FEEDINGSYSTEM

·The feederadoptsa high-speed feeder head with four pick up and four feeding suckers.It is a highly efficient paper feeding.Its unique maintenance-free design endows it with stronger and more stable paper feeding. While running at high speed,it can ensure that each sheetofpaperisaccuratelyandswiftlytransported, significantly reducing errors and delays during the paper feeding procedure.

DRYINGSYSTEM

The UV drying equipment is consist of two (Optional 3pcs)pull-out type UVmercury lamps,which canquickly cure the UV varnish and make it more convenient to replace the lamp tubes.

The control system adopts the full-computer stepless curing technology.The power of the UV lamps is automaticallymatchedwiththemachinespeed,soasto achieve high efficiencyand energy conservation.

●Anauto temperature control device inside the lamp cover shuts offthe lamps if overheating occurs, preventing damage.

•The system is equipped with an IR drying lamps,which is consist of 30 IR lamps and is controllec separately in three groups,and it is used for drying water-based consumables.

The chain gripper mechanism use closed gripper bar under the curing zone,maintaining perfect registration even at maximum production speeds.

DRYINGSYSTEM

The UV drying equipment is composed of two pull-out type ultraviolet high-pressure mercury lamps,which can quickly cure the UVvarnish,and it is more convenient to replace the lamp tubes.

●An automatic temperature control device is installed inside the lamp cover.When the temperature exceeds the set value of the system,the lamp group willbe automatically turned off to avoid damage to the lamp cover due to overheating.

The Teflon mesh belt has automatic deviation correction; the system stops the belt automatically if the correction limit is exceeded to avoid damage.

The system includes an IR curing unit with 24 short-wave infrared tubes (two independent control groups) forwater-based consumables.
