参考欧标FEM10.2.02的规定进行了系统的短、长柱测试，梁柱节点刚度测试以及地脚刚度测试。其中短、长柱测试为研究立柱承载力提供事实依据，与理论计算结合，可以较精确的得知立柱的承载力；梁柱节点刚度测试即挂片刚度测试，该数据是货架研究的核心数据之一，无法通过理论计算得知，只能通过试验获得，该数据广泛用于货架整体稳定性计算以及地震、风雨雪等荷载计算，是完整的计算理论中不可或缺的内容。

托盘货架——悬臂底座Palletrack--CantileverBase

双深式托盘货架是一个深度方向存储两个托盘，双面取货则可以四个托盘深度，故存储密度比标准型托盘货架密度大。但必须配合使用能伸入货架内部的带伸缩叉的叉车。

驶入式货架 Drive-in Rack

驶入式货架是为大量储存同类货物（托盘）而设计的。在支撑导轨上，托盘按深度方向存放，一个紧接个，这使得高密度储存成为了可能，对于储存空间昂贵的场合如冷冻仓库等，这一货架系统是最为理想的。

Drive-in racks are designed for storing large quantities of similar goods (pallets). On the support rails,pallets are stored one by one in depth, which makes highdensity storage possible. This rack system is the most ideal for expensive storage space like cold storage warehouses.

驶入式货架的设计原理是把数排传统式货架连接起来，没有专用通道，没有专用的走道，其配置方式可以为两组驶入式货架背对背安装或单一组靠墙，叉车的进出皆使用相同的走道。存放时先由内部存放，再依次向外存放，而出货时先由外部货物取出，再向内依序取货，存储密度非常好，但不能先进先出。适合周期性批量作业及存取物料频率高的原料仓库或转运仓库。

钢构平台式货架是另一种双层式或三层式结构，通常一层做办公用，另一层做存储用。我公司生产的平台包括钢平台和货架平台，具有空间利用率高、承载力强、结构稳固、存取形式灵活、外观漂亮等优点。

阁楼式货架采用多层搁板式货架结构，提高了空间的存储利用率， 同时保持了搁板式货架的特点。阁楼式货架的做法可以是钢平台上每层装货架，也可以是货架本 般可设计成多层楼层（通常2 行楼梯、扶手和货物上货门等。 货物较轻、人工存取、 数量大的情况，也适用于现有旧仓库的技术改造， 可提高仓库的空间利用率。

Mezzanine floor could be built by separate upright or shelving rack structure. They can generally be designed with multiple layers (usually 2-3 layers) and equipped with stairs, handrails, and loading gate. Mezzanine racks are suitable for high warehouse, light goods, manual operation and a large number of storage categories. They are also suitable for the technical transformation of existingold warehouses to improve the space utilization.

搁板式货架 Shelving rack

搁板式货架对于储存人工存取的箱型尤为理想，造价低且拆装方便，仓库搬迁后仍可重复使用，可自由增减层数及列数，根据仓库的不同高低位置可设计不同的层数和高度，使空间利用率最大化。特别适合于量小，但种类多，进出为频繁的货物存储，各种配件可供选择，使其使用范围适用于各种大小尺寸的货物存取。

1、货物由高的一端存入，滑至低端，从低端取出。货物滑动过程中，滑道上设置有阻尼器，控制货物滑行速度保持在安全范围内。滑道出货一端设置有分离器，搬运机械可顺利取出第一板位置的货物。
2、货物遵循先进先出顺序。货架具有存储密度高，且具有柔性配合功能。

悬臂式货架的特点是前伸的悬臂结构轻巧，载重能力好，对存放不规则或是长度较为特殊的物料时，能大幅度提高仓库的利用率和工作的效率。 悬臂可是单面或双面。增加了搁板后，特别适合空间小、 密度低的库房，管理方便视野宽阔。与普通搁板式货架相比空间利用效率更高，存取货物更方便、快速、对货物的存放一目了然。
