有限公司全资子公司,集团 2025 年世界 500 强排名 352 位。我
公司前身是成都工具研究所,创建于 1956 年,是原国家机械工
业部直属的我国机械工业唯一的综合性工具科研开发机构,主要
从事先进刀具、表面技术、精密量仪、行业服务等高新技术产品
的研发与产业化,产品应用领域主要涉及工具(刀具、模具)、
汽车、能源(石油、地质、汽轮机、风电等)、机械传动、航空
航天、轨道交通等行业。
公司是国家刀具、量具、量仪产品质量监督检测中心,是中
国机械工业金属切削刀具技术协会、中国仪器仪表学会机械量测
试仪器学会、中国机械工程学会生产工程分会(切削领域)等 10
多个行业、社团组织的归口挂靠单位,出版有国家一级综合性技
术刊物《工具技术》。

Chengdu Tool Research Institute Co., Ltd. became a whollyowned subsidiary of China National Machinery Industry
Corporation in 1999, ranking 352 among the world's top 500
in 2025. Chengdu Tool Research Institute, formerly known as
Chengdu Tool Research Institute, was established in 1956. It
is the only comprehensive tool research and development
organization directly subordinate to the former Ministry
of Machinery Industry in China. It is mainly engaged in
the R&D and industrialization of advanced tools, surface
technology, precision gauges, industry services and other
high-tech products. The product application fields mainly
involve tools (tools, molds), automobiles, energy (petroleum,
geology, steam turbines, wind power, etc.), mechanical
transmission, aerospace, rail transit and other industries.
The Company is the National Quality Supervision and Testing
Center for Tools, Measuring Tools and Gauges, and the
centralized unit of more than 10 industry and community
organizations such as China Machinery Industry Metal Cutting
Tools Technology Association, China Instrumental Society
Mechanical Testing Instrument Society, China Society of
Mechanical Engineering Production Engineering Branch (cutting
field), and has published the national comprehensive technical
publication Tool Technology.

QPQ 技术是表面强化技术领域内具有革命
性的新技术,它是将金属工件放入两种不同性
质的盐浴中,在金属表面渗入多种元素,同时
使工件耐磨性能和抗腐蚀性能成倍增加,此外
该技术还具有工件微变形、无公害等优点。
成都工具研究所有限公司表面技术部历经长
期试验,于上世纪 80 年代末期成功研发出成分
独特的盐浴配方,一举打破国外公司对 QPQ 技
术的独家垄断。该配方不仅更具环保性,技术水
平达到国际领先,还大幅降低了生产成本,相比
国外同类技术拥有明显的成本优势。凭借优越的
性能、稳定的质量与适中的价格,该技术深受广
大用户青睐,并先后斩获联合国发明创新奖、国

QPQ technology is a revolutionary new technology in the field of
surface strengthening technology. It puts the metal workpiece into two
kinds of salt bath with different properties, and penetrates multiple
elements on the metal surface, at the same time, the wear-resistant
property and corrosion resistance of the workpiece are doubled. In
addition, the technology has the advantages of micro-deformation of
the workpiece, no public hazard, etc.
The Surface Technology Department of Chengdu Tool Research Institute
Co., Ltd. successfully developed the salt bath formula with unique
ingredients in the late 1980s after long-term tests, breaking the exclusive
monopoly of foreign companies on QPQ technology at one stroke.
The formula is not only more environmentally friendly, the technical
level reaches the international leading level, but also greatly reduces
the production cost, and has obvious cost advantages compared with

研究所有限公司 QPQ 处理技术可细分
为低温 QPQ 技术、常规 QPQ 技术与
深层 QPQ 技术,三种工艺在应用场景、
渗层性能及产品特性上各有侧重,可
满足不同需求。
自首个技术转让用户实现量产以
来,该技术已累计服务超过 30 年。目前,
全国范围内已建成多条 QPQ 技术生产
线,覆盖 20 多个省、市、自治区,广
泛应用于汽车、摩托车、机车、纺织
机械、工程机械、石油机械、化工机械、
枪械、机床、仪器仪表、照相机、齿轮、
模具、工具等众多行业。

Since the first technology transfer user realized mass production,

years. At present, a number of QPQ technology production lines
have been built in China, covering more than 20 provinces, cities
and autonomous regions, widely used in automobiles, motorcycles,
locomotives, textile machinery, engineering machinery, petroleum
machiner y, chemical machiner y, firearms, machine tools,
instruments, cameras, gears, molds, tools and other industries.

