悍高·六角大楼基地 HIGOLD’ HEXAGONAL MANUFACTURING BASE

悍高集团第二个生产基地，位于顺德杏坛光华工业区，建筑面积达20万m。悍高集团率先开启制造体系的全面数智化转型生产基地。六角大楼，以“智能黑灯工厂”为标准建设，打造4座超级工厂、1个研发中心和1座“五金博物馆”，主要生产铰链、导轨、骑马抽及五金核心零部件，是目前生产、品质与效率领先的示范型标杆工厂。未来，将推动铰链年产量达10亿只以上，着力打造24小时全自动生产的无人车间，致力成为领先的世界级家居五金航母。

欧锦锋先生带领十几名员工在杏坛南朗村租厂1500平方米创办“凯高”，开始从事 五金加工与出口：
公司第一次参加广交会，摊位面积9平方米。

2006

生产基地搬迁到杏坛东村，面积扩大至15000平方米
Theproductionbase wasrelocatedtoXingtan EastVilageexpandedto 15,000 square meters.

2007

公司开始进军中国市场；公司由代工业务转型为厨房功能五金产品业务；
为方便全品类商标注册，由“凯高”改名为“悍高”，为长远发展考虑，时请世界级 品牌机构为悍高HIGOLD品牌全面升级CI系统；从此，悍高自主品牌战路正式开启 同年，成立“悍高户外家具公司”，开始进入户外家具领域，探索多元化发展。 The company began to enter the Chinese market.

经历亚洲金融危机，最终生存下来，从此，悍高采取稳健的财务战略，一切发展以自有资金为主，不依赖任何金融机构。

Survived after the Asian financial crisis, Higold wasdetermined to focus on domestic sales, supplemented by exports, and focus on design and branding as the core of development.

成立厨具公司，产品延伸至水槽、龙头等厨房五金。 Higold Kitchenware Company was established, and the product line was extended to kitchen hardware such as sinks and faucets.

2014

悍高凭原创设计“太空舱”斩获全球知名的德国红点大奖；
在荷兰阿姆斯特丹开设1000平方米悍高户外家具旗舰店；

悍高五金在全国70个城市建立品牌体验馆；
五金、家具产品销售至全球86个国家；
在杏坛北水建成第二个功能五金生产基地；
悍高获评国家高新技术企业；
悍高被选为《家用厨房设备》国家标准起草单位。

同年，悍高签约意大利Pininfarina开始设计星际总部；悍高品牌广告登陆美国纽约时代广场：
悍高被中国五金制品协会授予“执行会长单位”；悍高五金在中国超百家城市设总代理，
间接通过上万家特约翻柜店把产品销售至终端消费者。
