Its main business scope covers such areas as equipment package, installation, commissioning, custom

modification & upgrade (CM&U), inspection and overhauling for gas turbine and steam turbine

power stations.

公司主要从事燃气轮机和蒸汽轮机电厂设备成套、安装、调试以及机

组改造、升级和检修等业务。

As the sole distributor of GE gas turbine spare parts in China, Nanguang can provide GT

spare parts with best quality and most favorable price. Meanwhile, Nanguang also can

provide domestic tightening hardwares, seals and some auxiliary spare parts needed in

Nanguang has so far been the only eligible EPC company in China for both GT spare parts supply and GT projects

contracting including GT power station overhauling, CM&U, overseas relocation, installation and commissioning. In

spite of numerous difficulties such as incomplete documents and insufficient equipments, Nanguang has successfully

undertaken quite a few GT projects such as the old used GT unit removal, installation, overhauling, commissioning,

liquid fuel upgrade to gas for fuel and control system, GT performance test and operation services for GT power station.

EPC work covers CM&U design, type selection for imported spare parts, import agency, production of domestic parts,

special parts preparation and site construction as well as personnel training.

公司是中国国内唯一兼具燃机备件提供和燃机电厂大修、改造、海内外搬迁、安

装调试的总包工程公司。公司克服资料不全、设备残缺等诸多困难，多次承接燃机

电厂旧机搬迁、安装、大修、调试、燃料及控制系统油改气、机组性能试验及保运

Nanguang is also the only company in China with the technical strength in conducting a series of gas turbine CM&U

including modifications of inlet and exhaust system, control system and combustion system as well as DLN (Dry Low

Nitrogen) combustion etc. With the spirit of active innovation and bold practice, Nanguang has successfully modified

the MS5000 and PG6581B gas turbines burned oil into the units that can be burned with medium BTU coke oven gas,

taking the lead in China and even in the world.

In 1998, two PG5301N GT Units manufactured in 70s were removed from Beijing

No. 1 Thermal Power Plant and installed in Changqing GT Power Plant located at

Maowusu Desert, Jingbian, Shanxi Province. After liquid fuel upgrade to gas, it

was put into operation again. In that year, this power plant was the first pressured

station along the Natural Gas Pipeline West to East.

1998年将北京第一热电厂2套 70 年代PG5301N 型燃气轮发电机组

搬迁安装至陕北靖边毛乌素大沙漠长庆燃机发电厂，油改气后重新

投入运行。当年此电厂是天然气西气东输管线增压的首站。

In 2001, three PG5361 GT units were

removed from Xiamen to Wutongqiao and

The removal project of 4× MS6001B GT combined cycle units from Shenzhen, China to Ghana, Africa in 2007.

The contract amount is over 0.1 billion CNY.

Construction scale of Sunon-Asogli Tema (Ghana) Power Plant is 560 MW, which occupies 172,800 square

meters, and Ghanaian side will offer the fuel imported from Nigeria.

The first phase of construction 200 MW will be the combined cycle set in Two Plus One Mode, namely, each

set will be composed of 2 units of GE 6B gas turbine, two double-pressure heat recovery boilers and one

double-pressure steam turbine.

After overhauling, four units of GE 6B gas turbine, which are running respectively in Power Plant in China,

will be removed to Ghana Asogli Tema Power Plant for installation, commissioning and connection to grid by

Shenzhen Nanguang Power Co., Ltd.

2007年我公司承接了将 4 套 MS6001B 燃气轮机联合循环电站从中国深圳搬迁到非洲加纳

的电站搬迁建设工程，合同金额过亿元人民币。

深能加纳安所固特马电厂项目建设规模为 560MW，占地面积 17.28 万平方米，机组燃用

燃料由加方提供从尼日利亚进口的天然气。

一期 200MW 工程采用两套“二拖一”联合循环机组，每套联合循环机组由 2 台 GE公司

的燃天然气的 6B 型燃气轮机 +2 台双压余热锅炉 +1 台双压蒸汽轮机组成。由南港公司将国

内尚在运行的 4 套 6B 燃气轮机经大修改造后搬迁至非洲加纳特马电厂现场安装调试并网

发电。

Project Scope:

