胶保养常识

夏季拼板胶使用注意事项

拼板胶是一种专门用于拼接集成材等木制品的胶粘剂，主要用于胶合板厂、多层板厂、家具厂等与木材有关的行业中。虽然拼板胶具有良好的耐热、防潮性能，但是在炎热高温的夏季，其粘结性能仍会受到影响。夏天气温在30℃以上时，因气温高，固化剂和胶水的反应速度会加快并产生大量气泡，胶水表面易结皮，为了避免这种情况，夏季使用的拼板胶时需要以下事项。夏季使用拼板胶必须提高胶水的涂布量，气温在35℃时胶水的粘度会快速上升，表面容易形成胶膜，易形成干燥胶合，故在涂抹拼板胶时适当增加涂抹量或改用双面涂胶，涂胶后要立即拼合，以免胶粘剂固化。

不要由于天气太热而减少固化剂的用量，最好是减少胶水的调配量，以在40分钟内用完为好，适时的管理可确保粘合质量，才能有良好稳定的粘合品质。拼板胶使用时将固化剂加入胶水中搅拌均匀，在1\~2小时内使用最佳。在使用中发现气泡过多则需要多搅拌几次至气泡自然沉后再使用。

对于已经调配了固化剂还没有用完的拼板胶，一定要密封好临时存放，不能长时间暴露在空气中，防止干皮，否则下次使用是会影响拼接质量。

拼板胶在回南天需要注意什么

每年遇到回南天那一两个月，不能打开窗，到处湿漉漉的，最令人无奈的是衣服怎么晾也不能干，不仅造成生活的不便，还使人心情低落。不仅人心情会低落，对于在回南天使用拼板胶拼板的人，或许会更失落

回南天是对我国南方地区一种天气现象的称呼，通常指每年春天时，气温开始回暖而湿度开始回升的现象。回南天的空气中湿度很大，在使用拼板胶拼板过程中引起板材覆水和胶水挥发慢，易导致拼板后胶膜下陷、发白以及板材开裂等现象。针对回南天空气中湿度高的情况，建议在使用拼板胶进行拼板时需做到以下几点：

1、固化剂的份量提高到12%一15%（相较于正常环境下提高2%）

即主剂：固化剂=100：12\~15（重量比)；地板贴面为100：15。

2、加压时间：加压时间在同等条件下要再延长至1.5-2倍；地板贴面为80-100分钟，高频使用时加电时间延长15-30秒。

3、拼好板之后，待加工时间请保证在24小时后再进行，测试时间为5天以上4、车间作业环境、拼板胶本身及需要作业的材料（如板材、薄片、芯板等）的温度皆不可低于10℃，板材湿度不可低于12%。

5、高湿度下车间作业环境需保持通风，尽可能提高加工产品周围的环境温度及降低环境湿度（如加热并通风）。

6、最后，当环境湿度大于90%，需停止拼板工作。

组装黄胶组装后上完油漆开裂、脱胶是什么原因，如何解决？
主要原因如下：
1、基材含水率过高或者过低
2、压力偏低
3、基材加工精度不够
4、基材孔隙率过高，胶液过度渗透
5、涂组装黄胶后过了开放时间
6、胶粘剂耐溶剂性低 避免组装黄胶开裂、脱胶解决方法：
水性组装黄胶组装要求相邻组件含水率差小于2%。组装前含水率过高或相差过大 则干燥过程中木材收缩不均而出现胶线开裂。
压力不够，胶水无法渗透进入基材形成胶钉，没有足够的粘接强度。
上胶面不平整则两面无法完全接触，胶水与两上胶面的接触面积减少从而导致强 度减弱。组装时要求各组件加工到拼合面不透光以及直角度良好。
孔隙率过低，胶水无法有效渗透则没有足够的强度；孔隙率过高，胶水大量渗透 进入基材，导致粘接部位缺胶，需选用高粘度胶粘剂。
涂组装胶后必须在开放时间内压合，否则胶水成膜，无法正常渗透。
胶粘剂中与溶剂亲和基团过多，则在上油漆时胶线溶涨，失去强度而开裂。
Glue Maintenance Tips
Precautions for Using Panel Glue in Summer
Panel glue is an adhesive specifically designed for splicing wood products such as laminated timber, widely used in plywood factories, multi
layer board factories, furniture factories, and other wood-related industries. Although panel glue has good heat resistance and moisture
proof properties, its bonding performance can still be affected in hot summer. When the summer temperature exceeds 30°C, the high
temperature accelerates the reaction between the curing agent and the glue, generating a large number of bubbles and causing the glue
surface to form a skin easily. To avoid this, the following precautions should be taken when using panel glue in summer: Increase the glue application amount by in summer. When the temperature reaches 35°C, the viscosity of the glue rises rapidly, and a glue film easily forms on the surface, leading to dry bonding. Therefore, appropriately increase the application amount or switch to double-sided gluing, and assemble immediately after gluing to prevent the adhesive from curing.
Do not reduce the amount of curing agent due to hot weather. It is better to reduce the mixing volume of the glue, ensuring it is used up within 40 minutes. Timely management can ensure bonding quality and stable adhesion. When using panel glue, add the curing agent to the glue, stir evenly, and use it preferably within 1-2 hours. If excessive bubbles are found during use, stir several more times until the bubbles naturally subside before use.
For unused panPel glue mixed with curing agent, it must be sealed for temporary storage and not exposed to air for a long time to prevent skin formation, which will affect splicing quality in subsequent use.
What to note about panel glue during humid "returning-to-spring" days?
During the one or two months of "returning-to-spring" weather each year, windows cannot be opened, and everything is damp. The most frustrating part is that clothes never dry, causing not only daily inconveniences but also low morale. This dampness does not only affect people's moods-it may also bring frustration to those using panel glue for splicing during this period...
"Returning-to-spring" refers to a weather phenomenon in southern China, typically occurring in spring when temperatures start to warm up and humidity rises. The high air humidity during this period can cause water accumulation on boards and slow glue evaporation during panel gluing, easily leading to issues such as sunken glue films, whitening, and board cracking after splicing.
To address the high humidity during "returning-to-spring" days, the following measures are recommended when using panel glue: 1.Increase the curing agent ratio to 12%–15% (2% higher than in normal environments), i.e., main agent:curing agent = 100:12-15 (by weight); for floor veneering, use 100:15.
2.Prolong the pressing time to 1.5-2 times the normal duration under the same conditions; for floor veneering, press for 80-100 minutes, and extend the high-frequency heating time by 15-30 seconds.
3.After splicing, ensure a waiting period of at least 24 hours before processing, and conduct testing after 5 days.
4.The temperature of the workshop environment, panel glue itself, and materials (such as boards, veneers, core boards, etc.) must not be lower than 10°C, and the board moisture content must not be lower than 12%.
5.In high humidity, maintain ventilation in the workshop and strive to increase the environmental temperature around the processed products while reducing humidity (e.g., by heating and ventilating).
6.Finally, stop splicing work when the environmental humidity exceeds 90%.

