硬质合金锯片的使用/维护及保养

使用指南(请在安装使用前仔细阅读)

<1>标普圆锯片的台金头具有锋利目且敏感的刃口。因此在锯片的移动、安装及拆卸过程中，此须小心保护锯达免受损伤，同时避免对人体造成伤害。

<2>确保锯床状态良好，主轴无变形、无振动，轴径公差为h7.并严格遵照锯床制造商的使用说明进行操作。

<3>定期检查机器主轴的径向跳动(士0.02mm),以及摆摆幅(±0.01mm)。

<4>锯床要安装保护罩，防止各种碎片飞散对人体造成伤害。操作者必须佩带防护眼镜。

<5>锯片安装前必须清除主轴及)法兰龠卜的杂物。

<6>使用尽可能最大的法兰盘，能使锯片的运转更加平稳，法兰盘大小为锯片宣径的1/3(薄型锯片宜采用1/2D的法兰盘)锯切效果更佳(特别是薄型银片)，使用时注意以下几点：

a根据标普图表所示的转速及进料速度工作。

b锯片不能受到侧向压力阻止。

<7>如果新锯片在试机时有锯切质量问题及异常情况，应及时联系供应商。

<8>必须经常性清除聚积在锯齿侧面的树脂、碎屑等杂物，因为粘着物的不断积累，会增大阳力，造成高耗能(极端情况下，会造成机器马达的烧毁)以及粗糙的切削质量。如果同时刃口较钝，就有可能造成锯齿的损伤。

<9>储存时，应分开放置，不可叠压及放在金属物上，最好放于原装的纸盒内，以便移动及拿去修磨。

有以下情况时，需及时修磨

a>锯切质量不再符合要求时。

b>当锯床的能耗明显增大时。

C>切削材料的边缘有明显爆口时。

d合金刃口磨损达到0.2mm及时修磨是非常重要的，因为刃口钝化的银片在工作时，由于阻力增大，容易造成锯片的抖动，增大电机的负荷，对锯片和机器都会造成损伤。在钝化的时候继续切削，每增加10%的切削量，会带来额外的50%的合金损伤。缩短锯片的使用寿命。

合金锯齿的修磨

<1>采用精密，稳定无震动的磨刃机，以及合适的金刚石砂轮，按照规定的操作程序来修磨合金锅齿，将延长锯片的使用寿命。如使用手动刃磨设备，需要有精确的限位装置及检测齿预的端跳。

<2>在修磨之前必须用清洁剂清洁掉黏在锯片上的树脂，碎屑等杂物。

<3>刃磨时注意严格按照该锯片的原几何设计来修磨，建议采用同时刃磨前角及后角的刃磨方式，可以增加更多的修磨次数。达到最长的使用寿命。

<4>所选金刚石砂轮请参照以下

a优质的金刚石砂轮D400-D600(D46-D20B)。

b建议使用湿式修磨(乳浊液冷却剂)。

c建议进给速度1-2mm秒。
