● 安全弹簧缸模块
弹簧模块在弹簧经压缩后焊接成整体形式,提高了在安装和维护
时的操作便利性以及安全性。
The spring module is welded into a monolithic model
through compression, which enhances the convenience and
safety of the operation in the process of installation and
maintenance.
Spring cylinder module
● 扭矩范围大
AW单作用执行器可以提供超过110000Nm,双作用可以提供超
过240000Nm的力矩输出。
AW spring return actuator can provide torque’s output more
than 110,000NmDouble acting actuator can provide torque’s
output more than 240000Nm.

● ISO标准连接尺寸
底部与阀门连接法兰的尺寸符合ISO5211标准。
The bottom part and the valve are in accordance with
ISO5211 standard.

箱体、箱盖等连接部分都装有优质密封圈,防护等级达到
IP66,可在恶劣的环境气候下持续稳定的工作。
Centre body cover and centre body are equipped with highquality sealing rings which the protection grade reaches IP66
so that can work steadily in harsh climate.

● 模块化设计
由箱体模块、气缸模块、弹簧缸模块、手动装置附件组成,模块
化设计的部件具有可替换,可仓储等特性,可以满足较短的供货
周期,方便根据客户个性化需求进行安装维修。
Modular design
AW series actuators consist of cylinder module, box module,
spring module and manual gear accessory, which parts of
modular design can be replaced and stored in order to meet
the short supply cycle. Also, we can instal and maintain
modules according to customer's needs.
● 高强度,精小型设计
全气候防护性中心箱体模块采用QT600-3、QT450-10材质,通过
热处理达到球化率达到80%以上,确保了足够的强度。活塞式及
传动拨叉式提供了最佳的扭矩输出特性。
High strength with miniature design
Full-climate protection centre box module adopts QT600-3
and QT450-10, the spheroidization rate reaches more than
80% to ensure sufficient strength by heat. Both piston and
fork-type transmission assembly offer the best torque output.

● 气缸为无缝钢管并进行研磨处理,气缸内壁镀硬铬,并进行抛光处理,具有防腐、防锈、高耐磨性,延长气缸使用寿命。
● 活塞杆材质为合金钢调质,表面镀铬,具有防腐、防锈、高耐磨性。
● 整体的缸筒设计使得气缸在高压下也十分安全。
● 气缸的内壁涂有高性能油脂,能够自润滑,从而减少摩擦损耗,延长气缸使用寿命。
1 气缸模块 Cylinder Modular
● The cylinder is made of seamless steel tube, which has the function of grinding. The inner wall of the cylinder is plated with
hard chrome and polished with the characteristics of corrosion prevention, rust resistance, wear-resisting in order to prolong the
service life of the cylinder.
● The chrome coated piston rod is made of alloy steel with the characteristics of corrosion prevention, rust resistance, wearresisting.
● The entire cylinder tube design makes the cylinder function smoothly under high pressure.
● The inner wall of the cylinder is coated with high performance grease, which can reduce friction and extend the service life of
the cylinder by self-lubricating function.
● 箱体的材质为QT450-10,拨叉的材质为QT600-3,具有更好的防腐性、耐磨性、高分离性。
● 限位螺钉能够提供-6°~96°的角度调节。
● 最高可提供240000Nm的扭矩输出。
● 拥有多种密封方式,选用优质厂家的高性能密封件,确保内部零件不受腐蚀,提高使用寿命。
2 箱体模块 Centre Body Module
● The material of the centre body module is QT450-10, and the material of the fork assembly is QT600-3, both of
which have better corrosion prevention, rust resistance and high separability.
● Position limited screws provide angle adjustment from -6 to 96.
● Centre body module can reach up to 240000Nm torque output.
● With a variety of sealing methods, the company chooses a high-quality manufacturers which offers highperformance seals so as to prevent the internal parts from corrosion and improve the service life.
● 弹簧经过抗拉试验、疲劳测试,弹簧寿命最高可达50万次,表面防腐防锈。
● 密封焊设计结构增强了操作安全性。
● 钢制弹簧座与外界环境完全隔离。
● 尾部可增加液压模块,提供多种手动控制方式。

● The life of spring can be up to 500,000 times by tensile and fatigue test with a rust and corrosion protection on the
surface.
● The design of sealing welding structure enhances operational safety.
● The material quality of steel spring foundation is isolated from the outside.
● Hydraulic module can be added to the tail, which provides a variety of manual control.

