轴承材料
轴承套圈和滚动体:采用优质高碳铭轴承钢(GC15)制造。
保持器:采用优质冷轧钢板(08#或10#)冲压制成,必要时可采用增强工程塑料制造。
防尘盖:采用进口专用材料(SPCC)或不锈钢板(1Cr18Ni9或1Cr13)制造。
密封圈:采用经表面处理的优质钢板(08#或10#)骨架和丁腈橡胶(NBR)热压制成,必要时采用不锈钢骨架和(1Cr18Ni9)骨架和胶耐油耐高温的特殊橡胶制造。

振动与噪音
除了载荷、速度和寿命等轴承的基本要求外,低噪音和低振动在实际应用中正变得越来越重要。众所周知,振动过度会使轴承早期失效,同时振动加剧会增加能源消耗;另一方面,高噪音会破坏个人和家庭生活环境。因此,从一开始找出并解决振动和噪音的源头,对轴承的良好运行至关重要。
豪泰通过S0910测检议对影响轴承振动和噪音的每个因素进行分析。为制造低振动和低噪音轴承提供有方的帮助。
影响振动和噪音的因素
\bullet 套圈因素
轴承旋转时滚动体在滚道中滚动而激发出一种平稳且连续性的噪声,此噪音通常称为滚道声。滚道声将直接增大轴承的振动和噪音,此噪音产生源在于受到载荷后的套圈固有振动所致。可通过提高轴承套圈沟道的圆度、波纹度等精度水平,来降低轴承的振动和噪音。
钢球因素
钢球的振动数值大小及表面精度直接影响到轴承振动和噪音的产生。豪泰要求钢球生产方的钢球具有很低的振动数值和很好的表面精度,如提高钢球的圆度,波纹度要求,在100倍显微镜下观察钢球表面,其表面不能有任何划伤、擦伤、啃伤等缺陷。从而达到降低轴承的振动和噪音的目的。
保持架
因素在轴承旋转过程中保持架的自由振动以及它与滚动体相撞击会发出一种噪声,此噪音通常称为保持架声。保持架声将直接增大轴承的振动和噪音。可通过提高保持架的制造精度,优选合理的间隙和保持架窜动量来改善二。豪泰所使用的保持架,其生产厂方均具有先进的生产工艺和极高的制造水平。在保持架的窜动量方面经过数十次的实验,使保持架的窜动量得到一个理想值。为轴承的减振降噪提供了帮助。
\bullet 清洁度因素
轴承的清洁不良将直接增加轴承的振动和噪音的产生。因此积极采用先进的清洗技术,对零配件和合套后的产品进行有效彻底的清洗,对提高轴承的清洁度尤为重要。豪泰采用先进的气相清洗机对轴承零配件进行有效地清洗;在合套后的产品清洗方面,清洗设备采用先超声波,后喷淋的工艺,其中喷淋清洗采用科学的多段式喷淋工艺,大大提高了轴承的清洁度,从而减小了轴承的振动和噪音的产生。
润滑脂因素
轴承专用润滑脂对轴承的减振降噪等方面起到关键性作用。良好的润滑脂不但能使轴承的寿命延长,而且能减轻轴承的振动和减小轴承的噪音。尤其是对噪音有特殊要求的电机上,轴承润滑脂的选用尤为重要。豪泰可根据客户的不同使用要求,为客户选用不同的润滑脂,使轴承的振动和噪音方面充分满足客户的特殊使用要求。
振动值上升及对策
豪泰对每一个出厂的产品进行百分之百的噪音和振动的检测。同时,豪泰近来显著改良了深沟球轴承的设计,进一步降低了振动和噪音等级。一旦遇到下面的情况,客户需要引起注意。

振动和噪声
轴承的振动和噪声分为Z、 z _ { { * } } z _ { \scriptscriptstyle 3 } 和 \scriptstyle { ±b { Z } } _ { 4 } 四类,用SO910-1型仪器测量,根据特殊要求,用BVT-1型仪器测量,分为V \mathsf { v } _ { \imath } 和 ±b { \mathsf { v } } _ { 3 } 。数据显示如下,客户,客户需要在订单上标明振动和噪声等级的要求。
