后处理与包装 ANDPACKAGING 06

切割好的PP板需要进行后处理，一般包括修边、表面处理和检验。修边处理是为了去除切割留下的毛刺和边缘缺陷；表面处理可以根据需要进行光洁处理或者涂覆处理；最后对产品进行外观、尺寸等方面的检验，确保产品质量符合要求，合格后包装。

原料准备 备RAWMATERIALPREPARATION

The main raw material of PP board is polypropylene particles, and an appropriate amountof reinforcing agents,stabilizers, fillersand other auxiliary materialsalso need to be added. The quality and proportion of raw materials directly affect the quality and performance of the product.

The cut PP sheets need to undergo post-treatment, which generally includes edge trimming, surface treatment and inspection. Trimming treatment is to remove burrs and edge defects left by cuting. Surface treatment can be carried out as required, either by polishing or coating. Finally, the products are inspected in terms of appearance, size and other aspects to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements. After passing the inspection, they are packaged.

拉伸和切割 STRETCHING AND CUTTING

在冷却定型后，将PP板带进行拉伸处理，增加其拉伸强度和韧性。拉伸的温度和速度要根据产品的要求进行调整。随后，通过切割机将拉伸后的PP板带进行切割，获得所需尺寸的PP板。

After cooling and setting, the PP sheet and strip are stretched to increase their tensile strength and toughness. The temperature and speed of stretching should beadjusted according to the requirements of the product. Subsequently， the stretched PP sheet and strip are cut by a cuting machine to obtain PP sheets of the required size.

预热和干燥 PREHEATING AND DRYING

将原料粒子放入干燥机中进行预热和干燥处理，目的是去除原料中的水分，提高原料的熔体流动性。预热温度一般为70-100℃，时间为2-4小时。

The raw material particles are put into the dryer for preheating and drying treatment, with the aim of removing the moisture in the raw materials and improving the melt fluidity of the raw materials. The preheating temperature is generally 70-10oC and the time is 2-4 hours.

03 熔融挤出USION

将预热和干燥处理后的原料粒子加入挤出机，通过加热和搅拌使其熔化。熔融温度一般为190-230℃，挤出机通过旋转的螺杆将熔融的原料挤出成型，形成一条连续的PP板带。

The preheated and dried raw material particles are added to the extruder and melted through heating and stirring.The melting temperature is generally 190-230 C.The extruder extrudes the molten raw materials into shape through a rotating screw, forming a continuous PP sheet and strip.

冷却定型 COOLING AND SHAPING

将挤出的PP板带通过三辊轴将溶解后的聚丙烯颗粒压制到所需厚度（上辊温度设置为1 0 0 ± 2 0 ^ { \circ } { C } ，中辊温度设置为1 0 0 ± 2 0 ^ { \circ } { C } ，下辊温度设置为80±20℃），然后通过冷却辊或者水冷辊进行冷却，使其恢复到室温。冷却的目的是使熔融的PP板带进行固化和定型。冷却定型的速度要适中，以免引起应力集中和变形。

Theextruded PP sheet and stripare pressed to the required thickness by three rollers through the dissolved polypropylene particles (the temperature oftheupper roller is set the temperature of the middle roller is set at 10o±20 C,and the temperature of the lower roller is set at 80±20 and then cooled to room temperature through thecooling rolleror water-cooled roller.The purposeofcoling is toallowthemolten PPsheet to undergo curing and shaping.The speed of cooling and setting should be moderate to avoid stress concentration and deformation.
