低床鞍丝杆对动力刀塔的负载，最大化发挥动

力刀塔的切削刚性。精密套筒主轴， 伺服电机

驱动，BMT45 硬轨带 Y 动力刀塔，12 工位，

各驱动轴伺服电机控制，结构及外形尺寸紧凑

合理。能够实现对各种材料，轴类、盘类等零

件的外圆、内圆、端面、螺纹车 、铣钻等多种

工艺加工，复杂产品一次成型。

This machine adopts a rectangular conjoined

casting horizontal bed, which effectively reduces

the load of the saddle screw on the power

turret and maximizes the cutting rigidity of the

by servo motor, BMT45 hard rail with Y power