◆All of the four units must be overhauled and refurbished in standard. Such as: replacement of compressor stationary blade,

turbine nozzles, turbine buckets, shroud, combustion chamber components; replacement of cracked GT casing and re-alignment

and assembly in the factory; refurbishment of 2 sets exhaust chamber and repalcement of 2 sets of exhaust chamber

◆GT fuel system modification: conversion GT units from original diesel oil and heavy oil to natural gas; modification of control

system program accordingly to adapting the converted gas fuel.

◆ Control System Upgrade: replacement of MARK IV to Mark VI in all the 4 units.

◆ Painting the 4 units.

◆ Dismantle and package all the 4 units

◆ Installation and commissioning the 4 units in Ghana site.

◆ Spare parts supply for the 4 units.

工程范围：

◆燃气轮机机组的大修和翻新。如：更换压气机静叶、透平喷嘴、透平动叶、复环、燃烧室部件；更

换有裂纹的燃气轮机气缸，在工厂重新找中装配；燃机排气室2套翻新和2套更换。

◆燃机燃料系统改造。将原来烧柴油和重油燃料的燃机改造成烧天然气燃料，对燃机控制系统程序进

行相应修改以适应烧气体燃料。

◆控制系统升级。将原 4 台燃机的 Mark IV 控制盘升级到 Mark VI 控制盘。

◆对4套机组进行油漆。

◆全部4套机组的拆卸和装箱。

◆机组在加纳现场的安装和调试。

◆4套机组的备品备件供应。

In May 2011, Nanguang has undertaken the environmental relocation CCPP-CDQ project PG6581B-L gas turbine

unit for Chongqing Iron and Steel Group. The main scope of the project covers overhaul of one set PG6581B-L

gas turbine , gas turbine dismantling, packaging, transportation, moving to Changshou Jiangnan Steel New

District for installation and commissioning.

At the end of the project in May 2012 Nanguang signed a gas turbine repair and maintenance services contract

with the Chongqing Iron & Steel Group. Under the strong technical support by Nanguang,the gas turbine

equipment operated in good condition, provide routine maintenance with spare parts, and is praised by the

customer.

2011年5月，我公司承接了重庆钢铁集团环保搬迁 CCPP-CDQ 项目PG6581B-L 燃机机组拆

迁安装工程。工程主要范围有：1套PG6581B-L 燃机大修；燃机拆除、包装、运输、迁至长

寿江南重钢新区安装、调试等。

2012年5月工程结束之后我公司又与重钢集团签订了燃机维保服务合同。在公司强大的技

术支持下，燃机设备运行状态良好，日常维护用备件提供及时，受到客户的好评。

In 2012, our company undertook the Liquid Fuel Upgrade to had heavy coked gas oil (HCGO) Project for EL

Garri Combined Cycle Power Station Plant 1 of Sudan

Because the fuel used in the power plant was light diesel and LNG, the fuel cost was high, while the refinery near

the power plant had heavy coked gas oil ,which was the intermediate product of refining. The use of HCGO fuel

could greatly reduce the fuel cost.The project was to modify 4 sets of gas turbines in Phase 1. covering all the

upgrades from oil tanks to gas turbines and gas turbines themselves in the power plant, including the civil work

involved.

2012年我公司承接了苏丹吉利联合循环电厂一期（EL GARRI COMBINED CYCLE

POWER STATION PLANT 1））燃料改造项目。

由于电厂原使用的燃料是轻柴油和液化石油气，燃料成本高，而临近电厂的炼油厂有炼化

中间产物重焦化瓦斯油（heavy coked gas oil），使用HCGO燃料可大大降低燃料成本。

本次工程内容是改造1期的4套6B燃机，包含电厂内从油罐到燃机及燃机本身所有需要升级

改造的内容，包含牵涉到的土建内容。

In July 2014, our company obtained a project contract for the relocation of a set of GE 6B gas

turbines from Tg. Kidurong power plant in Mintulu to Pujut power plant in Miri by bidding. This

project was the first EPC project for design, procurement and construction undertaken by Nangang

Power overseas. The project involved the design and implementation of the foundation for the main

turbine and auxiliary equipment after the relocation of 6B gas turbines. and redesign to meet the

actual production requirements of the new power plant, and upgrade for Mark V control system as

well.

