EYL/P系列电动缸 EYL/EYP electriccylinder

电缸特点 Characteristic

电缸原理：

电动缸是将伺服电机与滚珠丝杆一体化设计的模块化产品，将伺服电机的旋转运动转换为直线运动，同时将伺服电机最佳优点----精确转速控制、精确转数控制、精确扭矩控制转变成：精确速度控制、精确位置控制、精确推力控制。

电缸特点：

闭环伺服控制精度0.01mm；方便与PLC等控制系统连接，实现高精度运动控制。操作维护简单、噪音低、节能、刚性高、抗冲击、使用寿命长、防护等级高可达到IP55。工作时间长，可实现高强度、高速度、高精度定位，运行平稳、噪音低。低成本维护：在工作时，只需定时注脂润滑，可大幅降低维护成本。

配置灵活：

安装方式多样：前法兰与后法兰安装、耳轴安装、导向模块安装等。根据使用要求自行选择折返与直连两种规格。同时也可增加各种附件，如限位开关、活动螺母、行星减速器。驱动可选择伺服电机、步进电机。

应用领域：

被广泛应用于机械人手臂及关节，动感座椅，升降舞台，模拟仿真、压装机，测试仪器，食品机械，陶瓷机械，焊接机械，升降平台，钢铁连铸，太阳能等领域。

Principle of electric cylinder:

The electric cylinder is a modular product integrating the servo motor and the ball screw, which converts the rotary motion of the servo motor into linear motion.At the same time, converts the best advantages of the servo motor - accurate speed control,accurate rotation control,and accurate torque control into: accurate speed control，accurate position control,and accurate thrust control.

Characteristics of electric cylinder:

Closed loop servo control accuracy is 0 . 0 1 \mathsf {mm } .Itis convenient to connect with PLC and other control systems to achieve high-precision motion control. Simple operation and maintenance, low noise,energy saving， high rigidity, impact resistance，long service life,high protection level,up to IP55.Long working time,high intensity, high speed, high precision positioning，stable operation and low noise. Low cost maintenance:when working，only regular grease lubrication is required，which can greatly reduce the maintenance cost.

Flexible configuration:

Various installation methods: front flange and rear flange installation， trunnion installation,guide module installation,etc.Two specifications of turn back and direct connection are selected according to the use requirements.At the same time,various accessories can also be added，such as limit switch，movable nut and planetary reducer. 电缸说明书

●电机安装

1.当电机与电动缸直连时，通过梅花连轴器相连

(1）将连轴器盖板打开，松开电机尾端连轴器螺丝；
(2）将电机插入连轴器中，将电机安装在直连板上并均匀交替拧紧安装螺丝；
(3）将连轴器连接电机一端螺丝拧紧；
(4）将连轴器盖板安装好。

2.当电机与电动缸并联时

(1）将电机固定在折返板上;
(2）将同步轮分别安装在电机轴与电动缸尾端，确定轴向位置；
(3）装上同步带；
(4）调整同步带松紧，调整电机位置使得同步带张紧；
(5）调整合适，盖上后盖；
(6）检查。

?安装注意事项

1.负载应有独立导向机构
2.矫正行程与行程开关位置时应将惯性行程考虑在内
3.电动缸主要承受轴向负载以及少量径向负载
4.安装完毕后应仔细检查

ELECTRIC CYLINDERMANUAL

·Motorinstallation

1.When the motor is directly connected with the electric cylinder,it is connected through the quincunx coupling

(1) Open the coupling cover plate and loosen the coupling screws at the end of the motor;
(2) Insert the motor into the coupling,install the motor on the straight connecting plate andtighten the mounting screws evenly and alternately;
(3)Tighten a section of screws connecting the coupling to the motor;
(4) Install the coupling cover plate.

2.When the motoris in parallel with the electric cylinder

(1)Fix the motor on the turn back plate;
(2) Install the synchronizing wheel on the motor shaft and the tail end of the electric cylinderrespectively to determine the axial position;
(3) Install the timing belt;
(4)Adjust the tension of the synchronous belt,and adjust the position of the motor to makethe synchronous belt tensioned;
(5)Adjust properly and cover the rear cover;
(6)Check.

•Installationprecautions

1.The load shall have an independent guiding mechanism

2.The inertia stroke shall be taken into account when correcting the stroke andthe position of the stroke switch

3. The electric cylinder mainly bears axial load and a small amount of radial load