全开、全关位置调节,关位置和开位置通过2只调节螺栓,能准确
控制执行器从-5°到+5°对0°、90°行程位置进行调节,只要顺时
针或逆时针调节端栓,并在适合位置,锁紧螺母。

the same time compresses the spring, and the air is

In case of air loss or power loss, the spring closes the piston

AF空气过滤减压阀是气动薄膜调节阀组合单元的一种辅助装置,经输入0.3~1.0MPa压缩空气后,可向执行机构、阀门、定位
器等用气产品提供 0.05~0.75MPa洁净气源。通过设定调压弹簧压力大小,控制出口压力,利用膜片传导压力变化,控制驱动
阀芯节流部位过流面积大小,实现减压稳压功能。
The AF Air Filtration Regulator is an auxiliary device of the pneumatic membrane control valve combination unit after inputting 0.3 ~
1.0 MPa compressed air, it can provide 0.05 ~ 0.75 MPa clean air source to Executing Agencies, Valves, Locator and other gas
products.By setting the pressure of the regulator spring, controlling the outlet pressure, using the diaphragm to conduct pressure
changes, and controlling the size of the overcurrent area of the throttle part of the driving valve spool, the pressure reduction and
pressure stabilization function is realized.

The pressure feedback hole is designed to achieve dynamic
balance of the diaphragm and stabilize the output pressure.
设计压力反馈孔,能实现膜片的动态平衡,稳定输出压力。
阀体实现双面压力采集。
The valve body enables double-sided pressure acquisition.
The valve body material is ADC12, the material die-casting is
good, the corrosion resistance is strong, and the organic solvent
impregnation treatment is adopted to ensure that the product
has good sealing performance.
阀体材质为ADC12,材料压铸性好,抗腐蚀能力强,同时采
用有机溶剂浸渗处理,保证产品密封性能良好。
Automatic drain: The float is made of foamed polyurethane
lightweight material, which can automatically control the opening
and closing of the drain by the buoyancy of the water.
自动排水器:浮子采用发泡聚氨酯轻型材质,能通过水的浮
力大小自动控制排水口的打开与关闭。
The filtered water can be manually discharged as needed, and
the amount of water stored in the filter cup can be controlled at
any time.
手动排水器:可根据需要手动排出过滤出的水,可随时控制
滤水杯中储水量。

Pressure regulating module
调压模块
调压弹簧采用一级弹簧保证输出压力的稳定性,使用寿命可达
50万次,表面防腐防锈。
The regulator spring adopts a first-stage spring to ensure the
stability of the output pressure, and the service life can reach
500,000 times, and the surface is anti-corrosion and rust-proof.
通过调节旋帽,输出压力可调大调小,且在任意位置可锁定
输出压力。
By adjusting the screw cap, the output pressure can be adjusted
up to less and smaller, and the output pressure can be locked in
any position.
常温型膜片采用NBR材料,橡胶邵氏硬度要求65±5,延长使
用寿命。
The room temperature type diaphragm is made of NBR material,
and the rubber Shore hardness requires 65±5, which prolongs
the service life.
The low-temperature diaphragm adopts a piston structure, and
the metal piston overcomes the problems such as product failure
caused by the hardening of the diaphragm at low temperature,
and the diaphragm reaction is faster.
低温型膜片采用活塞式结构,金属活塞克服低温下膜片变硬
导致产品失效等问题,并且膜片反应更加快捷。
导流板采用30度倾斜叶轮结构,带动空气产生涡旋,
在离心力作用下分离空气中的水珠。
The deflector adopts a 30-degree inclined impeller structure,
which drives the air to create a vortex and separates the water
droplets in the air under the action of centrifugal force.

Filtration module
过滤模块
滤芯采用石棉网或者青铜烧结颗粒,过滤精度可达5μm,
且可单独更换。
The filter element is made of asbestos mesh or bronze sintered
particles, and the filtration accuracy can reach 5μm, and it can be
replaced individually.
独立挡水板设计,防止过滤出的水重新流入后端出气孔。
The independent water flap design prevents filtered water from
re-entering the rear outlet holes.