常规 QPQ 技术批量应用渗氮温
度 区 间 为(500-580 ℃), 碳 钢、 合
金钢经常规 QPQ 处理后,可以得到
10-20μm 化合物层,0.1-0.3mm 扩散
层,表面硬度、耐磨性、防腐性可以
得到显著提升。不锈钢类材料经常规
QPQ 处理后,可以得到 5-100μm 的
扩散层,表面硬度可以达到 HV1000
以上。目前该技术广泛应用于汽车、
工程机械、石油机械等行业。温 QPQ
The batch application nitriding temperature
range of conventional QPQ technology is
(500-580 ℃ ). Carbon steel and alloy steel
can obtain 10-20 μm compound layer
and 0.1-0.3mm diffusion layer after
conventional QPQ treatment, and the
surface hardness, wear resistance and
corrosion resistance can be significantly
improved. The diffusion layer of 5-100 μ
m can be obtained after the regular QPQ
treatment of stainless steel materials,
and the surface hardness can reach over
HV1000. At present, this technology is
widely used in automobile, engineering
machinery, petroleum machinery and
other industries.
技术低温 QPQ 技术批量应用渗氮温
度区间为(400℃ -480℃),对于回
火或调质温度低的碳钢或合金钢材料,
常规 QPQ 技术处理会造成芯部硬度降
低,无法满足其零件的整体性能,如
抗拉强度等;对于不锈钢类材料,常
规 QPQ 技术处理会造成产品耐蚀性下
降;采用低温 QPQ 技术处理,可有效
保证产品力学性能,目前该技术广泛
应用于军工、三航、模具等行业。
由于常规 QPQ 技术渗层偏浅,所
以应用的范围受到很大的限制。为了
解决这个问题,在经过 10 多年的潜心
试验研究,成功开发出深层 QPQ 技术,
深层 QPQ 技术批量应用渗氮温度区间
为(590℃ -650℃),其化合物厚度
由原有 QPQ 技术的 15 ~ 20μm 增加
到 30 ~ 40μm 以上。

The batch application nitriding temperature
range of low-temperature QPQ technology is
(400 ℃ - 480 ℃ ). For carbon steel or alloy
steel materials with low tempering or
tempering temperature, the conventional
QPQ technology treatment will reduce the
core hardness and cannot meet the overall
performance of the parts, such as tensile
strength; For stainless steel materials, the
conventional QPQ technology treatment
will cause the corrosion resistance of the
product to decline; Low-temperature QPQ
technology is used to effectively ensure
the mechanical properties of the product.
At present, this technology is widely
used in military industry, Third Harbor
Engineering Co., Ltd. and mold industry.
Due to the shallow permeability layer
of conventional QPQ technology, the
application scope is greatly limited. In
order to solve this problem, the deep
QPQ technology has been successfully
developed after more than 10 years
of intensive test research. The batch
application of deep QPQ technology has
the nitriding temperature range of (590
℃ - 650 ℃ ), and the thickness of the
compound has increased from 15~20
microns of the original QPQ technology to
over 30~40 microns.

