Titanium sponge
Titanium sponge (Ti): Titanium sponge, also known as pure metallic titanium, is produced via the Kroll process. It is a silvery-white transition metal renowned for its lightweight yet high strength, distinctive metallic luster, and exceptional corrosion resistance.
With properties such as resistance to extreme high/low temperatures, strong acid and alkali corrosion, high strength, and low density, it is hailed as the "space metal,1 and serve as an ideal material for applications in high-end fields such as aerospace and ocean engineering. As the core raw material of the titanium industry, titanium sponge is widely used to produce titanium materials, titanium powder, and other titanium components.

Zirconium sponge
Zirconium sponge (Zr) and hafnium sponge (Hf): Both exhibit a loose, porous morphology with a grayish-black appearance, featuring high specific surface area and low bulk density. As transition metals of Group IVB, they share highly similar chemical properties and often coexist in nature, requiring complex separation processes such as solvent extraction. In terms of chemical properties, zirconium is widely used in nuclear fuel cladding due to its "neutron-transparent" property, while hafnium serves as a core material for nuclear reactor control rods owing to its strong neutron absorption capability
Distinct application fields: Zirconium excels in chemical corrosion-resistant equipment, biomedical implants, and zirconia ceramics, while hafnium excels in high-temperature alloys, high-dielectric gate materials (HfO2), and plasma cutting electrodes. In terms of production management:
The SCADA system, DCS system, and production management system are fully integrated, withabig data center established to enable real-time monitoring ofkey production process parameters. Production data and processing progress are updated and statistically tracked in real time,while equipment ledgers,annual inspections,and maintenance are managed by an information system. A visualization system and data center are established to display and analyze data related to products,equipment,quality,energy,and logistics in real time. Automated data reports are generated and presented in graphical formats to enable flexible scheduling and efficient production, improving the Company' s operational efficiency and collaborative management capabilities.
In terms of production quality:
Afactory MES systemisestablishedand integratedintotheindustrial internetplatform, which enables full traceability of production process data, online product quality inspection, and automatic alarm and diagnostic analysis. Intelligent devices such as smart color sorters, automatic weighing systems, automatic dosing filling equipment, automatic sampling devices, and CNC machine toolsare used for quality control to ensure traceability of quality in both forward and reverse processes during titanium sponge production.
In terms of R&D:
An intelligent process control platform is used to conduct digital modeling of process flows and layouts and optimize the production process of titanium sponge. A product data management system is implemented to enable integrated management of product formulations and process data, and a test data management system is implemented to achieve integrated management of product testing and inspection data.

This production line integrates a fully automated packaging system, an intelligent
automated storage and retrieval system, and a drum loading system to achieve unmanned
operations throughout the entire process. Through the collaboration of a warehouse
dispatch system and automatic palletizing/depalletizing robots, it accomplishes
end-to-end automation from empty barrel inbound, labeling, bagging, and dosing
filling(accuracy: ± 0 . 5 % )to argon sealing (evacuation and argon filling of bags/drums),
filled drum inbound, and intelligent loading with a storage capacity of 3,120 tons. Thesystemis deeply integrated with MES and ERP to dynamically optimize inventories

Baoti Huashen's Intelligent Automated Storage and Retrieval System for Spare Parts:
This system adopts high-rise racks and compact storage design, utilizes an AI-driven WMS (Warehouse Management System) to dynamically plan cargo locations,and enables flexible "goods-to-person” picking with CTU automated guided vehicles and stackers,improving efficiency by 6 0 % ,The system manages over 4,500 types of materials, with 1,040 pallet storage locations on the first floor for bulk materials and 4,800 bin locations on the second floor for delicacy management, achieving a 3 0 0 % increase invertical spaceutilization.
The WCS seamlessly interfaces with the material management platform, enables real-time inventory monitoring and intelligent early warning,and ensures full-link data traceability from inbound to outbound, significantly reducing operational costsand establishing an efficient and low-carbon industrial warehousing benchmark.
