机器简介
机架选用优质钣金焊接，全烤漆工艺；平台采用15MM-18MM厚高强度铝板整体加工（选用钢板时，整块钢板经大水磨平面加工并电镀处理），弃用传统两板拼接，解决了传统的机体不稳定及易变形的缺点。
整机调节部位采用了模块、滑轨和测微头组合模式，方便调节，减少模具调试的难度，使用便捷、稳定、尺寸精度易于控制。各机构三(两)轴方向调节部分创新采了回位结构设计，方便调机人员操作。
■此机型采用了我司独有的创新技术，加热、成型、冲孔部分使用中心旋转方式，各机构调节时均采用独立组合的螺丝锁紧，解决传统机器的锁紧螺丝一松动，整个工位组件前后左右移位现象。
本机设计适用于一出多条和正反吸载带产品加工，生产运行稳定，根据载带的尺寸数据不同，大部分载带单条运行时高达300-350米/小时。（每分钟50模以上）。
■目前市场畅销机型有四种可选机型（不同机型解决不同产品的生产要求）。

此机型广泛用于半导体和精密载带方面的生产，针对于载带的移动尺寸运行稳定；

■公司生产独立的CCD视觉检测机型，和机载CCD检测，成型机上可根据客户需要预留安装CCD视觉检测工位、此机可连接载带成型机后面联动检测使用，也可单独检测载带使用。通过影像对比，检测载带外观不良（成型不良，杂物凸点，油污，模印等），尺寸不良（P2、F、E、W、AO、BO超差等)，发现不良及时停止并报警，防止不良品流向客户。此机采用高清专用摄像头，适用于载带PS黑色，PS透明，PET等材质的检验，准确率高。

除尘机采用静电离子风与负压抽真空相结合的方式去除载带表面灰尘。静电离子风产生离子中和载带表面静电，加之可调大小气压去除载带表面灰尘，同时负压真空抽走去除的灰尘，统一收集到粉尘过滤器中。后面增加粘灰轮使载带上下表面再次清洁。最后达到载带表面干净无静电。便于上带封合。走带采用可调速电机带动，可根据载带生产速度调节至匀速运行。适用于载带12mm一出一至一出四，16mm一出一至一出四，24mm一出一至一出三等各种带宽。
