精细化工产业 /Fine chemical industry

Leveraging the advantages of trillion-level industrial clusters such as electronic information and

equipment manufacturing in the Chengdu-Chongqing region, and targeting the chemical-related

supporting needs in key links of the industrial chain, efforts will focus on laying out fine chemical

sub-sectors such as new chemical materials, new energy materials, and electronic chemicals.

Priority will be given to attracting industrial projects in areas such as photoresists, photomasks,

polishing materials, wet electronic chemicals, engineering plastics, specialty rubbers, highperformance fibers, and solid-state electrolytes.

as the Low-Carbon Environmental Science and

Technology Park. Centering on the key areas of

ecological governance including water, gas, sound

and slag, the focus is placed on the development

of industries represented by environmental

governance equipment, inspection and monitoring

equipment, high-efficiency energy-saving

equipment, and resource recycling, so as to build a

special demonstration base for energy-saving and

依托A1类通用机场——成都淮州机场，充分发挥国内首个“阶梯式”低空空域的资

运输”等低空经济产业新赛道，打造低空飞行器研发制造、试飞、运营全产业链，

构建低空物流“干-支-末”网络，建设西部低空经济发展先行示范区。

Relying on Chengdu Huaizhou Airport, a category A1 general

airport, and leveraging the resource advantages of the

first “ladder-type” low altitude airspace in China, Jintang

highlights the new segments of low-altitude economy such

as low altitude + intelligent manufacturing, low altitude +

emergency response, low altitude + cultural tourism, low

altitude + vocational education, and low altitude + short-haul

passenger and cargo transportation, builds a whole industry

chain integrating R&D and manufacturing, test flight and

operation of low-altitude aircraft, and forges a “trunk-branchend” network of low-altitude logistics, so as to build a pilot

demonstration zone for low-altitude economic development in

the west.

Leveraging high-quality platforms such as the Green Food Processing Park, the green food

industry will actively introduce a number of deep-processing agricultural product enterprises with

demonstrative impact in the sector, aiming to build a “double-hundred” park—spanning over 100

square kilometers with an output value exceeding 20 billion yuan—as well as a national agricultural

industrial park and a provincial agricultural high-tech park.

Focusing on diverse sectors such as low-altitude economy, sports, study tours, and wellness tourism, we have

deepened the integrated development of \"culture and tourism + various industries.\" We have launched 11

low-altitude tourism routes and successfully hosted major events such as the National Hot Air Balloon Elite

Championship and the Triathlon World Cup. A number of distinctive agricultural-tourism integration projects have

been developed, including Wufengxi, Tianfu Juxiang (Tianfu Orange Town), Yuhuang Wellness Valley, and Xianhua
