We own three production bases for casting,motors,and water pumps(with atotal construction area of approximately 200,000 square meters),basically achieving independent production of over 90 % of pump components.
Our factory realize automated production management, including automated pump assembly line,motor production line,pouring production line and components production lines.
With strong R&D capabilities and over 10o core technology patents, the company uses SolidWorks,CAD,CFD simulation software,and 3D printing equipment.

Introduction
SVPH(T) is optimized based on the flow rate variation in secondary water supply applications,adopting permanent magnet variable frequency motor,smart control with easy operation.it can be used in different temperature,flow and pressure ranges due to perfect motor protection function.
Performance curves
·All performance curves are tested based on 35o0rpm.
·Data tolerance meets ISO9906
· Testing in 2 0 { \bar { C } } water without air, viscosity 1 { m } { m } ^ { 2 } / { s }
· Make sure the pump used under the performance curves ranges,to avoid the motor overload due to the flow too small or too hot.

Traditional control method can not avoid pressure shaking
Soft switching technology of TESK avoids the pressure shaking during switching in or out
When the power frequency pump is initiated or stopped, the rotation speed is not controlled and can rapidly change from 0 to 100 %
Rotate Speed and head can be adjusted accurately at any time as per the water demand and pressure.
The rotate speed will jump from O to 100 % in short time when turning on and off,which will lead to pressure shaking and water hammer damage.
Variable frequency speed controller could adjust the rotate speed at any time,to avoid pressure shaking and reduce water hammer rick no matter when turning on/off or running.

·All performance curves are tested based on 35o0rpm.
·Data tolerance meets ISO9906
· Testing in 2 0 ^ { \circ } C water without air,viscosity 1 \mathsf {mm } ^ { 2 } / \mathsf { s }
· Make sure the pump used under the performance curves ranges,to avoid the motor overload due to the flow too small or too hot.

Soft switching technology of TESK avoids the pressure shaking during switching in or out
When the power frequency pump is initiated or stopped, the rotation speed is not controlled and can rapidly change from O to 100 % 业
Rotate Speed and head can be adjusted accurately at any time as per the water demand and pressure.
The rotate speed will jump from O to 100 % in short time when turning on and off,which will lead to pressure shaking and water hammer damage.
Variable frequency speed controller could adjust the rotate speed at any time,to avoid pressure shaking and reduce water hammer rick no matter when turning on/off or running.
