湿法冶金主要是通过酸性或碱性水溶液介质将矿石、精矿或焙砂等原料中有价金属选择性溶解进入液相,再经分离、富集与提取,最终以金属或化合物形式回收的冶金方法。
Hydrometallurgy is a metallurgical method that primarily involves the selective dissolution of valuable metals from raw materials such as ores,concentrates,or calcines into a liquid phase through acidic or alkaline aqueous media.These metals are then separated,enriched,and extracted,and ultimately recovered in the form of metalsorcompounds.
当下,随着矿石品位下降和环保要求提高,湿法冶金在有色金属(如铜、锌、镍、钴)及既有金属提取中作用日益突出,该工艺具有选择性好,污染较低的优势,但对于工艺控制及其设备要求较高,其中以低品位的红土镍矿的湿法冶金工艺最为苛刻。红土镍矿高压酸浸工艺是在矿浆密度 \mathbf { 1 3 0 0 K g / m ^ { 3 } } E 右,矿浆含固量不少于28 % ,硫酸浓度 { \bf 3 0 { - } 6 0 g / L } ,工况温度不小于 2 7 0 { ^ q C } ,压力不低于5.2MPa条件下进行反应。工艺设备在反应过程面临着高温、高压、强腐蚀、强冲蚀的挑战。
Currently,with the decline in ore grade and the increase in environmental protection requirements,hydrometallurgy is playing an increasingly prominent role in the extraction of non-ferrous metals (such as copper, zinc,nickel,and cobalt) and existing metals.This process has the advantages of good selectivity and low pollution, but it also requires high standards for process control and equipment.Among them, the hydrometallurgical process for low-grade laterite nickel ore is the most demanding.The high-pressure acid leaching process for laterite nickel ore involves reactions under conditions of a slurry density of around 1 3 0 0 { K g } / { m } ^ { 3 } ,aslurrysolid content of not less than 2 8 % ,a sulfuric acid concentration of \mathbf { 3 0 { - } 6 0 g / L } ,aworking temperature of not less than 2 7 0 ^ { \circ } \mathbf { C } ,and a pressure of not less than { \bf 5 . 2 M P a } .The process equipment faces challenges from high temperature, high pressure,strong corrosion,and strong erosion during the reaction process.

2 产品特点 ProductFeatures
(1)阀门整体为两体式、浮动球、双向密封结构、执行机构可采用气动、电液、液动等传动。
The valve is a two-piece,floating ball,bi-directional sealing structure,and its actuator can be driven bypneumatic,electro-hydraulic,hydraulic,orother transmissions.
(2)中法兰密封采用石垫片 ^ { \ast } 石墨环双重密封。
The middle flange seal adopts a dual sealing system consisting of a stone gasket and a graphite ring.
(3)阀杆填料密封采用低泄漏成型石墨填料组+碟簧持续加载结构。
The valve rod packing seal adopts a low-leakage molded graphite packing set combined with a disc spring continuous loading structure.
(4)压力边界螺栓螺母采用高强钢螺栓螺母防腐处理 ^ + 高碟簧持续加载,防止装置检修启停温度变化引起的介质外漏。
The pressure boundary bolts and nuts are treated with high-strength steel bolts and nuts for corrosion resistance,coupled with continuous loading using high-disc springs,to prevent medium leakage caused by temperature changes during device maintenance and start-stop operations.
(5)主密封为下游密封,采用螺纹紧固的方式将下游阀座与阀体固定为一体,阀座与阀体之间采用复合密封结构,副密封为上游密封,上游阀座与阀体之间采用O型圈密封,背面设置碟簧提供预紧,同时碟簧部位设计为大开口结构。
The main seal is a downstream seal,which is fixed to the valve body by screwing the downstream valve seat onto it.A composite sealing structure is used between the valve seat and the valve body.The auxiliary seal is an upstream seal,where an O-ring seal is used between the upstream valve seat and the valve body.A disc spring is set on the back to provide pretightening,and the disc spring part is designed with a large opening structure.
(6)阀杆防脱出采用下装式阀杆设计,阀体台阶与阀杆轴肩设置减磨垫,确保任何情况下阀杆都不会被介质吹出并降低摩擦扭矩。
The valve stem adopts a bottom-loading design to prevent detachment.A wear-reducing pad is installed between the valve body step and the valve stem shaft shoulder to ensure that the valve stem will not be blown out by the medium under any circumstances and to reduce friction torque.
(7)阀杆定位采用嵌人支架的圆锥滚子轴承与阀杆轴向紧贴,实现阀杆轴向固定,抵抗装置快速启闭对阀杆的冲击,同时减小阀杆的轴肩与阀体台阶处的摩擦扭矩,防止阀杆拉伤、降低阀门启闭扭矩。
The valve rod is positioned by using a conical roller bearing embedded in the bracket, which closely adheres to the valve rod in the axial direction,achieving axial fixation of the valve rod.This design resists the impact on the valve rod caused by rapid opening and closing of the device,while reducing the frictional torque between the valve rod's shaft shoulder and thevalve body's step,preventing damage to the valve rod and reducing the valve's opening and closing torque.
(8)球体、阀座采用自主开发的SPS喷涂工艺提升密封面抗冲刷及腐蚀能力。
The ball and valve seat adopt the self-developed SPS spraying process to enhance the anti-erosion and corrosion resistance of the sealing surface.

