Instruction Manual
□ Please read the instructions manual carefully before installtion and use, and keep it properly for possible reference.
1.1 BK series control transformers (hereinafterreferred toas the transformer), have characteristics of excellent performance, reliableoperation,wideapplicabilityetc.,usually used in the mechanical equipment for the control of the electric appliances,illumination and power supply of indicator light.

2.Operating environment
2.1 The sea level altitude does not exceed 2000 m.
2.2Ambient air temperature,the highest temperatureis not more than 40 { C } ,thelowest notless than-5℃.
2.3 Air relative humidity:monthly average maximumrelativehumidityis 9o% during the wettest month.At the same month,the monthly averagetemperatureis+25℃.
2.4 No violent vibration or bump.
2.5 In medium without explosion hazard, where no air might corrode metal and destroy insulation or no conductive dust exsiting.
2.6 The place where is not invaded by rain and snow.
2.7 The power supply voltage waveform is similar to sine wave.

3.1 Product model and meanings

3.2Transformerstructure
3.2.1Transformers,according to the difference ofits capacity and voltage,can be divided into a variety of different specifications.But theyare all the single phase multiple winding,primary and secondary mutual coupling separately winding transformers.
3.2.2 For the coil of this series of transformer, when there is only a secondary winding,it can bear full rated capacity;If there are multiple windings,each winding should be able to bear a given capacity;But the sum of each winding capacity shall not exceed the total capacity,as shown in figure1,figure2,figure 3,figure 4.
3.2.3 Now illustrate with examples
3.2.3.1 For example, figure 1, BK- 50 type, capacity 50 VA,input voltage 380 V,output voltage 36 V. Because there is only one winding both for he primary and secondary,it can bear full capacity 50 VA.
3.2.3.2 Figure 2,BK-200 type,capacity 200VA,input voltage 380v, output voltage 36V, 150VAand 24 V, 50VA. Because only one primary winding in the figure,it can bear the rated capacity of 200 VA.The secondary has two separate independent windings,and the winding capacity has been indicated, so they bear the capacity respectively,but the sum of the total is 2o0 VA.
3.2.3.3 Figure 3,BK-200 type,200 VA capacity,input voltage 38oV, output voltage 36 V,24 V. Because there is only one primary windingin the figure,the can bear the rated capacity of2oo VA.Secondarywindings have center tap,so only when the highest voltage 36V of the secondary is used alone,it can bear 200VAloads.24V can only bear 133VAbut not 200VAload.Secondary total current is l2=Pe/ \mathsf { U } 2 = 2 0 0 \mathsf { V } \mathsf { A } / 3 6 \mathsf { V } = 5 . 5 5 \mathsf { A } ,so when 24Vis used alone,the capacity equals 24V×5.55A=133VA. When 36V and 24Vare used at the same time, the sum of current shall not exceed 5.55A. Anyway, regardless of the fact that output voltage is used alone or in both groups at the same time, the sum of the load currentis not more than the rated current of the transformer.
3.2.3.4 Figure 4 BK-200 type,200VAcapacity, input voltage 380V, 220V, output voltage 110V, 36V,24V,6V.We see from figure 4: in the primary and secondary windings, there is center tap.The maximum operating current of the primaryI1=Pe/U2=200VA/380V \mathbf { \bar { \rho } } = \mathbf { \rho } 0.526A, so no matter use 220Vor 380V, the current should not exceed 0.526A;When 380Vis used, the capacity of the transformeris 2oo VA. When 22oVis used, the maximum capacity of the transformeris: 200 VA/380 \mathsf { V } x 2 2 0 \mathsf { V } = 1 1 6 \mathsf { V } \mathsf { A } ,so at this time, the 20oVA transformer was changed to 116 VA;
Meantime,secondary capacitywillbe reduced to 116 VA.The maximum operating current of secondary depends on the service condition of primary.If primaryis connected to 38oV, the transformer should be 20o VA,so secondary current should be 1 2 = { \mathsf { P e } } / { \mathsf { U } } 2 = 2 0 0 { \mathsf { V A } } / { \mathsf { 1 } } 1 0 { \mathsf { V } } = 1 . 8 { \mathsf { A } } .
When 11oV is used alone,the capacity is 110V×1.8A=200VA
When 36Vis used alone, the capacity is 36V×1.8A=65VA
When 24Vis used alone, the capacity is 2 4 \mathsf { V } x 1 . 8 \mathsf { A } = 4 3 \mathsf { V } \mathsf { A }
When 6Vis used alone,the capacity is 6V×1.8A=11VA
If output voltage of two groups or more than two groups is used at the same time, the sum of the current must not be more than 1.8A.If primaryis connected tov22oV,the transformer should be 116VA,rather than 200VA.So the secondary current is:
I2=Pe/U2=116VA/110V=1.05A.
When 11oVis used alone,the capacity is 110V×1.05A=116VA
When 36Vis used alone,the capacity is 36V×1.05A=38VA
When 24Vis used alone, the capacity is 24V×1.05A=25VA
When 6Vis used alone,the capacity is 6V×1.05A=6.3VA
If the voltage of two groups or more than two groups is used at the same time,the sum of its current must not be more than 1.05A.

