Based on the customer's original asphalt mixing plant, the QCR series is custom-designed according to the specific conditions of the existing equipment and the required recycling rate of reclaimed materials. It is retrofitted with a tower-type asphalt recycling unit as an auxiliary system. The control system of this unit operates completely independently without interfering with the original plant, thereby optimizing the operational efficiency of the existing equipment. We provide comprehensive support for both the equipment and construction processes, delivering a complete recycling solution to our customers. The QCB Series Intelligent Burner is a versatile heavy oil burner compatible with diverse fuel oils. Its patented flame control technology enables automatic switching and independent adjustment of air-fuel ratios for both light and heavy oils. The advanced fuel supply system ensures efficient atomization and complete combustion, reducing fuel consumption by 10-30%.
An LCD touchscreen enables parameter setting and monitoring, with Chinese fault alerts. All operations are PLC-controlled for simplified use.
High Stability: Real-time monitoring of key parameters (oil pressure, temperature, atomization pressure, flame status). Auto-reignition upon flameout ensures continuous operation.
High Safety: Multi-interlock protection prevents explosions and deflagration.
Eco-Friendly: Efficient combustion lowers fuel use, reduces the load on dust removal systems, extends bag filter life, and minimizes noise.

This tank is built with 5 mm steel plate and an 8 mm head, featuring a 150-meter internal heating coil. Insulation uses10 cm rock wool board with stainless steel cladding.
The system offers energy efficiency, environmental protection, and rapid oil discharge. It heats asphalt from ambient to150C in 90-120 minutes with minimal residue (innage) to prevent aging. An intelligent temperature controller simplifies operation.
