.
Located at Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, Jinan Base is a demonstration industrial base targeting at strategic emerging industry. It is integrated with fabricated building, intelligent manufacturing, hitech industries and PV building, so as to boost green low-carbon technological innovation and cleaner production and create a carbon-neutral S&T innovation demonstration park with national influence.
Located at Hannan District, Wuhan City, Wuhan Base is currently the largest curtain wall production and processing base in Central China region with a floor space of 21 million m². It is furnished with advanced equipment and 15 production lines, including 5 curtain wall machining lines, 7 assembly lines, 1 line for doors and windows, glue injecting line, and integrated production line respectively, with annual productivity of 2.2 million m² curtain walls.
Located at SongjiangDistrict, Shanghai, and occupying a floor space of 10 million m², Shanghai Base is currently the largest and most advanced curtain wall treatment base in East China region. Consisting of a product manufacturing center, a technical center, an operating center and a business back-up center for East China region, the base is equipped with 10 advanced production lines for curtain wall products with an annual production capacity of 1.8 million m² curtain walls.
Located at Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu City, Chengdu Base is currently the largest single curtain wall production base in West China region with a floor space of 16 million m². It is furnished with advanced equipment and17 production lines, including 6 processing lines for section bar, 8 unit assembly lines, 1 line for doors and windows, integrated production line, and glue injecting line respectively, with annual production capacity of 2.4 million m² curtain walls.
Located at Zengcheng District, Guangzhou City, Guangzhou Base is the manufacturing center, design center, operation center and international business reserve center serving South China, Hong Kong and Macau, and cross-Southeast Asia regions with a total floor space of 23 million m². As the largest domestic curtain wallproduction base at present, it is furnished with over 450 sets of the world's most advanced curtain wall processing equipment and 30 production lines for curtain wall processing, with annual processing capacity of 6 million m² curtain walls.

Through years of efforts, Jangho Curtain Wall has cultivated an expert R&D and design team consisting of over 1,500 R&D and design personnel, who are not only professional enough but also have rich experience. The Company actively presides over and participates in the preparation of standards and norms of curtain wall, establishes scientific research cooperation with prestigious colleges and universities, such as Tsinghua University, China Academy of Building Research and Zhejiang University, sets up post-doctoral research workstations, participates in national “13th Five-year” research on special scientific research projects, promotes BIM technology application, gains outstanding business outcomes in such work as new products, new process, development and innovation of new technology, test detection, and standardization management, , leading the industry development continuously in such aspects as R&D and design and technological innovation of curtain wall.
Presiding over and Participating in the Preparation of Industry Standards and Norms

Construction Method Technique
Jangho Curtain Wall uses the technology of “intelligent mapping for creating entity3D model". It conducts intelligent mapping to the physical curtain wall by UAV and laser scanner, performs reverse modeling and corrects original skin model, so as to provide accurate data for deepened design, material procurement, processing prefabrication and on-site construction. Featured by fast mapping and modeling, high data accuracy, etc., the technique has taken the lead in the industry with high level of automation and digitalization.
Construction Plans
Jangho Curtain Wall has made efforts in promoting the standardized construction of construction plans, and has developed a series of standard construction plans targeted at different curtain wall modeling and systems. Currently, the Company has independently developed 68 standard schemes for 26 kinds of curtain walls, and has obtained 35 standardized construction plan technologies with licensed national patents; prepared 7 enterprise standards, further improving the construction plans in aspects of standardization, informatization and digitalization.

Stick Curtain Wall
As a kind of widely used peripheral protection system, stick curtain wall is a frame supporting curtain wall, whose column, beam and panel need installing on site respectively. The stick curtain wall can be further divided into 3 kinds, i.e. exposed framing, hidden framing and half-exposed framing. The panel material can be pre-processed into unit components in factory, or the panel can be transported to construction site directly and then fastened into the frame formed by column and beam. The load borne by unit components of panel material is transferred to the main body structure through column or beam.

S-series Stick Curtain Wall
On the basis of the stick curtain wall, Jangho Curtain Wall has independently developed S-series prefabricated curtain wall, of which section bars are in different sizes to meet different load requirements. Jangho Louver
Jangho Curtain Wall is the chief editing organization of the national standard GBT39968-2021 Technical Specification of Ventilation Louvers for Building and the membership organization of AMCA Association. The Company has developed L-series louvers, including ventilation louver, rainproof louver and sand-proof louver, of which, Jangho rain-proof louver has passed the AMCA certification and its ventilation and rain-proof performances have reached the world's advanced level, with excellent performance.
