USAGE:

至于设备方面，以倡导环保为目的，油性OPP复膜机所取代。

用途特点：

新一代ZFM-1050水性OPP复膜机，是我公司整合目前最新技术，适合水性/油性/预涂膜三种工艺复膜，是“一机多用”及“高速省电”的机种(60m/min，工作功率50Kw)。

功能说明：

先于薄膜上涂上水性胶水后经过大干燥轮进行烘干，同时自动送纸机将纸张送至贴合主机，采用贴合轮就几加热及加压方式将已上胶的OPP薄膜贴合于纸张表面，大干燥轮和贴合采用热水循环系统，加热快控稳定准确，贴合好的成品可选择卷取成状或圆盘式切刀将胶膜切出缺口，经过特殊设计拉断轮拉断后，选择人工收纸或自动收纸，

配置说明

1、叠量控制系统：伺服控制与飞达同步、凸轮机构精准控制前规，保证纸张的叠量长度均匀。
2、智能恒温加热辊：加热辊内置加热器、测温探头、导热油传热及温度控制器，使加热温度均匀，稳定。
3、放卷机构：带刻度气胀轴房膜，膜卷装卸方便、放膜定位精准且可轴向进行微调，配有空压制动控制膜张力。
4、人机界面系统：色彩触屏，操作简单、方便。操作员可从屏上随时查看机器的工作状态。
