Installation Guid

⊚ Use special high sticky double-faced glue to fix the duct.
⊚ Clean the ground surface and the bottom surface of the duct before installation.
⊚ The width of the special high sticky double-faced glue should be 12\mathsf{mm}
⊚ For easy to connect with the accessories, when use the double-faced glue to connect with the duct, the vacancy of both ends of the duct with 20-30 size should be 60\mathsf{mm} at least; 100mm at least with 40-60 size of the duct; 150\mathsf{mm} at least with 70 size of the duct.For example, if the length of _{20x6} size of duct is 4\mathsf{m} then the length of the duct with double-faced glue should be 3.78m

\circled{1} Take screwdriver to the position showed in Fig 1 \circled{3} Put screwdriver between cap and bottom base, slip the (keep screwdriver close as possible as the lock joint on cap) ,nccrewdriver and open the cap.
then pry the joint upwardly so as to detach it. With the previous
method,you can separate the lock joint on the other side.

\circled{2} Position screwdriver between trunking's cap and lock on bottom base, ply the joint upwardly and the lock joint can be detached.The same performance can be applied to detachment of lock joint on the other side.

InstallationGuideof PVC Multifunctional Trunking and Fittings

\circleddash Design circuit and connect the panel socket, then fix the trunking base(if fixed on wall, trunking can be screwed onbottompart).Theconnectionbetween trunking bases can take related fittings, which is referrec to demonstration of trunking connected to fittings.

⊚ Fix position foot. Two position feet should be installed for each panel. During installation,the buckle on the side of position foot must be buttoned up on the lock position on trunking base.

\circled{3} When more than one panel sockets are installed, a capof 10\mathsf{mm} should be fixed between each two panels. Draw a straight line on the place 10\mathsf{mm} awayfrom terminal with marking pen.

\circledast Cut the marking line with handsaw.There should be no burr or dirty on the cutting cross section.

\circled{5} Fix cap. The distance between two caps should be 75-80mm when installation.

\circled{6} Fix panel.Attention should be paid that the side of panel should be pressed on the cap.One panel should be fixed before the screw is tightened.

⑦ Fix the other panel, then tighten screw to the extreme.

\circled{8} The demonstration of installation comes to end.
