Machine Description

Safety Warnings

The cigarette rolling machine has a built-in blade. Do not put your hands into the hopper: This will prevent finger injuries.

Before use, ensure that the components are correctly installed and operated properly to prevent accidents.
Do not rinse the machine directly with water.

The tip of the stainless-steel metal pipe is very sharp. Do not touch the tip with your fingers to avoid scratches.

When fully charged, the power indicator remains on constantly. Please disconnect the power supply to prevent potential accidents.
Keep the machine out of reach of children.

Keep away from fire.

Filling Cigarette Tubes

Safety Tips: Do not put your hands into the hopper while the machine is switched on; Ensure the components are properly installed before use.

Rotate the tightness adjustment knob to lower the support rod to the minimum position.

Slide the empty cigarette tube of the correct size onto the stainless-steel metal pipe.

Rotate the tightness adjustment knob until the support rod fits the empty cigarette tube.

Put the tobacco into the hopper, spread it evenly, and close the lid.

Turn on the power switch and the power indicator light will turn on. Click the start button to start rolling.

After the cigarette tube is filled, press the start button again to stop rolling.

0.22"/5.5mm pipe for ultra-slim cigarettes; 0.26"/6.5mm pipe for slim cigarettes; 0.31 "/8mm pipe for regular cigarettes.

If the tobacco stays in the hopper, you can open the lid and use a brush to push the tobacco deep into the machine to continue rolling.

Filling Cone

Safety Tips: Do not put your hands into the hopper while the machine is switched on; Ensure the components are properly installed before use.

Rotate the tightness adjustment knob to lower the support rod to the minimum position.

Unscrew the lid of the cone loader, put the preroll cone into it, close the lid, and twist to lock.

Slide the cone loader onto the stainless-steel metal pipe (use the pipe with the largest diameter).

Rotate the tightness adjustment knob until the support rod fits the empty cigarette tube.

Put the tobacco into the hopper, spread it evenly, and close the lid.

Turn on the power switch and the power indicator light will turn on. Click the start button to start rolling.

After the cigarette tube is filled, press the start button again to stop rolling.

If the tobacco stays in the hopper, you can open the lid and use a brush to push the tobacco deep into the machine to continue rolling.

Replacing Stainless-Steel Metal Pipe and Spiral Wire

Safety Tips: Before replacing the metal pipe, ensure that the power supply is turned off and the machine has cooled down.

Rotate the tightness adjustment knob to lower the support rod to the minimum position.

Rotate left to loosen the nut and pull out the stainless-steel metal pipe.

Forcefully pull out the spiral wire.

Install a replacement spiral wire to the position indicated by the arrow.

Put the stainless-steel metal pipe over the spiral wire and insert it into the gearbox.

Rotate right to tighten the nut and the replacement is complete.

Blockage Prevention

Do not use excessively humid tobacco; it is recommended to use tobacco with a humidity<12%.

Do not add too much tobacco to the hopper at one time during use; an appropriate amount ensures smoother smoke output.

Excessive moisture in tobacco can make it more likely to adhere to internal parts, thereby causing machine blockage.

Regularly disassemble for deep cleaning to remove residue on the machine; refer to page 9 "Disassembly and Cleaning" for detailed steps.

Cleaning After Blockage

Solution 1 (During Use)

Fully insert the 6mm pipe brush into the stainless-steel metal pipe.

Hold the pipe brush and press the start button; repeat this until all residue is removed.

Solution 2 (After Use)

Remove the stainless-steel metal pipe and spiral wire.

Use the 10mm pipe brush to remove residue.
If these methods do not resolve the blockage, disassemble and clean the machine; Refer to page 9 ("Disassembly and Cleaning") for more tips.

Disassembly and Cleaning

Pull up to remove the transparent hopper lid.

Press the upper layer disassembly buttons on both sides of the machine and then remove the upper transparent hopper.

Remove the black main switch spring rod.

Press the lower layer disassembly buttons on both sides of the machine and then remove the lower transparent hopper.

Use the wrench to pull the upper gear slot to the vertical position.

Take out the red tool rest, then take out the red filter screen (can be pulled up at the same time).

Disassembly and Cleaning

Use the bottom of the wrench to pull the upper gear slot to the horizontal position, while the lower gear slot will be in the vertical position.

Take out the red stirrer.

Rotate left to loosen the nut and pull out the pipe.

Forcefully pull out the spiral wire.

After the machine is disassembled, clean it with a brush or alcohol cotton swabs.

If there are sticky residues on the stainlesssteel metal pipe and spiral wire, they can be soaked in alcohol for cleaning.

Machine Installation

Align the spiral wire head with the gearbox slot, rotate slowly and push firmly inward. (Install until the tail of the wire reaches the red dot)

Put the stainless-steel metal pipe over the spiral wire, insert it into the gearbox, then put on the nut and tighten it.

With the card slot in the vertical position, install the stirrer by pressing down on it.

Install the red filter screen.

With the card slot in the vertical position, install the tool rest.

Cover the lower transparent hopper and press to attach it.

Machine Installation

Insert the black main switch spring rod.

Cover the upper transparent hopper and press to attach it.

Cover the transparent hopper lid.

Machine installation is completed.

Troubleshooting

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: If the machine does not operate, should I press the start button repeatedly?

A: No, it will burn out the motor and destory the machine. Please refer to the "Troubleshooting" section to identify the problem.

Q: Is it normal for the machine to make loud noise?

A: The electric motor produce mechanical noise during high-speed operation, which is normal. However, if you hear sharp metal friction or abnormal jamming, switch the machine off immediately and inspect it. The noise may be due to the spiral wire not being installed in place or hard objects stuck inside.

Q: Can I use sticky or humid herbs?

A: We do not recommend that you use them. High-viscosity or humid raw materials will quickly form resin deposits on the pipe wall and spiral wire, resulting in increased friction and motor jamming.

Q: Do the tools need regular cleaning?

A: Yes, regular cleaning of the tools can prevent contamination.
