Performance pledge
◎售前为客户提供打样，协助客户完成工艺难题攻关，为客户制定合理的加工方案；
◎委派专业技术人员提供相应设备基础知识、操作、保养、排障等技术培训，直到客户满意为
止；
◎精博锐设备在客户合理使用的前提下保修一年。维修工作上门进行，维修响应时间不超过24小
时，偏远地区48小时。保修期内免费进行维修，对过保修期的设备维修服务收费实行明码实价。

Wuxi Jingborui Machinery Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise specializing in the design, production and sales of CNC
spring machinery and their accessories. The company adopts the world's advanced and mature gear drive structure and
servo technology. It was the first in China to use servo motors to directly drive the moving tool seat from the forward direction and the moving tool seat from the mold direction, and has obtained many domestic patents. We provide customers
with spring manufacturing machinery featuring high stability, high precision and high speed. The high precision and stability
of the gears ensure the accuracy and service life of the machines, and the unique algorithm of the software guarantees
high speed. We have engineering and technical personnel with many years of experience in the industry. We have always
been at the forefront of the industry in terms of whole machine design, software development, technological innovation and

Thanks to the years of efforts of the company's team, we have now launched various models ranging from 0.2mm to
10mm, which are suitable for high-precision springs in various fields such as electronics and electrical appliances, stationery, automobiles, jewelry, and instruments.

◎ Provide proof for customers before sales, assist customers to solve process problems, and develop reasonable processing plans for customers;
◎ Assign professional and technical personnel to provide basic knowledge, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and other technical training of the corresponding
equipment until the customer is satisfied;
◎ Jingborui equipment is guaranteed for one year under the premise of reasonable use by customers. Maintenance work is carried out door-to-door, maintenance
response time is not more than 24 hours, 48 hours in remote areas. Maintenance is free of charge during the warranty period, and the maintenance service charges for
equipment over the warranty period are clearly coded and priced.

◎采用欧洲之伺服控制系统、全数位式驱动器，机器品质稳定。
◎17寸彩色人机介面，Windows XP作业系统，按键式键盘，外带触控屏幕，操作面板简易。
◎采用ETHERNET之通讯方式，以数位传输资料，公司内部网络可经由ETHERNET透过标准通讯协定连结至机器以读
取机器上之资料，来提供公司远端监控的数据以了解多机的生产运作状况，并整合公司内部的生产制造排程。
◎当遇到突然断电停机、按下急停键时，能够记忆停机时的位置，而再重新开启电源或故障排除。
◎机器恢复运作时，机器能够由停机时的位置开始继续动作，机器不需重新归零。
◎马达之绝对位置使得归零位置可以任意设定。调机时可选择是否先将机器归零，也可在刀具排妥后，再作归零点的设
定。
◎切刀装置(上及下)由独立的二个伺服马达来驱动。可进行直切或无毛边旋切切断。
◎特殊的插销装置，可简单迅速转换旋切与直切方式。旋切的轨迹可轻易的调整。

◎17寸彩色人机介面，WindowsXP作业系统，按键式键盘，外带触控屏幕，操作面板简易。
◎采用ETHERNET之通讯方式，以数位传输资料，公司内部网络可经由ETHERNET透过标准通讯协定连结至机器以读取机器上之资料，来提供公司远端监
控的数据以了解多机的生产运作状况，并整合公司内部的生产制造排程。
◎当遇到突然断电停机、按下急停键时,能够记忆停机时的位置，而再重新开启电源或故障排除。机器恢复运作时，机器能够由停机时的位置开始继续动作，
机器不需重新归零。
◎马达之绝对位置使得归零位置可以任意设定。调机时可选择是否先将机器归零，也可在刀具排妥后，再作归零点的设定。
◎送线轴由三、四对送线轮来作动送线。
◎切刀装置(上及下)由独立的二颗伺服马达来驱动。可进行直切或无毛边旋切切断。
◎特殊的插销装置，可简单迅速转换旋切与直切方式。
◎外径控制轴由四颗伺服马达作动，二个外径控制装置可分别相互作二维的动作。可节省更换刀具座的费用与时间，灵活运用。
