1.本说明为美森艺术零碳面材复合板幕墙工程指导说明，包括板材的设计、制作、安装施工以及验收。

This instruction is a guide for the Meson Art zero carbon composite panel curtain wall project, including the design, production, installation，construction, and acceptanceofthepanels.

2.美森艺术零碳面材复合板适用于建筑高度不大于100m、抗震设防烈度不大于8的民用建筑；各类商业、办公等场所的隔墙系统、吊顶系统、单墙系统。

1.建筑幕墙 building curtain wall

由金属构架与板材组成的、不承担主体结构荷载与作用的建筑外围护结构。

2.零碳面材 econiclay

以改性无机粉为主要原料，添加高分子聚合物，经成型、交联、加热、复合制成的，能表现各种砖、木材、石材、皮革、陶瓷、编织物和浮雕等效果的，厚度为2-10mm，具有柔性的可回收再生的轻质饰面片材。

1.一般规定GeneralProvisions

安装美森零碳面材复合板幕墙应在主体工程验收后进行。 The installation of theMeisenzero-carbon surface material compositepanel curtain wall should be carried out after the acceptance of the main project.

The material varieties, specifications, colors and performances of the components and accessories ofthecurtain wall shall comply with the design requirements.

，幕墙的安装施工应编制施工组织设计，其中应包括以下内容：

2.安装施工准备

Installation Construction Preparation

搬运、吊装构件时不得碰撞、损坏和污染构件。
When handling and hoisting components, they shall not be collided with, damaged orcontaminated. 构件储存时应依照安装顺序排列放置，放置架应有足够的承载力和刚度。
在室外储存时应采取保护措施。 When storing components, they should be placed in the installation sequence.
The storage racks should have sufficient bearing capacity and rigidity.

）构件安装前应检查制造合格证，不合格的构件不得安装。

3.幕墙安装施工

幕墙立柱的安装应符合下列规定：

幕墙横梁安装应符合下列规定：

零碳面材复合板幕墙安装应符合下列规定：

01应对横竖连接件进行检查、测量、调整； The vertical and horizontal connecting pieces should be inspected, measured and adjusted;

02幕墙安装时，左右、上下的偏差不应大于 1.5\mathsf{mm} When installing the curtain wall,the deviation to the left and right, and up anddownshallnotbegreaterthan 1.5mm

03板材空缝安装时，必须有防水措施，并应有符合设计要求的排水出口； When the plates are installed with empty joints, waterproof measures must be taken, and there should be drainage outlets that meet the design requirements;

幕墙的竖向和横向板材的组装允许偏差应符合表1的规定。

幕墙安装过程中宜进行接缝部位的雨水渗漏检验。

4.幕墙保护和清洗

4.幕墙安装施工安全

Safety in theInstallation Construction of CurtainWall幕墙安装施工的安全措施除应符合现行行业标准《建筑施工高处作业安全技术规范》（GJ80)的规定外，还应遵守施工组织设计确定的各项要求。

安装幕墙用的施工机具和吊篮在使用前应进行严格检查，符合规定后方可使用。

07 保养与维修

Maintenance and repair）幕墙工程峻工验收后，应制定幕墙的保养、维修计划与制度，定期进行幕墙的保养与维修。

幕墙的保养应根据幕墙墙面积灰污染程度，确定清洗幕墙的次数与周期，每年至少应清洗一次。
