很多年来，液体冷却一直被认为是最有效的冷却方法。在现代塑料加工工业中，水冷加热及油冷加热作为标准设备，但在使用过程中，由于水质未经软化净化处理，冷却管结垢过早失效，及油冷却的油路堵塞，漏油等，影响设备正常使用和停机维修等缺点。风冷加热器就避免了这些缺点，风冷加热器由几个连接而成的带状加热器，组成一个加热区，单独固定冷却，最高温度500度是国内外目前最先进的冷却装置。

随着塑料领域挤压成型和各类工艺技术的不断发展，对加热/冷却系统的需求日益增长。通过该系统调节温度，可以排除挤压过程中难以控制的摩擦热。本厂生产的加热/冷却一体化系统提高了材料的成型质量(特别是处理PVC料)，是当前挤出机、注塑机及吹塑机料管最先进的加热/冷却系统。

结构：加热/冷却系统由冷却单元和加热单元组成。

由冷却风罩、鼓风机及多种散热器组成。冷却风罩和鼓风机可以分别取下，安装简便。

1.冷却风罩采用不锈钢板或镀铝钢板制作，配有冷却风机连接口、优化气流导风片、排气口以及接线盒，外观精美；

3.散热器：根据散热要求可选用紫铜板散热片、铝板散热片、陶瓷散热片、外风道铸铝、内风道铸铝及液体冷却式铸铝。

纳米远红外加热器

远红外加热管是采用了经特殊工艺加工的乳白石英玻璃管、配用电阻合材料作为发热子，由于乳白石英玻璃可以吸收来自电热丝辐射的几乎全部的可见光和近红外光、且能使之转化为远红外辐射。但目前的工业用红外线加热管基本淘汰了乳白色石英管，因其料性比较脆，故不能形成很长的乳白色加热管。且乳白色具有遮光效应，阻止了其热量。因其管壁温度高，故而只适用于近红外加热。

辐射加热棒是把电加热元件封闭在保护套内通电发热，由套管间接把热量辐射给炉衬和被处理工件，广泛应用于热处理行业的各种加热炉中。

辐射加热棒使用的电热合金材料应具有较高的电阻率，电热转化率高。由于辐射管放置在套管内，传热过程与一般敞露型电热元件不同，其热屏蔽大，升温过程中必须对元件温度进行控制，防止元件超温。辐射管封闭加热时，电热元件表面温度比炉膛温度高约 1 0 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } - 1 5 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } 。所以在选材时要分析炉温、炉内气温氛围，选择正确的加热材料。

电磁感应加热器主要适用于塑料（橡胶）注射机、挤出机、吹膜机、拉丝机、造粒机、制造塑料薄膜、管材、线材等设备上，可应用在料筒、法兰、模头、螺杆等部位加热。

工作原理 Working principle

电磁加热是一种利用电磁感应原理将电能转换为热能，将50-60Hz的交流电转换成频率为20-25KHz的中频交变电流，通过电感线圈（感应圈）转换成交变磁场，金属物体靠近感应到磁场后就会产生闭合旋转电流（涡流），电流具有热效应。加热体表面由此自行高速发热，从而达到加热目的。感应线圈本身并不发热，发热体是被加热体本身。
