HOT DIP GALVANIZING PROCESS

Hot-dip galvanizing,also known as hot-dip zinc plating, is an effective method of metal

corrosion protection. It involves immersing the rust-removed cone pole in molten zinc at

around 500°℃, causing a zinc layer to adhere to the surface of the pole, thereby achieving

the purpose of corrosion protection.

It undergoes high-temperature chemical immersion treatment, both inside and out, which

is costly and time-consuming. It is less prone to rusting.

LED MODULE LIGHT SOURCE

Characteristics of LED light sources:

1.Voltage: LEDs use low-voltage power supplies, with a supply voltage between 1.8-3.6V,depending on the

product. Therefore,it is a safer power supply than using high-voltage power supplies, making it especially

suitable for public places.

2.Efficiency: Consumes 80less energy than incandescent bulbs with the same luminous efficacy

characteristic of never needing to be repaired or replaced.

(2)Low power consumption: LEDs are low-voltage operating devices, so they consume the least power for the

same brightness, which can greatly reduce energy consumption. On the contrary, with the future development

lighting fixtures in Japan were replaced with LEDs,two large power plants could be eliminated,which,would
