Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement
I. Recipient undertakes to maintain the Confidential Information secret and in safe custody, in particular: -Recipient
understands that Recipient shall be provided with information and materials including but not limited to data,
concepts, ideas, sketches, drawings, designs, photographs, illustrations, plans, specifications, knowhow,
innovation invention, processes, procedures, products, mock-up prototypes, proposals, trade secrets and other
information (including financial, business operations, management, cost and price information, policies and
strategies, market intelligence and data base information), whether in written or oral form or in any other medium
which are of a confidential nature, irrespective of whether they are marked or identified as “Confidential”,
(\"Confidential Information\"), proprietary to NANLONG and which belong to or are in the possession or control of
NANLONG for the purpose of quoting and product development (“the Purpose”).
II. Recipient understands the prime importance of keeping the Confidential Information in strict confidence.
III. Please don’t to disclose to any outside person, organization or company information relating to projects for
NANLONG.This covers information discussed verbally or forwarded in any other format. Should, during normal
business practise, such information need to be divulged to sub contractors then this should be on a strictly “need
to know” basis and undertakes that they will take all steps necessary to ensure confidentiality.
