The name "Magnolia Lamp" comes from its main light source structure, which resembles a blooming magnolia flower. To make the lamp easily memorable, it was named "Magnolia Lamp." Hot-dip galvanizing, also known as hot-dip zinc plating, is an effective method of metal corrosion protection. It involves immersing the rust-removed cone pole in molten zinc at around 500°C, causing a zinc layer to adhere to the surface of the pole, thereby achieving the purpose of corrosion protection.

It undergoes high-temperature chemical immersion treatment, both inside and out, which is costly and time-consuming. It is less prone to rusting.

Characteristics of LED light sources:

1. Voltage: LEDs use low-voltage power supplies, with a supply voltage between 1.8-3.6V, depending on the product. Therefore, it is a safer power supply than using high-voltage power supplies, making it especially suitable for public places.

2. Efficiency: Consumes 80% less energy than incandescent bulbs with the same luminous efficacy.

3. Stability: Theoretically, it can be lit for 100,000 hours.

4. Light decay: With the advancement of technology, light decay is becoming smaller and smaller. Now, the light decay of ordinary LED lights can be truly controlled within 5% within 1,000 hours, and even after more than 1,000 hours, the light decay is still very small.

5. Environmentally friendly: Radiation-free, pollution-free, truly environmentally friendly materials. LED products are generally exempt from inspection upon export.

(1) Long working life: As a conductor solid-state light-emitting device, LED has a longer working life than other light-emitting devices. Its brightness half-life can usually reach 100,000 hours. If LED is used to replace traditional automotive lights, its lifespan will be much longer than the lifespan of the car itself, and it has the characteristic of never needing to be repaired or replaced.

(2) Low power consumption: LEDs are low-voltage operating devices, so they consume the least power for the same brightness, which can greatly reduce energy consumption. On the contrary, with the future development of technology and materials, they will have even higher luminous efficiency. It has been calculated that if all lighting fixtures in Japan were replaced with LEDs, two large power plants could be eliminated, which would be very beneficial to environmental protection.
