石家庄科源机械设备有限公司原石家庄市科源机械设备研究所成立于2001.4.16日，是经河北省科委批准组建的集科研、开发、设计、制造、销售于一体的机械产品专业生产型企业，依法注册经营，享有独立的经营权与知识产权。自筹建以来，与河北科技大学合作，已完成了五个课题共计26个研发项目，并获得多项专利，拥有一支专业从事干法制粒20余年的团队，属高科技型企业。

干法制粒机是我公司的唯一主导产品，该产品是根据医药行业的特点，在消化吸收国外同类产品、考虑我国国情的基础上研发而成的，在国内处于领先地位，与国外同类产品比具有很高的性能价格比。

Founed in 16 April,2001, Shijiazhuang Keyuan Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd., formerly known as Shijiazhuang Keyuan Machinery& Equipment Research Institute, is a professional manufacturer of machinery products approved by Hebei Science and Technology Commission, integrating scientific research, development, design, manufacturing and sale. 特点

整机悬臂式设计将加工区与动力传动区完全隔离且外形整洁，拆装清洗简便，实现了从粉体到颗粒的洁净密闭式生产。

操作屏采用304不锈钢材质制作，密封性好，可有效防尘、防溅，设计有脱气压力显示及调节功能，另外还有钥匙开关、急停等功能，设备各运行参数、紧急停机及切断电源时均可通过触摸屏即时操作。

所有与药物接触部分（工作腔）密闭独立，密封均采用双级以上组合密封，且密封符合FAD要求，旋转轴采用漏轴式结构，将传动区与制粒区严格分开，避免了传动区内润滑油泄露进制粒区的情况。

制粒系统安装有多处传感器及仪表，用于实现系统的自动化运行，其安装与设备内部且采用不锈钢材质或其表面进行防腐处理，符合GMP要求。
