Jiangyin Pufige Hydraulic Equipment Co., Ltd. was established on August 23,

多级缸活塞杆采用先进工艺制造，各项技术指标均符合

并超过国家标准。可直接用于油缸、气缸、减震器、活塞

杆，并广泛用于液压气动、纺织印染、印刷机械导轨、压铸

机、注塑机导杆、顶杆及四柱油压机导柱；传真机、复印

机、高速油印机、打印机等现代办公机械导轴等一些以精密

细长轴为部件的行业和产品。

The multi-stage cylinder piston rod is manufactured by advanced technology, and all technical indicators comply with and exceed national standards. It

can be directly used in oil cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, shock absorbers,

piston rods, and is widely applied in hydraulic and pneumatic, textile printing

and dyeing, printing machinery guide rails, die-casting machines, injection

molding machine guide rods, ejector rods, and four-column hydraulic press

guide columns. Modern office machinery guide shafts such as fax machines,

copiers, high-speed oil printing machines, printers, and some other industries

and products that use precision and slender shafts as components.

空心活塞杆是指截面为环形的中空活塞杆。在材料相

同、截面积相等情况下，空心活塞杆的抗拒能力更

强，能够承受较大的外力矩。在相同的外力矩情况下，选

用空心活塞杆要比实心活塞杆省材料。

根据材料力学分析，在转轴传递扭矩时，从径向截面

看，越外的地方传递有效力矩的作用越大。在转轴需要传

递较大力矩时，就需要较粗的轴径。而由于在轴心部位传

递力矩的作用较小，所以一般采用空心的，以减少转轴的

自重。

A hollow piston rod refers to a piston rod with a circular cross-section. Under the condition of the same material and equal cross-sectional area,

the hollow piston rod has stronger resistance and can withstand larger external torque. Under the same external torque conditions, using a hollow

piston rod requires less material compared to a solid piston rod.

According to the analysis of material mechanics, when a rotating shaft transmits torque, from the radial section, the farther away from the center,

the greater the effective torque transmission effect. When the rotating shaft needs to transmit a larger torque, a thicker shaft diameter is required.

However, since the torque transmission effect at the center of the shaft is smaller, a hollow one is generally used to reduce the self-weight of the

rotating shaft.

线度和优异表面光洁度的圆柱形金属轴。

功能：与直线轴承（如滚珠衬套、滑动衬套）配合使

用，为移动部件（如工作台、滑块）提供精确的直线导

向，并承受一定的径向载荷。

The linear optical axis is a core mechanical component for linear motion, widely used in various automated equipment and precision machinery

that require high-precision, smooth linear reciprocating motion. It has a simple structure and high reliability, and is a fundamental component for

achieving linear guidance and load-bearing functions.

Definition: Generally, it is a cylindrical metal shaft that has undergone precise processing, featuring high hardness, high straightness and

excellent surface finish.

Function: It is used in conjunction with linear bearings (such as ball bushings and sliding bushings) to provide precise linear guidance for moving

parts (such as worktables and sliders) and to withstand certain radial loads.
