Lega Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. has been committed to the design and manufacturing of non-standard machinery. In 2010, the company transformed to focus on R&D of high-speed strapping machines, automatic case erecting-packing-sealing machines, and robotic palletizing systems. Model LJ-180K Fully Automatic High-Speed Strapping Machine is a new product independently developed by our company integrating imported advanced foreign technologies. It fills the market gap of high-speed post-boxing packaging for pharmaceutical manufacturers, and can be connected with case erectors and case packers to form a complete post-packaging production line.
The machine frame and components adopt premium full-aluminum structural design. It is equipped with imported electrical components, PLC and HMI touchscreen control, delivering stable operation and user-friendly manipulation. 整机采用开放式设计,拥有国家6项专利技术。材质为全合金铝表面阳极氧化处理与欧洲制药机械选材同步使用中便于清洁坚固耐用。本机可以实现（更换所有不同尺寸药盒无需更换模具）其它捆扎机所不能实现的，捆扎膜松紧可通过触摸屏来设定松紧度，此项功能获得了国家发明专利。
The complete machine adopts an open-frame design and is equipped with 6 national patented technologies. Constructed entirely from aluminum alloy with anodized surface treatment, it applies the same material standards as European pharmaceutical machinery, enabling easy cleaning and outstanding durability. A unique feature unavailable on other strapping machines: no mold replacement is required when switching to medicine boxes of different sizes. The tension of the strapping film can be adjusted via the touch-screen interface, and this function is covered by a national invention patent.
