Luxecastinginvestmentcastingisusedinmedium temperaturewaxprocess,thisprocessintheinvestmentcasting process belongs to the relatively high-end casting process, blanks which through this process to produce casting is not only high dimensional accuracy, but also very good quality surface, after more than 20years of accumulation,Luxecasting has a very mature investment casting process technology, currently canproducestainlesssteel,carbonsteel,copperalloyandother materials,annualoutputofmorethan \uparrow800 tons.
We have a complete blanks surface treatment process, including blank passivation, electrolysis, grinding, etc., and we also have strong machining supporting production capabilities, in2022wenewlyadded a shellautomaticproductionline,the stabilityofproductionefficiencyandqualityisfurtherimproved, at the same time the product delivery cycle has been further improved.

璐克斯的精密铸造采用的是中温腊失腊工艺，这种工艺在精密铸造工艺里面属于较为高端的铸造工艺，通过这个工艺生产的铸件毛坏不仅尺寸精度高，而且表面质量也是非常好，经过20多年的积累，璐克斯具备了非常成熟的精铸工艺技术，目前可以生产不锈钢、碳钢、铜合金等多种材质，年产量达到1800吨以上。
我们具备完整的毛坏后处理生产工艺，包括毛坏的钝化、电解、研磨等等，同时我们
也具备较强的机加工配套生产能力，2022年我们新增了制壳自动生产线，生产效率和质量
的稳定性得到进一步的提高，同时产品的交付周期得到了进一步的改善。。，我们在满足自身产品生产需要的同时，也可以按照客户需求提供配套生产。
FORGING锻造
Forging is a a processing method that uses forging machinery to apply pressure to metal blanks to produce plastic deformation to obtainforgings withcertainmechanical properties,certain shapes and sizes.Products produced by thisprocesshaveexcellent organizationalstructure and mechanicalproperties.
Luxecasting forging production process is mainly nonferrous metal forging,production includes aluminum alloy, copper alloy,stainlesssteelandother materialproducts,we have 8 forging production line, the main forging equipment tonnage from 120 tons to 1600 tons, forging blank annual productioncapacityof2.5millionpieces,wehavecomplete Supporting the forging treatment process and machining production capacity,，including automatic cropping，T6 treatment, grinding and polishing, and so on.
锻造是一种利用锻压机械对金属坏料施加压力，使其产生塑性变形以获得具有一定机械性能、一定形状和尺寸锻件的加工方法，该生产工艺所生产的产品具有优良的组织结构和机械性能。
璐克斯锻造生产工艺主要是进行有色金属锻造，生产包括铝合金、铜合金、不锈钢等材质产品，我们具有8条锻造生产线，主要锻造设备吨位从120吨到1600吨，锻造毛坏年生产量达到250万件，我们同时具有完整配套的锻件后处理生产工艺和机加工生产能力，包括：自动下料、T6处理、研磨抛光等等。
GRAVITY CASTING重力铸造
Gravity casting refers to the process of relying on gravity toinjectmoltenaluminumintothemoldundertheactionofthe earth'sgravity.Generalizedgravitycastingis dividedinto: sand casting,metal(steel mould) casting,lost foam casting, etc. At present, generally gravity casting refers to metal mold casting, and Luxecasting gravity casting process is also this process.
Wehave8setsofdifferenttypesofdifferentspecifications of gravity_casting equipment,its can produce different structure of aluminum alloy castings,after years of production process,we have accumulated rich gravity casting technology and practical experience,we from mold designing to mold manufacturing to product production,can do one-stop service, currentlyouraluminumalloyblankannualproductioncapacity ofmorethan800tons.
At the same time, we also have supporting surface treatment,heat treatment,machining and other production processes,complete testing equipment,it can ensure the stableandreliablequalityoftheproductsproduced.
重力铸造是指铝液在地球重力作用下依靠重力注入铸型的工艺。广义的重力铸造又分为：砂型浇铸、金属型（钢模）浇铸、消失模浇铸等，目前一般所说的重力铸造都是指金属模铸造，璐克斯的重力铸造工艺也是这种工艺。
我们具有8台套不同类型不同规格的重力铸造设备，可以生产不同结构的铝合金铸件，经过多年的生产过程，我们积累了较为丰富的重力铸造技术和实践经验，我们从模具设计到模具制造到产品的生产可以做到一条龙的服务，目前我们铝合金毛坏年生产能力达800吨以上。
同时我们也具备配套的表面处理、热处理、机加工等生产工艺，完整的检测设备，可以保证所生产的产品质量稳定可靠。
METALPLATE钣金
The sheetmetal process is generally to stamp some metalsheetsbyhandormold toproduceplasticdeformation toformthe desired shape andsize,and canfurtherform more complexpartsbyweldingorasmallamountofmachining.
Luxecastinghassheetmetalproductionprocess for more than 10 years,andaccumulated rich experience in process technology. We can produce sheet metal products withwallthicknessfrom 0.5~\mathsf{mm} thin-wall partsto 5\;\mathsf{mm} sheet metal parts. The tonnage of stamping equipment can be produced from 25 tons to 500 tons, there are a variety of auxiliary equipment,can meet the full set of production processes of sheet metalproducts.
钣金工艺一般是将一些金属薄板通过手工或模具冲压使其产生塑性变形，形成所希望的形状和尺寸，并可进一步通过焊接或少量的机械加工形成更复杂的零件。璐克斯拥有钣金生产工艺已经十多年，积累了丰富的工艺技术经验，我们从壁厚0.5毫米的薄壁小件到壁厚5毫米的钣金件产品都可以生产，冲压设备吨位从25吨到500吨，还有各种辅助设备，可以满足钣金产品的全套生产工序。
DIE CASTING 压铸
Die-casting,also called injection molding,is the process of pressingmoltenmetalintothemoldcavity,whichisoftenused in mass production of aluminum alloy and zinc alloy products. Compared with other casting processes,the surface of diecastingisflatter,thedimensionalconsistencyisbetter.although the cost of die-casting equipment and mould is high,the productionspeed isfast,theprocessis simple,and theproduct quality is stable,which is especially suitable for manufacturing small and medium-sized castings with large volumes.
Luxecasting has7 die-casting machines,integrating mold design and production, CNC machining,product surface treatment (electrolysis，electrophoresis,grinding),the annual productionof 10 million die castings.There are all kinds ofauto parts,pipeconnectionsandotherproducts,productssellwellin domestic and oversea.We canprovide existing products,also cancustomizeaccordingtocustomerdrawingsandsamples.
压铸也叫注射成型，是把熔融金属压入模腔的工艺，常用于批量生产铝合金、锌合金产品。与其他铸造工艺相比，压铸的表面更为平整、尺寸一致性更好，尽管压铸设备和模具的造价高昂但生产速度快、过程简单、产品品质稳定，特别适合制造量大的中小型铸件。
璐克斯现有7台压铸机，集模具设计与制作、数控加工、产品表面处理（电解、电泳、研磨）于一体，年生产压铸件1000万件。现有各类汽车配件、管道连接件等产品，以出口德国为主。我们可以提供现有产品，亦可按客户图纸和样品订制。
