HCP-10 Balanced Cage Single-Seat Control Valve
HCP-10[平衡笼式单座调节阀,包含 HCP-10000 直通型调节阀和 HCP-10100 角型调节阀,该阀在阀塞或套筒上使用了高性能的密封环。阀体结构紧凑,设有一个改善套筒周围流体平衡流动的导流翼,使其压降损失小,流量大,可调范围广,流量特性精度高,符合IEC60534-2-1-2011标准。调节阀动态稳定性好,噪音低,空化腐蚀小。调节阀泄漏量符合 ANSIFCI70-2-2013 标准。调节阀配用多弹簧薄膜或气缸执行机构,其结构紧凑,输出力大。
HCP-10[1] Balanced Cage Single-Seat Control Valve,adopts high-performance sealing ring on the valve plug or sleeve,including HCP-1000 straight-through control valveand HCP-10100 hornshape control valve.The valve body is compact in structure and equipped with aguide wing to improve thebalancedflowof the fluid around the sleeve, making it hassmallpressure droploss,large flowrate,wide regulating rangeand high accuracyofflowcharacteristics, which conforms to standard IEC60534--1-20l1.Thecontrolvalvehasgood dynamic stability,lownoiseand smal cavitation corosion.The leakageof this seriesofcontrol valves mets the standardANSIFCI70-2-20l3.Thecontrol valve is equipped with multi-spring diaphragm orcylinder actuator, which has compact structure and large output force.
