“中国环境技术大会”以“技术”为核心导向，通过产业政策解读、市场热点分析、应用案例分享、企业领袖对话等形式，聚焦环保产业改革、科技攻关、创新升级等行业发展痛点，提供政策解读、市场分析、技术知识及经验，为中国环保产业发展提供了一个得天独厚的交流平台，成为与中国环博会并行的另一大盛会。
“中国环境技术大会”作为中国环博会的重大同期活动，始于2013年，在中国环境科学学会、全联环境服务业商会等机构的精心筹划下，现已连续圆满举办十届。
2025中国环境技术大会将以“‘美丽中国”目标十年展望—科技引领绿色低碳转型和新质生产力发展”为主题，于2025年4月20-23日在上海再度举办。本届大会由一场高峰论坛和三十余场分论坛构成，覆盖水与污水、大气污染、固废处理、监测与检测、综合环境解决方案、绿色低碳六大环保细分板块，多维度解析行业发展趋势及最新内容。

关于中国环境科学学会
中国环境科学学会于1978年经中国科学技术协会批准成立，是国内生态环境领域成立最早、规模最大、学术水平最高的科技社团。作为国家一级学会，中国环境科学学会是党和政府联系广大环境科技工作者的桥梁纽带，是国家生态环境保护事业和科技创新体系的一支重要力量。学会登记管理机关为民政部，主管部门为中国科协，业务上受生态环境部指导。
学会自成立以来，一直受到党和政府以及科技界的高度重视与关心支持。李鹏、姜春云、谷牧等党和国家领导同志都曾对学会的建立和发展给予过大力支持。国家环境保护行政主管部门历届领导李超伯、李景昭、曲格平、解振华、叶汝求、王玉庆、黄润秋先后担任1-8届理事长。政协第十四届全国委员会常务委员、人口资源环境委员会副主任，生态环境部环境规划院名誉院长，中国工程院院士王金南为学会现任第9届理事长，包括50多位两院院士在内的著名生态环保专家担任学会顾问。
学会设有理事会和监事会，理事会为学会领导机构，设立8个工作委员会，常务理事会为理事会常设机构。学会现有79个分会及专业委员会，基本涵盖了环境科学、环境技术、环境管理、环境人文与社会科学等各个学科领域。秘书处是理事会领导下的日常工作机构，下设党办（办公室）学术交流部、科学普及部（生态环境科技传播中心）、会员服务部、国际联络部、科技评价部、技术推广部、战略咨询部、继续教育与培训中心、《中国环境科学》编辑部等职能部门，另有《环境生态学》杂志社、《环境与生活》杂志社、《Environmental Scienceand Ecotechnology》编辑部等期刊编辑发行机构。
学会现拥有个人会员12万余名、单位会员2300余家，分布在全国各省、自治区、直辖市及港澳台地区。
近年来，在生态环境部和中国科协直接指导下，学会坚持为科学技术工作者服务、为创新驱动发展服务、为提高全民科学素质服务、为党和政府科学决策服务，在学术交流、科技评价、成果推广、科学传播、人才托举、教育与培训、决策咨询、会员服务等方面开展了大量卓有成效的工作，培育形成了年度科学技术年会、美丽中国百人论坛、环境保护科学技术奖、青年科学家奖、两岸环保高层专家论坛、环境院所长论坛、中国环博会、千乡万村环保科普行动、《中国环境科学》杂志等一系列学术交流、科普传播和会员服务的知名品牌。同时，给生态环境部工程技术中心、国家生态环境科普基地、生态环境部环境与健康素养监测、教育部环境类专业工程教育认证、中国科协生态环境产学联合体、中国科协科学传播专家团队等国家级平台提供技术支撑和专业服务，为我国生态文明建设和环保事业做出了重要的贡献，赢得了良好的社会声誉。
目前，学会综合实力位居中国科协所属全国性学会的前列，2011年获首批全国社团评估5A称号，2015-2020年连续获中国科协“优秀科技社团建设”“世界一流学会建设”一类支持。“十一五”“十二五”和“十三五”连续三次获科技部、中宣部、中国科协“全国科普工作先进集体”，2020年获中国科协“优秀抗疫学会”，2021年获“2018一2020年度中国科协党建工作先进学会”、中国科协“2021年度全国学会智慧党建建设优秀学会党组织”、中国科协“全民科学素质工作先进集体”“生态环境部定点扶贫先进集体”，2017一2021年获“生态环境部先进党组织”，2022年获中央和国家机关“四强”党支部等荣誉称号。