Why does assembled yellow glue crack or debond after painting, and how to solve it? Main causes:

1.Excessive or insufficient moisture content in the substrate;
2.Inadequate pressure;
3.Poor substrate processing accuracy;
4.High substrate porosity causing excessive glue penetration;
5.Exceeding the open time after applying assembled yellow glue;
6.Low solvent resistance of the adhesive.

PUR 热熔胶使用注意事项Attention for reactive hot melt adhesive

1.此胶为湿固化反应型热熔胶，若直接露置在空气中或碰到水分会导致固化而报废，故在搬运或运输过程中要确保包装完好无破损。

The product is moisture-curable polyurethane hot-melt adhesives. Directly exposing in the atmosphere of moisture will result in curing & being worthless. So please pay more attention to keep good order for outside wrapping in transportation.

2.仅可使用专用于反应型热熔胶的设备，不可使用普通热熔胶设备。

Use only in equipment intended for reactive hot melt. Do not use in conventional hot melt equipment.

3.请将未开包装的产品存放在干燥;通风的环境中,储藏温度为5-25℃，并注意远离火源。

Store the unopened products in dry and ventilated condition at 5–25℃,and away from fire. In its unopened, original container, the products have a shelf life of nine months from the date of production at5–25℃.

4.产品在未开启包装前，5-25℃温度条件下的保质期为9个月。5.涂胶过程中如果需要中断工艺，胶机温度调节到保温状态，保温75℃，如果中断时间需要超过24小时，请使用专用清洗剂清理熔胶箱和布胶头上的热熔胶，防止胶水在设备中固化。

使用说明：
用洁净的冷水调配，体积比=3份粉：1份水，重量比=5份粉：3份水。
量出胶粉：先加总水的2/3搅拌，注意水要边搅边加，这样胶粉易于溶解，不易
出现抱团现象。兑水的比例用户可根据需要自行调节，以得到粘度适中的胶液
一般用于榫接、指接等小面积粘合建议用户适当减兑水量，而大面积压板和拼
板建议用户适当增加兑水量。胶液调好后的适用期与气温成反比，气温越高，
适用期越短(适用期是指胶调好至凝胶的时间)，一般情况下：气温 适用期10--20℃ 6--3小时20--30℃ 3--2小时30--40℃ 2--1小时用户应根据气温的高低，适用期的长短而确定每次调胶量，以免造成浪费。对于用胶量较大，每次调胶较多的客户建议使用电动搅拌器进行调胶，可省时省力。粘合条件：木材的水份控制

4、施压时，应用夹具，热压机或机械等方法以使让胶渗透到木质纤维，并让胶稍溢端头，表示施胶得当；。热压1mm约压1分钟(以100℃为例)，或涂胶层与导热板温度相等时，1分钟即可。施压结束，并不意味着胶层完全固化，一般胶层完全固化需要更长一段时间，此时胶层已硬如铁石，胶合强度达到最高

注意事项：
以上数据或结果为部分厂家提供，使用时就结合材质，工艺流程等实际情况适当调整，该胶低温时，固化时间相应延长，在低至≤10℃时，最好暂停使用(热压除外)。

Prepare with clean cold water, volume ratio = 3 parts powder : 1 part water, weight ratio = 5 parts powder : 3 parts water. Measure the glue powder: first add 2/3 of the total water and stir, noting that water should be added while stirring to facilitate dissolution and prevent agglomeration. Users can adjust the water ratio as needed to obtain glue liquid with moderate viscosity. For small-area bonding such as tenon joint and finger joint, it is recommended to reduce the water amount appropriately, while for largearea panel pressing and edge gluing, increase the water amount appropriately. The pot life of the prepared glue liquid is inversely proportional to the temperature: the higher the temperature, the shorter the pot life (pot life refers to the time from preparation to gelation).
