三、牙板概述
(一)用途
牙板为搓牙机用之常规模具,用于螺丝牙的成型。
(二)牙板功能区域划分
A、变形区B、切断区C、中心线D、整形区E、出牙区
(三)牙板的主要技术能数
A、牙距b、牙深c、螺旋角d、牙山角度e、尖尾角度
名词解释:
1、牙板车种:即搓牙机机型,不同车种的牙板尺寸大小不同。(详见目录第7页)
2、牙数:螺纹1英寸中牙的数量。(1inch 1 = 2 5 . 4 (mm )
3、牙距:螺纹相间两个牙型上对应点的轴向距离。
(四)牙纹转造法
圆柱形或者其他形状线材在常温下用带牙纹的模板(即牙板)强迫紧压并使其转动,使其表面在牙模内形成牙纹,这种冷加工牙纹的方法通称牙纹转造法。使用牙纹转造法加工螺纹,其牙纹及牙底受压力加工硬化,螺丝的机械性能较好,而且表面光滑,与牙纹切削成型法相比,具有速度快,产量高,精度均一等优点。
(五)搓牙工作基本条件
平行牙板,以固定面牙板的长度Ls为准,其长度为被加工物径的20倍以上,但不可超过35倍,制品之转动数最低在6回转,转数不到6回传,加工物受其强近压造,易造成椭圆或者异状变形,影响成品的材料组织及机械性。
转数N之求法
例:搓M4的牙纹,其转数算法如下:

N=转数Ls=固定牙板之长度d=螺丝外径之基本尺寸d2=有效之基本尺寸
(六)搓牙时调机重点
(1)牙板订购时必须注明牙径尺寸。
(2)搓牙径及牙距不符合牙板规格,不能共用及代用。
(3)订购时长度指定正确,以免在使用时再研磨之麻烦。
(4)调机时注意“上下平行度”两牙板必须平行(图1(b))。
(5)托料板进退距离必须适当。
(6)牙距之调整必须正确,以免牙纹剥皮(图1(c))。
(7)牙纹之成型,慢慢加压至牙峰正常为止,切不可过压。
(8)一切调整正确后,先看剪断之铁渣是否正常(9)铁渣在此情形,有三种原因:
① 牙板之爬山位太快切,此处之摩擦面有明显之亮度,从发亮之处,用铁石锉刀或油石磨掉。(注意不可磨太多)
② 线材太硬,必须先退火后再搓牙。
③ 两面牙板之尖头成型位置不正确。 (活动面之牙板可前、后调整)
(10)起动点不可过压。(如图1(a))
(11)机台活动道不可松,必须稳定以免调整困难。
(12)头部座面伤纹,由牙距调整不良及进料时上面压板过压引起。
(13)转造过程中,切不可缺油,以免影响牙板寿命。

(五)Thebasicconditionofrubbingteeth
Paralleltothelengthofthetoothplatetothelengthof thefixedlengthofthe toothplate,thelength of theprocessedmaterialdiameterofmore than20times,butnotmore than35times theminimum numberof productsinthe6rotation,Processedbyitsstrongnearthepressure,easytocauseoval orabnormal deformation,affecting the finished product of the material and mechanical.

(六)Rubbing teeth whenadjusting the focus
(1)Dental board size mustbe specifiedwhen ordering.
(2)Rubbingdiameterand toothdistancedoesnotmeetthedental platespecifications,cannotbesharedandsubstitutes.
(3)Order the length of the specified correct,soas nottouse the grinding inthe trouble.

TRIANGULARTHREAD三角牙螺纹(TAPTITE)
一、三角牙螺纹之优点:
1.减少另外攻牙制程及其相关成本。
2.三角牙设计提供防松功效,降低对防松华司及粘剂之需求。
3.由于攻入时对母件这刚应力而产生较强之牙间紧密度。
4.容许较大的母件孔径变异。
5.可用于多种材质及各式冲、钻、铸、挤成型等之孔。
6.运用高周波局部渗碳热处理后,可对较厚之深孔钢质母件并保有调质热处理之强韧度。
7.可照样对有漆胶或焊渣之母件进行攻牙。
8.预置扭力总是等于或超过自锁螺丝标准。
二、三角自攻螺丝有四种类型:
1STYPE:一般机械牙、三角螺丝退出后,可符合其规格之小螺丝互换。
2CTYPE:与小螺丝及STYPE之机械牙相同,并且可配合螺帽。
3BTYPE:与PTYPE之铁板牙相同,适合使用在薄铁板及塑胶类。
4PTPYE:使用在可塑性塑胶类。
三、一般螺丝与三角螺丝使用比较:
1.攻牙兼锁入后牙峰膨胀至螺丝牙底密着按触不易松,并且钻孔不必钻深。
2.割尾之B型铁板螺丝切削兼锁入,其密着性不比(1)高,并且钻孔要深有切渣。
3.先绞牙后小螺丝再锁入其密着性没有,需附带弹簧垫子或螺帽。
4.S型三角螺丝,攻牙兼锁入牙峰,牙底密着不易松,不必配合垫地及螺母。
四、三角螺丝用途:在电气制品、交通机具、家庭用品,精密机器、玩具塑胶类及压铸零件等范围很广。
五、三角螺丝束尾形式分为束牙(如图一)、束底。束底又分为束底有牙(如图二)和束底无牙(如图三)。