About ChineseSociety for Environmental Sciences
Foundedin1978uponapprovalof theChinaAssociationfor Science and Technology(CAST),ChineseSociety for Environmental Sciences(CSES)isChina'searliestandlargestscientificassociation withthehighestacademiclevelintheecologicalenvironmentspace. As a national first-level society,the CSESis a connecting thread betweenthePartyandgovernmentandthevastnumberofworkers inenvironmentaltechnology,andrepresents animportantforce for China'seco-environmentalprotection effortsand technological innovation system.The CSES isregistered with theMinistry of Civil Affairs of thePeople'sRepublicof China and supervisedby the CAST,and operates under the direction of the Ministry of Ecology andEnvironmentof thePeople'sRepublicof Chinainterms of business.
Since its establishment,the CSES has always been the top concern ofthePartyandgovernmentandthescientificandtechnological circles and received the caring and support from them.Li Peng, JiangChunyun,GuMuandotherPartyandstateleadershavealso rendered theirgreatsupport totheestablishmentanddevelopment of the CSES.The successiveleaders of the state administrative department ofenvironmentalprotection，namely,LiChaobo,Li Jingzhao,Qu Geping,Xie Zhenhua,Ye Ruqiu,Wang Yuqing,and Huang Yunqiu were the 1st-8th president of the CSES.Wang Jinnan,Standingmemberof the14thNational Committeeof the ChinesePeople'sPolitical Consultative Conference(CPPCC),deputy directorcommittee ofpopulation,resources andenvironment， honorarypresidentofChineseAcademyofEnvironmentalPlanning academician of Chinese Academy of Engineeringacts as the ninth presidentof theCSES,andleadingeco-environmentalexperts including more than 50 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering now serve as counselors to the CSES.
The Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences operates a council and a board of supervisors.The council is the governing body of the society,consisting ofeight working committees,and the standing council is a permanent body of the council.The CSES currentlyhas79existingchapters andspecializedcommittees coveringvariousdisciplinesandfieldssuchasenvironmental science,environmentaltechnology,environmentalmanagement, environmentalhumanitiesandsocialsciences.TheSecretariat is thedailyworkorganizationunder theleadershipofthecouncil composedoffunctionaldepartmentssuchasthePartyOffice (Office),DepartmentofAcademicExchange，DepartmentofScience Popularization(EcologicalEnvironmentScienceCommunication Center),Departmentof MemberService，Departmentof International Relations，Department of Science and Technology Evaluation, Departmentof TechnologyPromotion，DepartmentofStrategic Consulting,Continuing Education and Training Center,and the Editorial Departmentof'ChineseJournal ofEnvironmentalScience'. Additionally,there arejournalpublishing and distribution institutions like the‘Journal of Environmental Ecology','Environment and Life' magazine,and the'Environmental Science and Ecotechnology" editorial department.
TheCSESnowhasmore than1200o0individual members andover 2300 institutional members across various provinces,autonomous regions,municipalitiesdirectlyunder theCentralGovernmentand Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in China.
In recent years,underthe direct guidance of the Ministry of Ecology andEnvironmentofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaand theCAST, the CSES has been staying committed to serving scientific workers, innovation-drivendevelopment,theimprovementofthescientific quality of thepeople,andscientific decision-making of theParty and government.It has made fruitful efforts in academic exchanges, evaluationofscienceandtechnology,achievementpromotion, scientificcommunication,talent promotion,education andtraining, decision-making consultation,membership service,among others. In addition,it has also cultivated andcreated a range of wellknown brands in thefields of academic exchanges,popular science communicationandmembershipservices,including theAnnual Conference on Science and Technology,Beautiful China Fourm the EnvironmentalProtection Science and TechnologyAward,the YoungScientistAward,theCross-StraitHighLevelExpertForum onEnvironmentalProtection,theEnvironmental InstitutePresidents Forum,theIE expo China,theActionofEnvironmentalScience Popularization in Thousands of Townships and Villages,the China EnvironmentalSciencemagazineandothers.Meanwhile,theCESE hasbeenprovidingtechnicalsupportandprofessionalservices for the National Environmental Protection Engineering Technology Center of theMinistryof EcologyandEnvironment,theNational Ecological EnvironmentSciencePopularizationBases of theMinistry ofEcologyandEnvironmentandtheMinistryofScienceand Technology,theEnvironmental and HealthLiteracyMonitoring of the Ministry of Ecology andEnvironment,theEnvironmental Engineering Education Accreditation of the Ministry of Education,the IndustryUniversityConsortiumforEcologicalEnvironmentoftheCAST, chief science communication experts and teamsof theCAST and other national-level platforms,thus making significant contributions toChina'secologicalcivilizationconstructionandenvironmental protection and winning a good social reputation.
Atpresent,theCSESisamong thebestofnationalsocietiesunder theCASTin comprehensive strength.It hasreceiveda great number of accolades:firstbatchof national associationevaluation5A titlein 2011,"excellent science and technology association construction" and"world-class society construction" support from the CAST from 2015to2020.In the"11thFive-YearPlan,""12thFive-Year"and"13th Five-Year" for three consecutive times,CSES has been awarded the"AdvancedCollective forNationalSciencePopularizationWork" byMinistryOfScienceandTechnologyPublicityDepartment of the CPC Central Committee,and CSAT. In 2020,CSES was awarded"ExcellentAnti-epidemicSociety"by CAST.In2021,it was awarded"2018-2020AdvancedSocietyofParty BuildingWork of China Association for Science and Technology,""2021Excellent OrganizationofNationalSocietyforWisdomConstructionof Society,".From2017to2022,won thehonorary title of"Advanced PartyOrganization ofMinistryof Ecologicalenvironment."2022won the honorary title of “Four excellent Party branch".

关于全联环境服务业商会
全联环境服务业商会（简称环境商会）是经国务院批准、由民政部批复成立的全国性大型行业组织。业务主管单位为全国工商联，业务指导单位为国家发改委、生态环境部、住房和城乡建设部。
环境商会于2007年6月12日，在北京人民大会堂正式成立。目前会员企业700余家，包括清新环境、北控水务、维尔利、先河环保、劲旅环境、盈峰环境、创业环保、瀚蓝环境、雪浪环境、中山公用、中兰环保等60余家环境上市公司；威立雅、苏伊士、赛莱默等一批大型跨国环境集团；中环水务、中国水务投资、长江生态环保集团、粤海水务等一批国有非上市知名环境企业。同时，商会会员还包括申港证券、海通证券、安信证券等专业金融机构，金杜律所、浙江阳光时代等律师事务所。
