工作原理
Working principle
采用电磁感应原理，利用金属在交变磁场中产生涡流而使本身发热，通常用在金属热
处理等方面。原理是较厚的金属处于交变磁场中时，会由于电磁感应现象而产生电流。
而较厚的金属其产生电流后，电流会在金属内部形成螺旋形的流动路线，这样由于电流
流动而产生的热量就都被金属本身吸收了，会导致金属很快升温。由里及表产生热膨胀，
由此满足过盈装配的需要。
Using the principle of electromagneticinduction,the metal generates eddy currents in an
alternating magnetic field to generate heat,which is usually used in metal heat treatment and
other fields.The principle is that when thicker metals are exposed to an alternating magnetic field,
an electric current is generated due toelectromagnetic induction.After thicker metals generate
current,the current will form a spiral flow path inside the metal,so that the heat generated by the
current flow is absorbed by the metal itself,which will cause the metal to quickly heat up.Thermal
expansion is generated from the inside and outside,thus meeting the needs of interference assembly.

WTR平板加热器原理为热传导，平板加热后把热量传递给被加热的工件。平板加热器包括
漏电保护电源引线、加热板、温度设定控制器、电源开关、机箱。温度可通过温度设定控
制器设定，并可实现温度保持。

power lead,a heating plate,a temperature setting controller,a power switch,and a
chassis.The temperature can be set through a temperature setting controller and can be
maintained.

WTR-4 型感应轴承加热器主机和控制部分一体。本机由铁芯、绕组、活动轭铁、移动小
车组成，控制方式设有时间和温度双重控制，采用全集成块并数码显示，操作者能实观加
热时间和加热温度。时间可在0-99.9分钟范围内选用，加热温度可在0-300℃范围内可调，
加热中哪一种设定先到达即停止加热。可根据用户工件大小，配备不同规格的轭铁，使用
时选取与工件孔径相近规格尺寸轭铁，这样加热工件热效率最佳。
The main unit and control part of the WTR-4 induction bearing heater are integrated.This
machine is composed of an iron core,winding,movable yoke,and a mobile car.The control mode
is equipped with dual control of time and temperature.It adopts fully integrated block and digital
display,and the operator can observe the heating time and temperature in real time.The time
can be selected within the range of 0-99.9 minutes,and the heating temperature can be adjusted
within the range of 0-300℃.Which setting in the heating process reaches first and stops heating.
According to the size of the user's workpiece,different specifications of yoke iron can be equipped.
When using,select yoke iron with similar specifications and sizes to the workpiece aperture,so as to
heat the workpiece with the best thermal efficiency.