2014年7月我公司通过国际招标方式获得沙捞越能源公司（SESCO）1套GE的

6B燃机从民图鲁Tg.Kidurong电厂搬迁到美里Pujut 电厂的工程承包项目，本次项

目是南港动力在海外承接的第一个设计、采购、施工的EPC总承包项目，项目涉

及6B燃机搬迁后主机及附属设备基础的设计、施工，以及为了满足新电厂生产实

际要求进行系统的重新设计，Mark V控制系统的升级改造。

In 2015, our company undertook the 9E gas turbine relocation project of Phase II in Ghana Asogli Power Plant.

This project was to remove fully one set of 9E gas turbine in Shenzhen Moon Bay Power Plant to Ghana. First,

the Nangang workers executed four month period of work including CM&U, overhaul, refurbishment, paining

and packaging. Since then, many batches have arrived at African construction sites by sea transportation for

formal installation and commissioning. The equipment and materials for the 9E relocation project were from

China. There were some disadvantages such as long transportation cycle, difficulty in supplying the missing parts

etc. The project dept.of the company seized the time to connect to the grid as soon as possible according to the

owner's requirements.

After the complete set of equipment was successfully handed over to commercial operation, the 180MW power

generation equipment provided 8% of the total electricity for the National Grid of Ghana, continuously delivering

powerful electricity for the development of Ghana.

2015年我公司承接了加纳安所固电厂二期9E燃机搬迁工程，该项目是将深圳月亮湾电厂1

套9E燃机实施整体搬迁至加纳。先由南港施工人员执行为期4个月的改造、大修、翻新、油

漆、装箱。此后多批次以海上运输方式陆续抵达非洲施工现场，进行正式的安装和调试。

9E搬迁工程的设备和材料都来自国内，存在运输周期长、缺件供应困难等不利因素，公

司项目部按照业主的要求抢时间力争早日并网发电。

整套装置顺利移交商业运行后，180MW发电设备为加纳国家电网提供了8%的总电量，为

加纳的发展源源不断输送强大电力。

In 2015, our company successfully completed three Mark V upgrade Mark VIe projects for two gas turbines and

one steam turbine control system upgrade in Central Kiluanda Power Plant, including Mark V demolition, Mark

VIe supply, installation, commissioning and training etc. After the upgrade, the three units had flexible power

supply modes, which ccould supply power to either the isolated network of the cement plant or the Angolan

national network, or separately and independently power supply.

2015年我公司成功完成了中基罗安达电厂2台6B燃机和1台汽机控制系统3套Mark V升级

Mark VIe项目，内容包括Mark V拆除、Mark VIe供货、安装、调试、培训等。 改造后3套机

组具备了灵活的供电方式，既可以给水泥厂孤网供电，也可以给安哥拉国网供电，还可以分

开独立供电。

In 2016, our company has undertaken the relocation and CM&U project of a set

of 6B gas turbine of Yankuang Guotai Chemical Co., Ltd. moving to Shaanxi

Future Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. The project included unit overhaul,

disassembly, renovation, packaging, transportation, combustion system

modification, control and electrical system upgrading, installation and

commissioning. Our company has been responsible for the operation and

maintenance of the gas turbine up to now.

2016年我公司承接兖矿国泰化工有限公司1套6B燃机搬迁到陕

西未来能源化工有限公司的搬迁改造工程，项目包含了机组大修、

拆卸、翻新、包装、运输、燃烧系统改造、控制和电气系统升级

改造、安装调试等全套工程、燃机至今的运行和维保工作一直由

我公司负责。
