High speed mixer

Product advantages
The product structure is reliable and compact: the unique double-layer drum form inChina, compared with the
separation arrangement scheme of drying drum and cooling drum the product has fewer maintenance points and
occupies a small area.
Continuous production of dry sand: the forced air cooling mode integrating drying and cooling can enable the dry
sand to have a lower discharge tempera-ture (≤65 ℃) than the three-layer drum, so as to adapt to continuous and
uninterrupted production conditions.
Strong production applicability: compared with the fluidized bed drying and cooling equipment, it has lower requirements on the feeding amount, type, moisture content, mud content, etc. of customers’ raw materials, and can be
applied to more production working conditions.
Low energy consumption: the first-class simulation software is used to jointly simulate and design the material
curtain and blade structure, which improves the internal heat transfer efficiency of the drum. The unique double
layer structure uses the outer layer to insulate theinner layer, reducing unnecessary energy loss. Reasonable
drum structure design and thermal system scheme layout reduce the overall operation cost of the drying system.
Double-layer drying and cooling drum
The NFLG double-layer drying and cooling drum is a patented product with integrated drying and cooling functions,
designed for removing water from dry mortar raw materials and cooling finished materials. The NFLG double-layer
drying and cooling drum series is widely used in the drying and cooling of various wet sand and stone materials in dry
mortar products. It utilizes a unique blade structure and drum rotation to move and lift the wet materials, achieving a
corresponding drying effect. Through heat exchange with the heat source provided by the burner within the drum, it
removes moisture from the wet sand and stone, meeting the production conditions for dry mortar.