5. Instructions for use
5.1 Unfold the packing cases,take out the manual and transformer,and carefullyread the operating manual for correct operation.
5.2Fasten the transformer firmly on suitable position to prevent it from vibration and corrosion.
5.3 Before using the transformer,please test if the circuitry voltage and power grid voltage is the rated inputvoltage value.The allowable deviation 1 5 ± 5 % is allowed. If the tested voltage exceed the allowable range consumedly,please add a stabilizer to the front terminal to ensure transformer works reliably and normally.
5.4 Select lead of proper cross section, connectit according to the indication,turn on theelectricityafterchecking,thetransformer canwork normally.The nominal cross section of the power line can be seen from the table below.

6.Notes
6.1 Before purchase,please estimate the totalcapacitanceofapplicableelectricappliance you need with reference to figure 1- figure 4 structure,choosetransformerswithacertain spare capacity to ensure the instantaneous startup will not burn out the transformer.
6.2The transformer is designed and produced strictly inaccordance with the relevant national standard.When you use multi-tap voltage transformer,calculate with reference to 3.2.4.4 example,then use the transformer.In general, no matter what kind of transformer you will use, the total sum of the current should not exceed the rated currentvalue of the transformer.
6.3 Before using the transformer, carefully proofread various data on the nameplate and attachment manuals to check whether the product meets your requirements.After confirmation, turn on the electricity to use the transformer.
6.4 After elctrified, the iron core and coil of the transformerwill get hot,(but the temperature rise will not be more than 80 k) which belongs to the normal phenomenon.If the temperature rise is over 80k,even smoking occurs,customers should cut off power supply, recheck the capacitance ofelectric appliance,and make adjustment.
6.5 ln transit, try best to avoid collision. Do not be affected with damp.When using it, please pay attention to maintenance to ensure the service life of the transformer.
6.6 Before using this series transformers, make sure that they are reliably connected to the ground.
7.Ordering instruction
When buying products,customers should be made clear of the following:
7.1 Transformer model,specifications, capacity,primaryand secondaryvoltage and capacity allocation of secondary voltage,or refer to the illustration of figure 1-figure 4 to choose the products that are suitable for you.
7.2 Outline dimensions and installation dimensions in this manualisthe standard dimensions of transformers produced in our company; If you need to change the dimension, make specialinstructions when you order it.
8.Company promise
Under the premise of compliance with the operation and storage conditions and seals in good condition,our company is responsible for freerepair or replacement with 24 months from the production date if manufacturing quality problems occur as a result of damage or do not normally work.Repair shall be paid beyond the warranty period.But the damage caused by the following circumstances will be paid for repair, even if within the warranty period:
(1)Improperuse,maintenance and storage
(2)Modificationand improper repair.
(3)Damage occurs in the process of installation or due to falling after purchase.
