电力变压器是一种静止的电气设备,是用来将某一数值的交流电压(电流)变成频率相同的另一种或几种数值不同的电压(电流)的设备。随着变压器行业的发展,电压越来越高、单台容量也是越做越大,因此电力变压器在电站中的安全可靠性尤为重要。
成都西电中特电气有限责任公司设计、生产的电力变压器秉承现代化的设计、制造理念,主要产品电压为35kV-220kV级。

西开电气研制的管道母线具有地形适应性强、输送容量大、占用空间小、线路损耗小、可靠性高、电磁辐射低等特点,已通过国家鉴定,具有商业供货资质。
外壳及内导采用优质铝合金材料,内导绝缘支撑采用环氧树脂复合材料,内导连接件则采用光滑、耐高温、高强度的聚乙烯复合材料。
线路采用分段法兰连接结构,母线段分为直线段、弯角段和竖直段,单段管长达12m,线路布置可满足竖井、斜井、隧道、沟道等复杂地形的需要。该结构可在工厂完成单段的出厂试验,以段为单元运至现场后采用法兰连接,缩减了现场工作量。工程中刚性气体绝缘输电线路的使用长度一般可达几百米甚至数千米,热胀冷缩变形对线路的影响是非常严重。西开电气采用如以下方法解决该问题:
内导部分:采用插入式触头与导体连接,二者之间留有间隙,用来补偿外壳与内导变形的不同步。
外壳部分:装设波纹管及壳体自身的弹性变形进行外壳补偿,避免外壳破坏。
支撑部分:采用固定支撑与活动支撑结合的方式,依据工程实际情况,合理布置固定支撑及活动支撑,从而防止支撑与外壳发 \neq 顶死破坏,保障产品可靠和安全运行。
