4104 Series Electronic-Type Electric Eccentric Rotary Valve

4104 series electronic-type electric eccentric rotary regulator (referred to as electric eccentric rotary valve) is

actuator product in electric unit combination instrumentation. Used in conjunction with electric transmission units,

regulation units or operating units to realize automatic regulation or remote control of industrial production

processes. It can be widely used in metallurgy, building materials, petroleum, chemical industry, power station

and other industrial sectors for various gases, liquids, steam automatic regulation or remote control.

Structure and action principle

The electric eccentric rotary valve consists of angle-stroke electronic-type electric actuator,

valve body part and bracket. Our company’s matching angle stroke electronic-type electric

actuator is KOSO361R series.

◆ Wide operating temperature range, the valve body and bonnet are cast as a whole, and the neck of

the bonnet is long, easy to dissipate heat, the operating temperature can be from -40℃ to 450℃.

◆ Spherical valve core in the process of opening or closing, unlike the \"V\" type (except eccentric)

or \"O\" type ball valves are tightly embraced by the valve seat, so the demand for actuator thrust is less

, and the allowable pressure drop of the valve is large;

◆ Adjustable ratio is large, the valve seat is positioned after the spherical valve core is closed, and

then fixed with the restrainer ring and lock ring, and the spherical valve core is in close contact with the
