(2)Three-phase demodulation: The output voltage imbalance is less than 1 % ,ensuring the accuracy of the output voltage for each phase remains constant.

1-2.Environmental Requirements
(1)The voltage regulator should be used indoors with good ventilation and a flat,solid floor.
(2)No conductive or explosive dust,nocorrosive metals,or gases,vapors,oroil mists that may damage insulation. (3)The rated capacity decreases with altitude.(If the altitude exceeds 1 0 0 0 { m } ,the rated capacity is reduced.)
(4) The ambient temperature ranges from- 5 ^ { \circ } C to + 4 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf C ,with adaily average <= 3 0 ^ { \circ } C and an annual average <= 2 5 ^ { \circ } C .The temperature variation rate of the working environment should be <= 5 { K / h } .(Note: The overload capacity will decrease.) (9)Avoid abnormal mechanical stresses such as impact and vibration.

2. Installation Wiring
·Before installing and wiring,always disconnect the power supply to prevent electric shock and accidents.
·The product must be installed and tested by trained electricians with proper certification.
2-1.Pre-installation Check
(1)Check if the product model and specifications match yourorder details,especially capacity and input/output voltage values.
(2)Check whether the factory documents (manual, certificate of conformity,etc.) and the items agreed to be delivered under the order are complete.
(3) Check whether the electrical components in the voltage regulator cabinet are damaged during transportation.
(4)Ensure all fasteners are securely fastened and wiring remains intact.Tighten the control plug to prevent poor contact.
(5)Upon delivery,users should unpack,inspect,and install the voltage stabilizer within one month to prevent quality degradation from prolonged storage.

2-2. Installation Wiring
(1) Positioning:
Afterpassing inspection, the equipment shall be stably positioned to prevent damage to the housing and internal components;the chassis shall bear uniform loads,with sufficient ventilation and maintenance space reserved around it.
(2) Cable selection:
Cableselection:Selectcompatiblecablesand connectors (to ensure reliable connections),considering factors such as load rate,current-carrying capacity,heat dissipation,environmental conditions,installation method, and transmission length.The wire gauge should be determined based on the voltage regulator's capacity(with adequate margin).Copper wire is recommended,with a selection standard of 3 . 5 { A } / {mm } ^ { 2 } :
(3) Cable connections:
Cable connections: Connect the input line to the "Input (R/S/T)" terminal,the load line to the "Output (U/V/W)" terminal,and the neutral line to the "N" terminal (no neutral connection required for no-load circuits).The chassis ground wire should be connected to the "=" marked position.
4 1.The wiring diagram is for reference only; the actual voltage regulator markings shall prevail.
2.Strictly folow terminal markings for wiring:Do not reverse input/output and phase/neutral wires,avoid CAUTION confusing neutral with ground,and never omit the ground wire.Incorrect connections may cause equipment failure or damage.
3.The neutral wire must be properly connected (please specify any equipment thatdoes not require a neutral wire when placing your order).
4.The wiringand connections from thepower supply tothevoltage regulatorand fromthevoltageregulator to the load must ensure good contact,be sturdyand reliable,andbe capable ofcarrying the equipment's rated current.
3.Operation Guide
3-1.Function Operation Instructions:

3-2. Control Panel Settings:
All voltage settings must be phase voltage settings.Do not use line voltage settings.Remember!
1) Set the stable voltage for U, V,and W phases:

