Adopting the Finite Element Analysis Software (FEA), a professional analysis and calculation system designed by the Logistics Research Institute of Beijing University of Science and Technology. This software calculates the overall strength, rigidity and stability of the storage system.

有限元分析能建立精确的等比例整体货架模型，建立符合实际工况的边界约束，能更精确的模拟现实中货架的受力情况。不仅可以做到静态分析，更可将复杂的地震、风雨雪等工况在计算机中模拟出来。没有模糊的环节，没有薄弱的构件，确保货架的每一处用材都符合安全规范，客户的每一次使用都放心可靠。

Finite element analysis can establish an accurate proportional overall rack model, establish boundary constraints that meet actual working conditions, and more accurately simulate the stress conditions of the rack in reality. Not only can static analysis be performed, but also complex working conditions such as earthquakes, wind, rain, and snow can be simulated in the computer. There are no vague links or weak components, ensuring that every material used in the racks meets safety regulations, and every use by customers is assured and reliable.

货架结构力学测试 Mechanics testing of racks structural

参考欧标FEM10.2.02的规定进行了系统的短、长柱测试，梁柱节点刚度测试以及地脚刚度测试。其中短、长柱测试为研究立柱承载力提供事实依据，与理论计算结合，可以较精确的得知立柱的承载力；梁柱节点刚度测试即挂片刚度测试，该数据是货架研究的核心数据之一，无法通过理论计算得知，只能通过试验获得，该数据广泛用于货架整体稳定性计算以及地震、风雨雪等荷载计算，是完整的计算理论中不可或缺的内容。

海力挂片的优势Advantages of Beam hooks

With reference to the provisions of European Standard 10.2.02, we conducted systematic short and long column tests, beam-column joint stiffness tests, and foundation stiffness tests. The short and long column tests provide a factual basis for studying the bearing capacity of the columns. Combined with theoretical calculations, the bearing capacity of the columns can be accurately known. The beam-column joint stiffness test is also called the hanging plate stiffness test. This data is one of the core data of rack research. It cannot be obtained through theoretical calculations and can only be obtained through experiments. This data is widely used in the calculation of the overall stability of the rack and the calculation of loads such as earthquakes, wind, rain, and snow. It is an indispensable part of the complete calculation theory.

Haili hanging plates adopt 50mm spacing, and have one more hanging tooth than our peers, which has better bearing capacity and adjustability. The mechanical properties of hanging tooth structure are more reasonable for the flexible structure. When severe vibrations such as earthquakes occur, it can effectively release the huge stress generated instantly at the connection between the beam and the column, protecting the hook and the column from tearing, so it has excellent seismic resistance.

海力挂片采用50mm间距，与同长度的挂片比多一个挂齿，承载力及可调性更好。单个挂齿结构的力学性能更合理。挂接结构是柔性结构，在地震等剧烈震动发生时，能有效释放梁与柱连接处瞬间产生的巨大应力，保护挂勾及立柱不会撕裂，因此具有优异的抗震性能。

针对需要按照国际标准设计、生产及安装仓库的客户，我们结合在国内的相关标准，参考国外规范，产品也一定在安全性上符合最严格的标准。

测试结果用于有限元分析，结合现行的通用规范以用于金属货架的计算，这可以增强对材料质量、制造流程和安装公差的控制，在安全的基础上，达到最优选型的目的。

The test results will be applied to FEA, in combined with current general standards for mechanical calculation of metal racks, which can enhance the control of material quality, manufacturing progress and installation tolerance, so to achieve the purpose of optimal selection on the basis of safety.

钢质托盘 Steel Pallet

钢质托盘的结构有多种，可以是两面进叉或四面进叉，标准类型为面板整块瓦楞状，表面可以是喷粉或镀锌，持久耐用，不易损坏。颜色及尺寸均可按要求定制。

Steel pallets have various structures, forking entry by two- side or four-side. The standard type is a corrugated panel with powder-coated or galvanized surface, it is durable and not easy to damage. The color and size can be customized as required.

