二、分级设备Classifying equipment
分级机广泛应用于选矿厂中与球磨机配成闭路循环分流矿沙,或用在重力选矿中来分级矿砂和细泥,及金属选矿流程中对矿浆进行粒度分级,以及洗矿作业证的脱泥、脱水等作业。该设备借助于固体颗粒大小不同,比重不同,因而在液体中的沉降速度不同的原理,细矿粒浮游在水中成溢流出,粗矿粒沉于槽底。

Fine ore pulps are fed into watertank throughfeeding opening located in the center of setling zone. Beneaththeinclined watertankistheorepulpclassificationzonewhere orepulps arestirred bylowspeeded impellers.Fineoreparticlesare liftedupand thenspilledouttheoveflowopening;coarseore particles precipitate down to tank bottom and are discharged via discharge opening.

三、浮选设备Flotation equipment
浮选机适用于有色黑色金属如:铜、锌、铅、镍、金的,还可以用于黑金属和非金属如:煤、萤石、滑石的等粗选和精选。该浮选机由三角带传动带动叶轮旋转,产生离心作用形成负压,一方面吸入充足的空气与矿浆混合,一方面搅拌矿浆与药物混合,同时细化泡沫,使矿物粘合泡沫之上,浮到矿浆面再形成矿化泡沫。调节闸板高度,控制液面,使有用的泡沫被刮板刮出。

2、单筒冷却机
单筒冷却机是回转窑系统中重要设备之一,该设备的作用是将从回转窑出来的熟料(1000-1200°℃)通过筒体回转带动物料与空气进行充分热交换,使物料冷却到(200°℃以下),同时提高熟料质量和易磨性,将冷却物料后的空气全部入窑,作为二次循环空气,提高了窑的热效率。
