4001 Type Electric O-Shape Cut-Off Ball Valve

4001 type electric O-shape ball valve is a rotary globe valve,

which is the actuating unit in the electric unit combination instrument

. Valve body structure has installed soft-seal valve seat (soft seal)

and the metal valve seat (hard seal), respectively, for normal

temperature (-30 ∽ 180 ℃) and high temperature (-60 ~ 450 ℃)

low temperature (-250 ~ -30 ℃) occasions (valve neck lengthened

at low temperature). The ball core is O-shape two-way type for

opening and cutting off the medium. The actuator is two-position

mechanical switch type. Accepts 220V switching signal to operate

ball valve opening and closing.

This series of products have good sealing performance and large

rated flow coefficient (strong flow capacity). Medium flowing

through valve is almost no pressure loss, it has the largest flow

capacity of all self-regulator. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical

, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, light textile, paper making and sewage

treatment and other production sectors.

The nominal pressure of this series of products are PN1.6 (2.0), 2.5, 4.0, 6.4, 10.0 (11.0), 15.0 (16.0) MPa.

Diameters range from 15 to 500mm, and there are two types of ball core, floating ball and fixed ball, which are

used for different diameters and nominal pressure levels.