This functionsets the stableoutput voltage foreachphase.It is presetbydefaultandcanbereset as needed.Theoperation is as follows:
1.Hold the SETbutton for 5seconds,thenrelease.Wait until thevoltage setting,Aphase,and 2OV indicators flash simultaneously. Adjust the value using the plus/minus keys to complete the U phase seting.
2.Pressthe SETbuttonagainuntilthe "Voltage Setting","BPhase"and "22OV"indicatorsflash.Usethe plus/minus keysto adjust and finalize the V-phase setting.
3.Pressthe SETkeyuntil the voltage seting,Cphase,and22OVindicators flash,thenadjust withtheplus/minus keys to finalize the W phase configuration.
After completing the three-phase parameter settings,press the Switch button to save and exit.
2) Overcurrent protection threshold setting:
This function ensures thesafeoperationof thevoltage stabilizerand load.The protection value is presetbydefault and can be reset as needed.The operation is as follows: Holdthe SETkeyfor5seconds,thenrelease.Press theSETkeyfourtimes insuccessionuntil the'CurrentSeting' indicator in the lowerright cornerflashes.Adjustthe value using the plus/mius keys,then press the Switch keytosave and exit.
3) Overvoltage and undervoltage protection threshold settings:
Thisfunction prevents thevoltageregulator fromexceeding itsoutput range,ensuringsafe loadoperation.Theprotection threshold is preset by the manufacturer and can be reset as needed.The operation is as follows: HoldtheSETkey for5seconds,then release.Press the SETkeysix times in succession until the "Overvoltage Seting" indicatorin the lower rightcornerflashes.Adjust the value using the plus/minus keys.Pressthe SETkeyagain until the "Undervoltage Setting" indicatorflashes.Adjust the value using the plus/minus keys.Finall,pressthe Switch keyto save and exit.
4) Voltage stabilization accuracy setting:
This parameter is factory presetand canbereset as needed.Toreset: Holdthe SETbutton for5seconds,then release.Pres the SETbutonrepeatedlyuntilthe8th pressand waitforthe'Precision Seting'indicatorinthelowerrightcorertoflash. Adjust the value using the plus/minus keys (where n represents ± \mathsf { n V } output voltage).Finally, press the Switch button to save and exit.
5) Voltagecalibration
Iftheoutputphasevoltagedifersfromthedisplayedvoltage,calibrationcanbeperformed.Thefactorypresetisasfollows: Holdthe SETbuttonfor5seconds,thenrelease.Pressthe SETbutoncontinuouslyuntilthe1Othpress,whenthe'A'iconin the upperright corner willflash.Adjust thedisplayed value using the plus/minus keys until it matches the actual output voltage of phase U relative to phase N.
Pressthe SETkeyagain,andthe'B'willflashattheupperrightcorner.Usetheup/down keystoadjust thedisplayedvalue until the current voltage matches the output voltage relative to N.
Press theSETkeyagain,and the'C'willflashattheupperrightcorner.Adjust the displayed value using theup/down keys until the current voltage matches the output voltage relative to N.
Pressthe SETkeyagain,and the'ABC'willflashattheupperrightcorner(input voltage).Adjustthe displayvalueusing the up/down buttons until the current voltage reading matches the input voltage relative to N.
Note: Calibrate by monitoring the voltage withamultimeter inreal time.Switch to manual mode foroperation.Avoid adjustments unless necessary to prevent numerical errors that may affect voltage stabilization.
6) Display voltage switching operation:
Pressthe "switch"button for2seconds,thenreleaseit.The system willsequentiallydisplaythevoltage valuesofthenext phase,and you can switch between the phase voltage and line voltage display values.
7) Switching operation between "AVR" and "BY PASS" for voltage regulation and bypass:
Pressand holdthe "AVR/PASS"button for3seconds,then release to enter manual bypass mode with the "PASS" indicator light on.Pressand holdthe "AVR/PASs"buton for another 3 seconds,then release to activate the "AVR" voltage stabilization mode with the "AVR"indicator light illuminated!
8) Manual and automatic mode switching:
Pressand holdthe "AUTO/MANUAL"butonfor3 secondsto switch tomanual mode.Pressand hold the "AUTO/MANUAL"buton for another3 seconds to activate the "AVR"voltage stabilization mode.In manual mode,you can manually adjust the voltage by pressing the increase/decrease buttons.
4. Equipment Cautions
The following special precautions are esential for your personal safety and the safe use of the product and connected devices.Please read them carefully before use and strictly follow them during use.
(1)Onlycertified electricians may install,operate,or maintain thisequipment.Unauthorizedpersonnelarestrictly prohibited from handling it.
(2)Before instalationor maintenance,completely disconnect the input power supply.Ensure all wiring issecurely fastened to prevent disconnection,sparking,contact oxidation,orautomatic bypass.Arange the wiring rationall to avoid tripping or abrasion.
(3)Proper grounding mustbeensured.The grounding wire must notbe connected to public utilities such as heating,water
supply,or gas.Anysafety incidents caused byfailure to ground the wire shall be theuser's sole responsibility.
(4)Do not disassemble the chasis,touch internal components,orunplug cables during operation.Avoid handling the devicewith wet hands.Never standon the chassis orplace heavy objects inside.Strictly preventconductive debris from entering the enclosure.
(5)Unauthorized disassemblyor modification is prohibited.Do not clean with corrosive orcorrosive solvents.Do not pile items around the equipment. Ensure good ventilation.
(6)Ifthe device is not used foralongtime,the power switch should be turnedoffand the external wiring removed.
(7)Select equipment based on actual power consumption with a margin, ensuring voltage harmonic content <= 1 0 % .If the power factor or voltage is too low,reduce the capacity.
(8)The input voltage may fluctuate within ± 1 5 % to 30 % (based on the product specifications).
(9)Lightning protectiondevices must be installed inareas prone tolightning strikes.Please specifythis requirement when placing your order.
5.Maintenance & Fault
5-1.Daily Maintenance:

Before performing maintenance, always disconnect the power supply to prevent electric shock or other safety hazards.
Conduct regular inspections of the voltage stabilizer's operational status during use:
Duringinspection,verifywhether thevoltagedisplayedbythevoltagestabilizer,theload(notexceedingtheratedvalue), andthe inputvoltage(not exceedingtheallwablefluctuationange)arenormal.Ifabnormalitiesaredetectedaddress tem promptly.For issues thatcannotberesolved immediatelynotify the supplieror manufacturer tocoordinateasolution to prevent equipment damage.
Regular maintenance of the voltage stabilizer is recommended, including:
Regularlyclean the voltage regulatorsstabilizingcomponents (removingdustanddirt to prevent moisture-inducedcontrol circuit failures),inspectthechais'sfastenersandconnection terminals (addressaylosenessorpoorcontact promptly), and repair or replace faulty/damaged components immediately.
