System Vacuuming
The purpose of system vacuuming is to remove air and moisture from the refrigeration system,ensuring the efficient runningand long-termreliabilityofsystem.
During the installation ormaintenanceof refrigerationSystems, connect the vacuum pump to UT336E Diqital ManifoldSauge, enable thevacuum pumpand discharge the refrigerant fromthe systemtocreateanemptystate.
· In the process of vacuuming,use UT336v Vacuum Gauge to monitorthevacuumdegreeandensuretherunningstateof system.
RefrigerantInjection
Whenthesystemreachesthedesired vacuum,connectthe refrigerantbottle.UseanElectronicRefrigerantScaletoaccurately weighand slowly fillit intothesystem. Check the running pressureand temperature of system to ensure that it is within the normal range.