日 结构特点 Structuralfeatures
(1)根据工况位置阀门整体为三片对夹式或二片式、其中三片对夹式为流道内衬耐腐蚀材料,均为浮动球、双向密封结构。
According to the working conditions and locations,the valves are generally of three-piece wafer or two-piece design.The three-piece wafer type is lined with corrosion-resistant materials in the flow passage and features a floating ball and bidirectional sealing structure.
(2)阀杆填料密封设置碟簧组蓄能机构,防止装置检修启停温度变化引起的介质外露。
The valve rod packing seal is equipped with a disc spring set energy storage mechanism to prevent medium exposure caused by temperature changes during device maintenance and start-stopoperations.
(3)上下游阀座与中体、端盖之间密封采用多道径向和轴向O形圈密封。
Multiple radial and axial O-rings are used for sealing between the upstream and downstream valve seats,the middle body,and the end cap.
(4)阀杆的防脱出结构设计,采用下装式阀杆设计,通过阀体上的台阶,确保任
何情况下阀杆都不会被介质吹出。
The anti-extrusion structural design of the valve stem adopts a bottom-loading valve stem design,ensuring that the valve stem will not be blown out by the medium under any circumstances through the steps on the valve body.
(5)设计有轴向轴向减摩轴承并嵌入支架,并与阀杆轴向紧贴,阀杆轴向固定,在介质压力下抵消阀杆受到竖直向上的介质力,降低阀杆的凸肩与阀体的摩擦力,防止阀杆与阀体拉伤及降低阀门的启闭扭矩。
Anaxial antifriction bearing is designed and embedded into the bracket,closely adhering to the valve stem in the axial direction.The valve stem is axially fixed,which counteracts the vertical upward force exerted on the valve stem under medium pressure, reduces the friction between the shoulder of the valve stem and the valve body,prevents damage to both the valve stem and the valve body,and reduces the valve'sopening and closing torque.
(6)球体、阀座采用自主开发的SPS喷涂工艺提升密封面抗冲刷及腐蚀能力,根据使用工况阀座还可采用耐腐蚀纯陶瓷材料。
The balland valve seat adopt the self-developed SPS spraying process to enhance the erosion and corrosion resistance of the sealing surface.Depending on the operating conditions, the valve seat can also be made of corrosion-resistant pure ceramic material.

2 产品特点 ProductFeatures
(1)阀门整体结构为电动、两片式、浮动球/固定球结构、双向密封。当采用浮动球结构时,可避免因介质堆积在固定球下轴导致卡死或者扭矩增大,经实践验证浮动球结构更适用于大口径苛刻矿浆工况。
The overall structure of the valve is electric,two-piece,floating ball/fixed ball structure, and bidirectional sealing.When using the floating ball structure,it can avoid the situation where the medium accumulates under the fixed ball's lower shaft,causing it to get stuck or the torque to increase.Practice has proven that the floating ball structure is more suitable for harshslurryconditionswith largediameters.
(2)中法兰密封采用缠绕垫 \mathbf { + 0 } 型圈的多道密封结构。
The middle flange seal adopts a multi-channel sealing structure consisting of spiral wound gaskets and O-rings.
(3)阀杆填料密封采用石墨填料 ^ { + } 碟簧组合持续加载。
The valve stem packing seal utilizes a combination of graphite packing and disc spring for continuous loading.
(4)中法兰密封采用:高强合金钢+镀镍磷 ^ + 高温重载碟簧组合持续加载,防止装置检修启停温度变化引起的介质外漏。
The sealing of the middle flange adopts a combination of high-strength alloy steel, nickelphosphorus plating,and high-temperature heavy-duty disc springs for continuous loading,to prevent medium leakage caused by temperature changes during device maintenance and startstop operations.
(5)阀座背面采用O型圈 ^ + 碟簧 ^ + 防介质堆积结构,防止碟簧部位因矿浆介质进人造成堵塞,同时防止介质在小间隙流通对阀座造成冲蚀。
Theback of thevalve seat adoptsan O-ring ^ + disc spring ^ + anti-mediumaccumulation structure to prevent blockage of the disc spring area caused by the entry of slurry medium,and to prevent erosion of the valve seat due to medium flowing through small gaps.
(6)阀杆的防脱出结构设计,采用下装式阀杆设计,通过阀体上的台阶,确保任何情况下阀杆都不会被介质吹出。
