The core lamination is made of imported high performance silicon steel sheet,which is in the form of full diagonal joint lamination,with lowno-load lossand low noise.The tank adopts thecombined shielding technologyofmagnetismand electricity,and the core structure adopts the measures to reduce eddy current lossaccording to the different positions in the leakage magnetic field,which not only reduces the load loss,but also fundamentally solves the phenomenon of local overheating of the transformer.The performance indexes of 220kV and above power transformers produced by our company all meet or exceed the National Standards,with noise levels far below stipulated limits.
2.Safe and reliable operation
Theelectrical calculationadopts theadvancedand reliable simulation software to locate and quantitatively analyze the coil magnetic field distribution,oil flow distribution and leakage magnetic field distribution,which ensures sufficient electrical strength,low loss and effective suppression of local overheating.The insulation design of the transformer has enough margin.