上图 3 是 45 钢经过普通 QPQ 技术处理和深层 QPQ 技术
处理后的金相照片区别。 对产品进行了全面的耐磨性 、抗蚀
性 、力学性能和渗层组织形态的试验 ,试验结果表明工件经深
层 QPQ 处理后 ,其化合物层厚度成倍增加 ,工件各种性能均
大幅度提高。
耐磨性:45 钢经深层 QPQ 处理后滑动磨损实验耐磨性为普
通 QPQ 处理的 4 倍,工件滚动磨损实验有相近的结果。
抗蚀性:45 钢经深层 QPQ 处理后失重实验抗蚀性为普通
QPQ 处理的 12 倍。在盐雾实验抗蚀性中抗蚀性为普通 QP
Q 处理的 1 倍以上。如果深层 QPQ 技术与密封剂结合使用,
盐雾试验抗蚀性可达 300h 以上,甚至更。
冲击韧性:45 钢经深层 QPQ 处理后冲击韧性为普通 QPQ
处理的 1.98 倍。
Figure 3 shows the difference between the metallographic
photos of 45 steel treated by ordinary QPQ technology
and deep QPQ technology. The test results show that the
thickness of compound layer is doubled after the deep QPQ
treatment, and all kinds of properties of the workpiece are
greatly improved.
Wear-resistance: the sliding wear resistance of 45 steel after deep QPQ treatment is 4 times of that of common QPQ
treatment, and the rolling wear test of workpiece has similar results.
Corrosion resistance: the weight loss test corrosion resistance of 45 steel after deep QPQ treatment is 12 times of that
of common QPQ treatment. In the salt spray test, the corrosion resistance is more than 1 time of that of common QP
Q treatment. If the deep QPQ technology is combined with the sealant, the salt spray test corrosion resistance can
reach more than 300h or even higher.
Impact toughness: impact toughness of 45 steel after deep QPQ treatment is 1.98 times of that of common QPQ
treatment.

CHARACTERISTICS
根据滑动磨损实验的结果,QPQ 处理后,中碳钢的
耐磨性可达到常规淬火的 30 倍,低碳钢渗碳淬火的 14
倍,离子氮化的 2.8 倍,镀硬铬的 2.1 倍。滚动磨损实验
的结果大体相似。QPQ 处理后中碳钢的疲劳强度可以提
高 40% 以上。(见图 1)
According to the result of slid-wear testing, the wear resistance
of medium carbon steel with QPQ treatment is 30 times than
conventional quenching. The wear resistance of low carbon steel
with QPQ treatment is 14 times than cemented quenching, is 2.8
times than ion nitriding, and is 2.1 times than chromium plating.
Resistance to fatigue of medium carbon steel can be increased by
more than 40% (Figure.1). The result of rolling wear experiment is
generally similar to slid-wear testing.
中碳钢经 QPQ 处理后,在盐雾中的抗蚀性为镀硬铬
的 70 倍,镀装饰铬的 35 倍,比 1Crl8Ni9Ti 不锈钢还高 5 倍。
工件大气存放实验和硫酸铜浸蚀实验都表明,经 QPQ 技
术处理后钢件具有极高的抗蚀性。(见图 2)

Excellent corrosion resistance
The corrosion resistance of carbon steel, by QPQ treatment,
is 70 times than hard chromium plating in salt fog,is 35 times
than decorative chromium plating, and is 5 times than that of
1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. Both work-piece atmosphere storage
experiment and copper sulfate erosion experiment show that
steel parts are of high corrosion resistance by QPQ treatment
(Figure.2).

可以同时替代淬火(高频淬火,
渗碳淬火)——回火——发黑(镀铬)
等多道热处理和防腐工序。大大缩短
生产周期,降低生产成本。
经有关环保部门监测鉴定,并经
全国各地用户的实际使用证明,各种
有害物质排放量均远低于国家排放标
准允许值。
It can replace quenching (high frequency
quenching, carburizing and quenching) -
tempered - black (chrome plated) and other
heat treatment and corrosion processing
that greatly shortens the production cycle
and reduce production cost.
Identified by environmental protection
departments, all kinds of harmful
substances emissions are lower than
the national standard.
