While the Consumer Product Safety Commission recently amended safety

requirements for products intended forchildren, many of today's typical zipper/pull combinations do not meet these standards and pose a potential choking hazard tokids. Redesigned and crafted from reinforced materials, Talon KidZip zippers are considerably stronger and safer than the traditional small sizedzipper typically used in children's garments. The slider pulls are specially designed to withstand greater pull-off and torque twist loads, and they all meet or exceed the strength requirements of ASTM F 963 and Part 16, CFR 1500. The raw materials used in the manufacture of these sliders are free of lead and other heavy metals and are fullycompliant with the latest safety requirements for children's products, including CPSIA 2008.