巧固架(堆垛笼) Stacking cage

巧固架（堆垛笼）的结构适合于需要在搬运过程中安全保护的物料，比如发动机之类，此结构可相互堆叠，节省了运输空间，特殊要求和尺寸规格可以定做。

The stacking cage (smart rack) is suitable for materials that need to be safely protected during transportation, such as engines. This structure can be stacked on each other to save transportation space. Special requirements and size specifications can be customized.

Pallet four-way shuttle car is an intelligent equipment used for pallettype cargo handling. It can move both longitudinally and transversely and can reach any position in the warehouse independently. 子母穿梭式储存系统由穿梭子车、穿梭母车、运行轨道、垂直提升机、穿梭货架系统和WMS、WCS控制系统、自动化输送系统等组成，具有出入库效率高、自动化程度高、储存密度大的特点。

托盘两向穿梭车货架 Pallet two-way shuttle rack

穿梭式货架是一种半自动密集储存系统，叉车只需要将穿梭车放置到需要作业的通道而不需要进入通道，托盘由卫星车在通道里搬运，存储和提取托盘只需要操作遥控器，操作简单。

The Pallet two-way shuttle rack is a semi-automatic intensive storage system. The forklift need not enter aisles but operate at the terminals of aisle only. The pallets are transported in the aisle by shuttle cars. Pallets storing and retrieving is operated easily by remote control.

托盘式货架 Pallet Rack

托盘式货架是使用最广泛的托盘类货物存储系统，通用性较强。每个托盘货物都可以100%单独存取，方便快捷。使用后可以随意调节横梁高度，增加横梁层数，灵活性能强，特别适合托盘货架的尺寸经常变化的用户。

Pallet racks are the most widely used storage system with strong versatility. Each pallet can be stored and retrieved 100% individually, which is convenient and fast. 托盘货架——双深式Pallet rack--Double--Deep

双深式托盘货架是一个深度方向存储两个托盘，双面取货则可以四个托盘深度，故存储密度比标准型托盘货架密度大。但必须配合使用能伸入货架内部的带伸缩叉的叉车。
Double-deep pallet racks can store two pallets in one depth or four pallets in two-sided access, so the storage density is higher than standard pallet racks. However, it needs a special forklift with telescopic forks that can reach into therack.
托盘货架——悬臂底座Pallet rack--Cantilever Base

驶入式货架 Drive-in Rack

驶入式货架是为大量储存同类货物(托盘）而设计的。在支撑导轨上，托盘按深度方向存放，一个紧接一个，这使得高密度储存成为了可能，对于储存空间昂贵的场合如冷冻仓库等，这一货架系统是最为理想的。
Drive-in racks are designed for storing large quantities of similar goods (pallets). On the support rails, pallets are stored one by one in depth, which makes highdensity storage possible. This rack system is the most ideal for expensive storage space like cold storage warehouses.

驶入式货架的设计原理是把数排传统式货架连接起来，没有专用通道，没有专用的走道，其配置方式可以为两组驶入式货架背对背安装或单一组靠墙，叉车的进出皆使用相同的走道。存放时先由内部存放，再依次向外存放，而出货时先由外部货物取出，再向内依序取货，存储密度非常好，但不能先进先出。适合周期性批量作业及存取物料频率高的原料仓库或转运仓库。
The design principle of the drive-in rack is jointing rows of traditional racks together, without special access or aisle. It is allocated by two sets of drive-in racks installed back to back or a single set against the wall. Forklifts use the same aisle for both entry and exit. This system is stored from inward to outward, and delivered from outward to inward in sequence. The drive-in rack has good storage density, but fail to follow the principle of \*first in first out\* , it is suitable for raw materials warehouses or transit warehouses which need periodical batch operations and high frequency.
Drive-in racks can double the storage capacity in the same warehouse area compared to ordinary pallet racks, height of 14 meters is obtainable.

驶入式货架在相同的库区面积内，大约与普通的托盘式货架相比能增大一倍库存量。货架高度可以达到14米。

钢结构平台式货架Steel platform

钢构平台式货架是另一种双层式或三层式结构，通常一层做办公用，另一层做存储用。我公司生产的平台包括钢平台和货架平台，具有空间利用率高、承载力强、结构稳固、存取形式灵活、外观漂亮等优点。

Steel platform is another double or three-layer structure rack, usually one layer is used for office and the other layer is used for storage. Our platforms include section steel platforms and rack steel platforms with advantages of high space utilization rate, strong capacity, solid structure, flexible storage form and beautiful appearances.

