Core Technology
TIPS Membrane Technology
Scinor's Thermally Induced Phase Separation (TIPS)-based PVDF hollow fiber membranes, developed from Tsinghua University's patented Liquid-Liquid phase separation process, feature high mechanical strength, uniform pore structure (gradient sponge-like), and excellent bacteria and viruses removal.
Production is fully automated via a twin-screw extrusion system, with solvent recovery and green Soxhlet-based extraction, ensuring low-carbon, high-efficiency manufacturing.
RO/NF Membrane Technology
Scinor manufactures spiral-wound RO/NF membranes with cross-linked polyamide composite layers, ensuring high salt rejection, stable performance, and long service life.
We offer 20+ product series and 200+ specifications, covering seawater
desalination, anti-fouling,
oxidation-resistant, nanofiltration, process separation, and household applications, providing the most comprehensive
dry-type membrane portfolios in the industry.
All membranes are supplied in dry form for easy storage, safe transport, and longer shelf life.
High-Performance Module Technology
Scinor designs and manufactures high-performance membrane modules using patented structural and casting technologies. The double-layer fiber casting improves strength and pressure tolerance, significantly reducing fiber breakage.
Optimized internal flow design ensures uniform distribution, effectively reducing operating resistance. The compact module layout supports both outside-in and inside-out configurations, adaptable to different system designs.
Integrated System Design
Scinor's integrated membrane systems are built for efficiency, flexibility, and compactness. Dual-side ports support series expansion for large-scale applications like seawater desalination.
The short-flow design cuts energy use and footprint, achieving stacking densities up to 830 m²/m².
By applying intelligent physical simulation and fluid mechanics, Scinor continuously refines internal layouts to improve performance, reliability, and lifespan.
SNT-NF Technology
Scinor's hollow fiber nanofiltration (SNT-NF) membranes, made with modified PES via layer-by-layer self-assembly (LBL) technology, feature uniform pore size and a precise MwCO of 200-10,000 Da, enabling selective removal of organics, hardness, and micropollutants.
Compared to traditional spiral-wound NF membranes, SNT-NF demonstrates up to 400× higher chlorine resistance, higher operating flux, and lower fouling tendency, while its fully backwashable design ensures simpler operation, longer membrane life.