搁板式阁楼货架 Mezzanine rack

阁楼式货架采用多层搁板式货架结构，提高了空间的存储利用率，同时保持了搁板式货架的特点。阁楼式货架的做法可以是钢平台上每层装货架，也可以是货架本身是承重结构，一般可设计成多层楼层(通常2-3层)，配有人行楼梯、扶手和货物上货门等。阁楼式货架适用于库房较高、货物较轻、人工存取、储货品类多、数量大的情况，也适用于现有旧仓库的技术改造，可提高仓库的空间利用率。

Mezzanine rack improves the storage utilization of space with multi-layers shelving structure and maintaining the characteristics of shelving rack meanwhile. Mezzanine floor could be built by separate upright or shelving rack structure. They can generally be designed with multiple layers (usually 2-3 layers) and equipped with stairs, handrails, and loading gate. Mezzanine racks are suitable for high warehouse, light goods, manual operation and a large number of storage categories. They are also suitable for the technical transformation of existing old warehouses to improve the space utilization.

搁板式货架 Shelving rack

重力式货架Pallet flow rack

搁板式货架对于储存人工存取的箱型尤为理想，造价低且拆装方便，仓库搬迁后仍可重复使用，可自由增减层数及列数，根据仓库的不同高低位置可设计不同的层数和高度，使空间利用率最大化。特别适合于量小，但种类多，进出为频繁的货物存储，各种配件可供选择，使其使用范围适用于各种大小尺寸的货物存取。

Shelving rack is an ideal solution for carton type storage with manual handling, it is cost is relatively low and easy to assemble and dismantle when you move your warehouse. The number of layers and rows can be freely increased or decreased. Different layers and heights can be designed according to the height of the warehouse to maximize space utilization. They are particularly suitable for storing small quantities of goods with many types and frequent access. Various accessories are available, making their use range suitable for the access of goods of various sizes.

1、货物由高的一端存入，滑至低端，从低端取出。货物滑动过程中，滑道上设置有阻尼器，控制货物滑行速度保持在安全范围内。滑道出货一端设置有分离器，搬运机械可顺利取出第一板位置的货物。

2、货物遵循先进先出顺序。货架具有存储密度高，且具有柔性配合功能。

1. Goods are deposited from the high entrance, slide to the low exit. During the sliding process of pallet, there are dampers on the slide to control the sliding speed within a safe range. A separator is equipped at the exit, and the handling machinery can take out the pallets smoothly at the first position.

2. Pallets follow the first-in-first-out order. The advantage of this type is high storage density and flexible matching functions.

悬臂式货架 Cantilever rack

悬臂式货架的特点是前伸的悬臂结构轻巧，载重能力好，对存放不规则或是长度较为特殊的物料时，能大幅度提高仓库的利用率和工作的效率。悬臂可是单面或双面。增加了搁板后，特别适合空间小、密度低的库房，管理方便，视野宽阔。与普通搁板式货架相比空间利用效率更高，存取货物更方便、快速、对货物的存放一目了然。

The cantilever rack is characterized by its arm structure and high loading capacity. It can greatly improve the utilization rate and work efficiency of the warehouse when storingirregular or long-length materials. The arm can be single-sided or double-sided. After adding shelves, it is particularly suitable for warehouses with small space and low density, with convenient management and wide field of vision. Compared with ordinary shelf racks, it has higher space utilization efficiency, more convenient and faster operation, and the storage of goods is clear at a glance.

流利式货架

Carton flow rack

流利式货架（自滑式）适用于生产线装配线上物料的存放，物料箱能靠重力沿滚轮下滑。物料的斜面存取更符合人体工程设计。

It is suitable for storing materials on production or assembling line. Containers can slide down along the rollers by gravity. The inclined storage and retrieval of materials is more ergonomically designed.
